Folder comprises a cover and fastening element. Cover comprises bottom, top sheets and binding. Sheets and binding comprise holes for fastening element. Binding is a strip of flexible or plastic material, which is connected with bottom and top cover sheets. Binding is attached to one of sheets detachably, and to other - detachably by means of fastening element via holes in sheet and binding. Sheet connected detachably with binding is made with possibility of fixation in binding at different distances from other sheet.

EFFECT: simplified design of folders, possibility of adjusting binding (root) of folder, which enables to easily use folder during storage of any volume of paper or documents.

Description

The invention relates to office supplies, is intended for working with documents, their storage and transportation, can be used in enterprises, institutions, archives and for personal use. It can also be used as a folder for portfolio, term papers and dissertations. In addition, the invention can serve for file binder and replace folders-registrars.

The prior art folders with variable sizes, having a rigid shape and made of cardboard, respectively bent to obtain a box-shaped container. This rigid form comprises a central square or rectangular wall forming the lower part of the folder, and four flaps located on the sides of the central wall and forming the same number of side walls located across the lower wall. One of these four leaves is larger for the formation of the upper wall of the folder, as well as for the partial overlap of the opposite leaf with full closure of the space inside the folder. The upper wall and the opposite wing can also be connected to each other by buttons or ties.

A disadvantage of the known folder of this type is its difficult adaptability to different volumes of documents. In the case of storing a small number of documents, the height of the side walls decreases and at the same time an excessive surface of the upper wall is formed, which must be additionally bent to the opposite wing. This circumstance complicates the use of the folder and creates its inconvenience. Another disadvantage of the known folder is the design complexity.

Folders with variable sizes are also known, comprising an outer casing adapted to accept an open configuration and a closed configuration, inside limiting the space for accommodating the material (papers) stored in the folder and containing a lower wall, a first wall having an edge connected to the lower wall, and made with the possibility of location above the bottom wall with a closed housing configuration. Moreover, said first wall is elongated and comprises first and second parts, connected to each other in a sliding manner, adjacent to each other and configured to overlap in accordance with various working configurations. Moreover, the specified edge connected to the bottom wall is located on the first part of the first wall, and the second part of the first wall has the shape of an envelope to ensure slipping on the first part at its end opposite the specified edge. The folder contains fasteners acting between the first and second parts, designed to firmly fasten the second part relative to the first part with various specified configurations and are detachable to enable the second part to change position relative to the first part (see RU 2507077 C2, 02.20.2014).

A disadvantage of the known folder is the complexity of the design.

Closest to the claimed invention is a folder for papers containing a cover including lower, upper sheets, binding (spine). The sheets and binding have openings for a fastening element, namely, a lace for fastening and fixing paper in a folder (see SU 538916 A1, 12/15/1976). Prototype.

A disadvantage of the known folder is the inability to regulate binding (spine), which excludes the possibility of using the folder when storing a larger amount of paper or documents, and also creates the inconvenience of use.

The problem solved by the invention is to improve ease of use.

The technical result achieved by using the claimed invention is to simplify the design of the folder, achieving the ability to control the size (thickness) of the binding (spine) of the folder, which makes it convenient to use the folder when storing any amount of paper or documents. Also, the claimed invention allows you to store a very large number of documents.

The technical result is achieved through the use of the following set of essential features. The folder contains a cover and a fastener. The cover includes the lower, upper sheets and binding (spine), while the sheets and binding contain holes for the fastening element. The binding (spine) is a strip of flexible or plastic material, which is connected to the lower and upper sheets of the cover, while the binding is fixed to one of the sheets inseparably and detachably to the other by means of a fastening element through the holes in the sheet and binding. The sheet, which is detachably connected to the binding, is adapted to be fixed in the binding at different distances from another sheet (in several possible positions) by using different holes.

