The problem is solved in that in the method of removing deposits from a well equipped with a rod deep pump, which includes pumping hot oil into the annulus and circulating it through the tubing string, according to the invention, the number of pumping machine rockings is first increased to a state in which it does not occur hangs of the rod string, stop the rocking machine, set the rocker of the rocking machine in the upper position, open the valves on the pipe and annular space, pumping the technological life the pumping unit, not exceeding the pressure allowed on the production string, determine the presence of circulation, and when pumping oil into the annulus, oil is heated to a temperature of 40-45 ° C and a third of the volume of heated oil is pumped with a flow rate of not more than 6 l / s and pressure not more than 4 MPa, after which the oil is heated to a temperature of 80-100 ° C and the remaining 2/3 of the volume of hot oil is pumped, while the last 2 m 3 of hot oil is pumped in free cooling mode.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Existing methods of cleaning the tubing string of a well from ASPO and other deposits involve pumping and circulating hot oil through the well. However, at the initial stage, the opposite effect arises: paraffin melts (melting point about 45 ° C) in the upper interval of the inner part of the tubing string and flows down, which subsequently leads to the formation of a plug and the absence of fluid circulation. The proposed invention solves the problem of increasing the efficiency of cleaning wells from deposits of coolant. The problem is solved as follows.
When removing deposits from a well equipped with a sucker rod pump, the number of swings of the rocking machine is increased to a state where the rod string does not freeze. To do this, once a day increase the number of swings by a small amount and hang the rods. A well condition is achieved in which the number of swings is maximum, but at the same time, the rods do not freeze. Stop the rocking machine. Set the rocker of the rocking machine to the upper position. Open the valves on the pipe space, i.e. on the tubing string, and annulus, i.e. the space between the tubing string and the production string. By pumping a process fluid, most often water, by a pump unit, the presence of circulation is determined without exceeding the pressure allowed on the production casing. Oil is heated to a temperature of 40-45 ° C and a third of the volume of heated oil is pumped into the annulus with a flow rate of not more than 6 l / s and a pressure of not more than 4 MPa. The oil is heated to a temperature of 80-100 ° C and the remaining 2/3 of the volume of hot oil is pumped into the annulus, while the last 2 m 3 of hot oil is pumped in free cooling mode. Downhole fluid is displaced into the pipeline, without exceeding the pressure allowed on the production casing and the pipeline.
As a result, it is possible to avoid the melting of paraffin in the upper interval of the inner part of the tubing string, its draining down and the formation of a plug and the absence of fluid circulation.
Case Study
The well has a depth of 1586 m, the diameter of the production string is 146 mm. The well is filled with borehole fluid - an oil emulsion. Operation of the pumps in the well is not possible due to a drop in the flow rate due to sediment deposits. The well is operated by a sucker rod pump. As a result of the bleeding of associated gas accumulated in the annulus, the upper part of the well was cooled and paraffins precipitated. During the operation of the pumping unit, a suspension of the rod string is observed. The rocking machine is transferred from the number of swings 4 per minute to the number of swings 2 per minute. The rocking machine works without hanging the rod string. After a day, increase the number of swings to 3. Observe a weak hang of the rod string. After a day, it is observed that the hang of the rod string is absent. Increase the number of swings to 4 per minute. A strong hang of the rod string is observed. Return to the number of swings 3 per minute.
Stop the rocking machine. Set the rocker of the rocking machine to the upper position. Open the valves on the pipe and annulus. By pumping a process fluid - produced water, a pump unit, not exceeding the pressure allowed on the production casing, determine the presence of circulation. Heated oil and pumped into the annulus a third of the volume of heated oil in an amount of 8 m 3 , maintaining a temperature in the range from 40 to 45 ° C with a flow rate of not more than 6 l / s and a pressure of not more than 4 MPa. The oil is heated and the remaining 2/3 of the volume of hot oil in the amount of 16 m 3 is pumped into the annulus, maintaining the temperature in the range from 80 to 100 ° C. In this case, when pumping the last 2 m 3 of hot oil, the heating is turned off and the oil is pumped in free cooling mode. Downhole fluid is displaced into the pipeline, without exceeding the pressure allowed on the production casing and the pipeline.
As a result, it is possible to completely clean the well from deposits of paraffins and return the operating mode of the rocking machine to the number of swings 4 per minute.
The application of the proposed method will solve the problem of increasing the efficiency of cleaning wells from deposits.
