FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a stamp pad holder for positioning an automatically painted stamp in the compartment for extending with the bottom part and walls separated therefrom that define a recess for mounting the stamp pad, as well as a self-painted stamp with a body that has a compartment for extending the stamp pad holder.

State of the art

A self-painted stamp in which the stamp pad holder, i.e. the holder with a stamp pad, like a drawer, slides into the compartment for extending the stamp body is known, for example, from EP 1603755. After the ink is used in the stamp pad, the stamp pad container can be removed from the drawer compartment and used with a new stamp pad capacity or original capacity for a stamp pad with a filled stamp pad. For this, the extension compartment has a free accessible opening for extension both on the front side and on the back side of the housing, so that the stamp pad can be inserted on both sides into the extension compartment in the housing, respectively, can also be removed from both sides from the compartment for nominations.

If the drawer compartment for the automatically painted stamp has only one drawout opening, it becomes difficult to remove the stamp pad container, since the container cannot be pushed out from the opposite side of the drawer extension. For such self-stamping stamps, stamp pad holders have been developed with special aids such as pens, etc., which however require manufacturing costs and also take up a lot of space.

Disclosure of invention

An object of the present invention is to provide a structurally simple, cheap to manufacture stamp cushion holder correspondingly automatically painted stamp of a reduced type, the removal of the cushion holder from the compartment for extending an automatically painted stamp is facilitated without the need for special, costly structural measures.

This task in the stamp pad holder according to the invention is solved in that at least one wall of the stamp pad holder has at least one recess.

The recess in the stamp pad holder can serve the user as an impact site for removing the stamp pad holder from the extension compartment. To this end, the user can grip the stamp pad holder in the recess area, for example with a fingernail, to pull the stamp pad holder from the extension compartment. The recess can also be used as a point of exposure for suitable aids, such as office paper clips or the like. Thus, both the execution of the stamp pad holder and handling thereof when removing the stamp pad holder from the extension compartment can be greatly simplified. This embodiment provides advantages, in particular, in the case where the compartment for extending the automatically painted stamp is accessible only on one side, so that the holder of the stamp pad cannot be pushed out from the opposite side, as would be possible with the compartment for extending open. In this way, the stamp pad holder can be used for a wide variety of automatically painted stamps. The recess can be made at very low cost in terms of technology, mainly directly in the manufacture of the stamp pad holder, for example, from plastic using injection molding. In addition, material-saving design is achieved, which reduces the cost of the stamp pad holder.

To make it easier to remove the stamp pad holder for existing automatically painted stamps with a frame-shaped body that has two narrow sides and two longitudinal sides, it is advantageous if a recess is provided on at least one longitudinal side of the stamp pad holder. Since the opening for extending the automatically painted stamp is usually located on the longitudinal side of the housing, the stamp pad holder has a recess in a suitable manner on the longitudinal side, so that the recess is accessible to the user.

If the recess is formed in the form of a slot, respectively, in a rectangular, advantageous way, in the appearance having the shape of a bath of the pillow holder, only a very minor intervention is carried out; moreover, in this way the place of the stamp pad in the pillow holder is not disturbed. The recess in the form of a slot is also particularly suitable for use with office aids typically used as office paper clips.

To remove the stamp pad holder from the extension compartment is an advantage if the longitudinal axis, having the shape of a recess slot, extends substantially in the longitudinal direction of the wall; thus, for example, a paper clip (or a comparable auxiliary tool) can, for example, be inserted into the slot-shaped recess so that the holder of the stamp pad can be moved in a manner similar to a lever using a paper clip, etc. pull out of the compartment for extension.

For this, in particular, it is advantageous if the recess adjoins the edge region of the wall facing away from the bottom. This design provides advantages in terms of manufacturing technology.

For guiding the stamp pad holder when installed in a compartment, it is advantageous if the edge region of the wall projects forward outward with respect to the longitudinal plane of the wall, and the recess extends predominantly over the entire height of the protruding edge region. If the recess is limited by a protruding edge region, moreover, advantages can be achieved in terms of manufacturing technology.

If the walls opposite to each other, mainly the longitudinal walls, of the stamp cushion holder respectively have predominantly at least one recess in the middle, also in the deployed position for mounting the stamp cushion holder, the recess is located on an extension hole that is accessible from the outside to facilitate removal of the stamp cushion holder from the compartment for promotion. Thus, when installing the stamp pad holder, it is not necessary to predominantly pay attention to which side of the stamp pad holder is pushed into the extension compartment. The stamp pad holder is advantageously symmetrical; for this, the recesses are located on opposite sides, respectively, in the same places, mainly in the middle.

The problem underlying the invention is solved by means of an automatically painted stamp with the stamp pad holder, as described above, in which the recess of the stamp pad holder is located open at the opening for extending the extension compartment. Thus, the recess of the stamp cushion holder from the outside is freely accessible to the user, so that the stamp cushion holder can, if necessary, be removed from the installation compartment by auxiliary means in order to replace the stamp cushion holder or refill the stamp cushion.

The implementation of the invention

1 and 2, in general, an automatically painted stamp 1 is shown, which has a stamp body 2 made in the form of a frame (hereinafter, case 2). The housing 2 has a compartment 3 for extension for the interchangeable cushion holder 4 located therein, in which the cushion 5 is placed (see FIG. 2). Inside the housing 2 there is further located a block 6 with seals, which has a punches board 7 with printing types installed on the punches board carrier 7 '. Block 6 with the seal in figure 2 is shown in the staining position when it is adjacent to the stamp pad 5.