In the particular case of execution, the binding (spine) can be connected to one of the sheets inseparably by means of adhesive bonding or rivets. As a fastening element, a cord, a plastic clamp, a bracket with or without a clip, etc. can be used. Sheets of the cover can be made of cardboard and laminated or glued on the outside with a covering binding material, such as paper, and inside with paper or made of unglued cardboard. Cover sheets can also be made of plastic.

The invention is illustrated by drawings. In FIG. 1 shows a view from the inside of a folder in the unfolded position, FIG. 2 shows the appearance of a folder; FIG. 3 is a side view of a folder in a folded position in a section through holes in a binding. The designations in all the drawings are the same.

The folder consists of a cover and a fastening element 5. The cover contains a top sheet 1, a bottom sheet 2 and a binding (spine) 3. Sheets 1, 2 and a binding 3 contain holes 4 for a fastening element 5. The holes 4 in the binding 3 correspond to the holes in the sheets by configuration and position. Binding 3 is a strip of flexible or plastic material with holes. Binding strip 3 is connected to the lower and upper cover sheets. To one of the sheets, the binding is fixedly attached by means of an adhesive joint 7 or rivets. The drawings show an option when the binding 3 is integrally connected to the top sheet 1. Accordingly, if the binding 3 is connected to the top sheet 1 inseparably, then the bottom sheet 2 is releasably connected. In another embodiment, the connection of the binding 3 can be performed vice versa - with the bottom sheet 2 inseparable, and with the top 1 - detachable. The detachable connection of the cover 3 with one of the sheets is carried out by means of a fastening element 5. One-piece - is carried out by means of an adhesive connection or rivets and additionally by a fastening element 5. The fastening element 5 is inserted into the holes of the sheets and cover 3. 3 shows the placement of stored documents.

The detachable connection of the binding with one of the sheets allows you to adjust the binding area between the sheets, the thickness of the binding in the folded position, as well as the distance between the cover sheets in the unfolded position, which contributes to the convenience of using the folder. Those. the thickness of the binding (spine) may change as the number of documents increases or decreases. At the same time, the design of the folder is much simpler than well-known analogues, and more technologically advanced.

A flexible or plastic material is used as the material for the binding strip, since fold zones are formed on the strip during folding and decomposition of the folder. The material should not be hard, brittle or hard, otherwise the binding of the folder may break or wear out quickly enough. In addition, the user’s work with a folder with binders from such material will be uncomfortable and inconvenient.

As a fastening element 5, a cord, a plastic clamp or a rope or a bracket with or without a clip, etc. can be used. The drawings show a variant with a cord.

The folder is used as follows.

One of the cover sheets, which is detachably connected to the binding, is regulated in binding depending on the intended volume of paper or documents to be placed. Previously, holes are made in paper or documents that correspond to the holes of the cover and binding sheets in configuration and position. Adjustment is carried out by removing the fastening element from the folder, free movement of the detachable (which is connected to the binding of the detachable) sheet inside the binding in one plane, combining the necessary holes in the sheet and binding until the desired position is reached. The adjustment is carried out thanks to the special execution of the binding, which is made with the possibility of fixing the detachably connected sheet in several possible positions. This is achieved due to the technological design of many holes in the binding, i.e. in the binding band.

Since we are considering the option when the detachable cover sheet is the bottom sheet, after reaching the desired position of the sheet in binding, paper or documents with pre-prepared holes on the bottom cover sheet are placed so that the holes in the binding, bottom sheet and paper coincide. Then bend the cover and cover the bottom sheet, paper with the top sheet of the cover. Then carry out re-verification of the coincidence of the holes already in the lower and upper sheets of cover, binding and paper. After making sure that all the holes match, fasten the folder with paper or documents with a fastening element by threading it through all the holes and then fixing it on top or bottom of the folder cover.

Thus, the proposed invention allows to simplify the design of the folder, to achieve the ability to control the size of the binding (spine) of the folder, which allows you to conveniently use the folder when storing any amount of paper or documents.

According to the authors, the set of essential features specified in the independent claim is sufficient to implement the claimed invention and achieve the claimed technical result.
