SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in orthopaedic dentistry clinic. Obtain a wax occlusogram in position of central occlusion. Read the anatomical imprints from the upper and lower jaws. Create gypsum models according to read imprints. Obtained wax occlusogram is applied on the gypsum models and using an occlusion spray contact points are registered. After photographing the models all the data is transferred to a personal computer where they are processed. Using software "Universal Desktop Ruler" calculate the area of the occlusion contacts.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the quality of the estimates of the area of occlusal contacts of the antagonising teeth, thereby increasing the level of diagnosis and treatment of patients with occlusal disorders.

Известен способ получения окклюзограмм, включающий подбор восковой пластинки, ее размягчение, введение в полость рта, размещение между зубами верхней и нижней челюстей, смыкание зубов, при этом пластинку воска перед введением в полость рта складывают вдвое и между половинками пластинки помещают копировальный материал. Для выявления окклюзионных контактов предварительно получают в полости рта окклюзограмму контактных точек зубов. В качестве материала для регистрации окклюзионных контактов используют «Воск базисный - 02» (ТУ 64-2-211-77, АО «Стома» Украина, г. Харьков) в виде пластин розового цвета размером 170×80×1,8 миллиметров. Пластину вводят в полость рта и позиционируют его относительно зубного ряда верхней челюсти, затем пациент смыкает зубы в положении центральной окклюзии. После чего снимают анатомические оттиски с верхней и нижней челюстей и получают рабочие модели из супергипса III класса. Ранее полученную окклюзограмму фиксируют на моделях верхней и нижней челюстей, и информация о межокклюзионном взаимодействии челюстей переносится на рабочую модель при помощи окклюзионного спрея. Модель фотографируется и электронная информация переводится на ПК. С использованием компьютерной программы «Universal Desktop Ruler» вычисляется площадь окклюзионных контактов.To identify occlusal contacts, an occlusogram of the contact points of the teeth is preliminarily obtained in the oral cavity. Способ оценки окклюзионных взаимоотношений антагонирующих зубов, включающий получение в полости рта восковой окклюзограммы в положении центральной окклюзии, снятие анатомических оттисков с верхней и нижней челюстей, изготовление гипсовых моделей по полученным оттискам, отличающийся тем, что восковая окклюзограмма накладывается на гипсовые модели и окклюзионным спреем регистрируются контактные точки, после фотографирования моделей все данные переносятся в персональный компьютер, где проводится их обработка, и с помощью программного обеспечения «Universal Desktop Ruler» высчитывается площадь окклюзионных контактов по формуле:
