Abstract
Description
Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к способам диагностики состояния организма высших животных и человека, в частности их сердечно-сосудистой системы (ССС).The invention relates to medicine, namely to methods for diagnosing the state of the organism of higher animals and humans, in particular their cardiovascular system (CVS).
Known methods for diagnosing the condition of the body according to symptoms, which is not always objective.
Known methods for diagnosing the condition of the body by conducting a medical examination, often lengthy and complex, which is problematic in the first place for the patient.
[1].Assessing the state of the body by its physiological parameters, such as temperature, pulse, systolic and diastolic blood pressures, does not always give an objective picture, and a long multi-day examination is carried out only in the clinic under the supervision of a doctor, usually in case of cardiac problems using an additional ECG analysis [one].
Closest to the claimed method is a method of monitoring human health using an integrated assessment of risk factors, suboptimal health status and endothelial dysfunction, when the patient answers the questionnaire "Assessment of suboptimal health status SHS-25". The risk factors are found out from the examinee, the smoker index, body mass index are calculated, blood pressure is measured, the level of glucose, total blood cholesterol is determined; conduct computer photoplethysmography with a sample of reactive hyperemia followed by computer processing of the obtained data according to the equations (patent RU 2535406 C1, publ. 10.12.2014). However, this method is time-consuming, requiring the measurement of many indicators in the patient, and the assessment is quite approximate.
The aim of the present invention is to simplify and shorten the timing of diagnosis of the state of the organism, its cardiovascular system (CVS) and increase the accuracy of diagnostic studies.
This goal is achieved by a method of diagnosing the condition of the body, in particular its cardiovascular system by measuring the patient's systolic and diastolic blood pressure during the day and plotting the dependence “P syst- P diast ” with its subsequent analysis. By the presence of one or more curves (the more so a chaotic picture like “starry sky”), one can judge the state of the organism, in particular, problems with CVS. In the case of a healthy organism, the “R syst- P diast ” schedule is a straightforward relationship, and in the case of a patient with cardiovascular system disorders, it is stratified into two or more direct lines, indicating the presence of several cardiac modes. When the points on the graph are not linearized, but represent a chaotic picture, then these indications indicate a complete mismatch in the work of the departments of the heart.
The proposed method is illustrated by the following examples.
1.Example 1
The test subject was a practically healthy girl of 18 years old who measured her upper (P syst ) and lower (P diast ) blood pressure during the day (automatic blood pressure monitor UA-787 from AD Medical) in calm and stressful conditions (10 squats). See the data in Figure 1a, where the “P syst- P diast ” relationship is shown for her.
2.Example 2
The method according to example 1, where the test was a young man of 19 years with cardiovascular dystopia. See data in Figure 1b.
3.Example 3
The method according to example 1, where the test was a clinically healthy dog breed mini-pinscher (male, 6 years old). The loading regime was expressed in 10 apportioning exercises (by the command “Bring the stick”). See data in Figure 2a.
4.Example 4
The method according to example 1, where the test was a dog breed mini-pincher (female, 8 years old) with heart failure and hypertrophy of the right ventricle. See data in Figure 2b.
Analysis of the figures shows that in the case of a healthy organism graph "P sys -P diast" represents a straight dependence (1a and 2a), known from physiology [2], and in case the patient, especially with the disorders of the cardiovascular system - its stratification into two or more straight lines (Fig. 1b and 2b), indicating the presence of several modes of the heart. Especially dangerous is the case when the points on the graph are not linearized, i.e. represent a chaotic picture, indicating complete disagreement in the work of the departments of the heart. Thus, the proposed method of rapid analysis is simple, affordable and highly effective.