To actuate the automatically painted stamp 1, a drive bracket 8 is provided, which in the shown example is worn in the form of a cap on the housing 2. The drive bracket 8 has legs 9, 10, which are mounted in corresponding guides on the narrow sides of the housing 2 with the possibility of movement. A spring 11 acts between the drive bracket 8 and the housing 2, which holds the drive bracket 8 in its upper position shown and thus the printing unit 6 in the dyeing position. The drive bracket 8 is moved to its lower end position, respectively, the working position is carried out in a known manner using a spiral mechanism 12, which facilitates the rotation of the block 6 with printing from the shown position of the coloring in the position of the print, provided for printing, as well as the reverse movement.

In the printing position, the print-type board 7 extends through the lower opening 13 of the housing 2, so that a print can be made on the printing surface. The spiral mechanism 12 has a mechanism for controlling the movement along a curve, respectively, well-known in the prior art, and accordingly a guide in the form of a slot, so that when the drive bracket 8 is actuated, the block 6 with printing is rotated 180 ° to the printing position. This or similar rotary mechanisms are well known in the art, so further explanation may be unnecessary.

If the compartment 3 for extending the automatically painted stamp 1 — as shown in FIG. 2 — is open on both sides, the stamp pad holder 4 can be extruded in the direction of the opposite side of the pop-up compartment 3 to replace the stamp pad holder 4, or the stamp pad 5 is refilled with the stamp pad paint.

In order to facilitate the replacement of the holder of the stamp pad 4 in the automatically painted stamp 1, in which only the extension compartment 3 open on one side is provided, the holder of the stamp pad 4 of the shown embodiment has a recess 15 in the wall 14, which is open at the extension opening of the extension compartment 3 . An externally accessible recess 15 serves as a gripping point for manually removing the stamp pad holder 4 from the extension compartment 3. As can be seen in FIG. 1, for example, a paper clip 16 can be used, which is inserted into the recess 15 in order to pull out the holder 4 of the stamp pad, for example, by a movement like a lever from the extension compartment 3.

Figure 3 shows the preferred embodiment of the holder of the stamp pad 4, which is formed in the form of a bath with the bottom part 17 and the walls 14, 18 spaced from it, which define a recess for accommodating the stamp pad 5. The holder 4 of the stamp pad preferably has on both opposite longitudinal walls 14, respectively, a recess 15 located in the middle (only one can be seen in FIG. 15), so that both have a recess 15 accessible from the outside for a 180 ° deployed installation position of the stamp pad holder 4, which oraya enables, facilitates respectively, replace the ink pad holder 4.

As can be further seen in FIG. 3, the recess 15 is formed in the form of a slot or in the form of a more or less narrow rectangle, the longitudinal axis having the shape of the slot of the recess 15 extends mainly in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal wall 14. The slot-shaped recess has a predominantly length from 5 to 10 mm, in particular about 8 mm, and a height from 1.3 to 2.3 mm, in particular about 1.8 mm, to offer enough space for the introduction of a paper clip or similar aids. In the shown embodiment, the recess 15 is adjacent to the edge region 19, which is facing away from the bottom 17, which is relatively slightly relative to the longitudinal plane of the longitudinal wall 14, for example, about 1 mm, protrudes forward outward. In this case, the recess 15 extends over the entire height of the protruding edge region 19.

As can be seen further in FIG. 3, on the walls 18 of the stamp pad holder 4 forming the narrow sides of the stamp pad holder 4, fixing means 20 are provided that interact in a known manner with the corresponding fixing means (not shown) in the automatically painted stamp 1 in order to fix the holder of the stamp pad 4 in the compartment 3 to extend the automatically painted stamp 1. The fixing means 20 in the shown embodiment are formed located in the middle on narrow sides 4 ah holder ink pad edges or grooves.

Figures 4-6 respectively show other embodiments of the stamp pad holder 4 with a recess 15, which are different from the depressions on the bottom 17 shown in Figure 3.

In all variants (FIGS. 4-6), the edges of the bottom 17 form a recess on the narrow side with respect to adjacent regions of the bottom 17.

According to FIG. 4, in addition, two grooves or grooves of the shape of a recess 21 are provided, which extend between the edges of the bottom 17 from the longitudinal sides.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, on the other hand, there are provided a total of four spherical shaped recesses 21, which are arranged in pairs in the region of the edges of the bottom part 17 from the longitudinal sides.

According to FIG. 6, two recesses 21 are substantially opposite each other, and the rest of the convex region of the bottom 17 is made in the form of a cross.

If the invention has been described above in more detail using preferred embodiments, however, changes and modifications are possible within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the holder 4 of the stamp pad could have on at least one wall 14, 18, preferably on opposite longitudinal walls 14, respectively, more than one recess 15, in particular two recesses 15, to make it possible to remove the holder 4 of the stamp pad a collet-like aid (or two fingers). The recess 15 may also have a different geometry; for example, a circle-shaped, elliptical, oval or square recess 15 may be provided. In addition, a recess 15 in the form of a spherical segment may adjoin the edge region 19.
