Abstract
Description
2].The invention relates to improving the technical resource, endurance and manufacturability of the formation of screw joints of steel engineering and building structures, mainly hydroelectric power plants, as well as structures and buildings of the first category for responsibility [1, p. 7, tab. 2].
It is known that hydraulic turbines of hydroelectric power plants are attached to the foundation with screw pins. The same studs attached the covers of each of the turbines. The reliability of screw pins should be high, since hydroelectric power plants belong to the first category of responsibility [1, p. 7] (reliability coefficient according to the level of responsibility γ n = 1,2). The water pressure in the turbine reaches 22 ... 24 atmospheres.
The diameter of the turbine cover reaches 8 m, the number of studs is 80 pcs. Anchor studs [2, p. 260] are motionless monolithic in the body of a reinforced concrete dam, therefore they are susceptible to corrosion processes.
Anchor studs made of carbon steel 35 [3, T. 1., p. 25, tab. 1.1.9.], Are more susceptible to corrosion than alloyed high-strength steel, since there is no corrosion protection.
A bad tightening of the studs is unacceptable, since in this case dangerous cyclic fluctuations in the stresses in the studs are stimulated [4, p. 316 ... 358, fig. 12.19, fig. 12.20], and the probability of occurrence of dangerous fatigue cracks increases. Corrosion damage contributes to fatigue failure of studs.
The design of anchor studs [4, p. 316 ... 358] with the strongest concentrators from sharp angles from cutting on a lathe to a large extent affects the premature nucleation and subsequent growth of fatigue cracks in them [5], [6, p. 1257], especially in the areas of transition from cutting [7, p. 119] to a smooth portion of the shaft.
Obviously, the sharp angles from cutting on the heels must be eliminated, that is, the profile of the reefs on the heels must be high-resource (smooth reefs along a sinusoid), and the surface of the heels must be protected from corrosion.
Срок безопасной эксплуатации шпилек, подверженных циклическим воздействиям, должен быть ограничен во времени [3, с. 136].It is also obvious that the cyclic effects transmitted to the studs should be distributed equally between them. The period of safe operation of studs subject to cyclic influences should be limited in time [3, p. 136].
The design of the nodes with studs should provide for the possibility of their dismantling and replacement with new ones after the expiration of their safe operation.
Analysis of the design of the studs currently used allows us to draw the following conclusions:
1. The reliability of the design of the mounting studs during operation is insufficient.
2. The period of safe operation of the studs should be limited in time. After the technical resource of the studs [6, p. 1199], reliable operation of the unit is not ensured, so they should be replaced with new ones. The mounting unit must be adapted to mechanized tightening of the nuts with a wrench with the exception of shifts in the friction joint.
3. The studs must be tightened with the calculated torque, which will ensure the operation of the fastener as a whole with the exception of shifts in the friction joint, which in turn will provide sufficient endurance of the fastener.
[4].4. Studs must be protected from corrosion by galvanizing or nickel plating, which increases their endurance [4].
For the analog, we take the studs shown in the reference [2, p. 260]. The disadvantage of the analogue is low endurance, as well as a low technical resource and a limited service life of screw joints using such studs [4, p. 317] without corrosion protection.
Р.Б. [4].R.B. Heywood (R.B. Heywood) notes that "with a successful design and the use of high-strength steels, approximately twice as much fatigue strength can be achieved and only half can be achieved with poor construction or poor production" [4].
In the figure [4, p. 320, fig. 12.3], the endurance of the studs with the cut and knurled threads is compared. Studs with knurled threads are about twice as hardy as studs in which the thread is formed using a cutter.
Р.Б. R.B. Haywood notes that [4, p. 321] "for threaded threads, in all cases, a decrease in the fatigue strength of a bolt with an increase in its diameter was established." In our case, the diameter is large (080 mm). The scale factor always affects negatively. An increase in the rigidity of a bolt or stud always negatively affects the endurance of the joint. Particularly dangerous is the transition from cutting to a smooth pin shaft.
Р.Б. R.B. Haywood notes that [4, p. 321] “improvement of the design can begin with simple requirements: cut the bolt (stud) to the maximum possible length, thereby reducing the diameter of the bolt, drill the inner axial part of the bolt (stud), use compliant bolt heads (malleable washers), nuts [4, p. 328, fig. 12.10], spring (plate) washers. "
Р.Б. 12.19].R.B. Haywood [4, p. 343, fig. 12.13] notes that “threads with a 90 ° profile angle of 10 or more times” increase endurance compared to standard threads. He recommends the use of “threads with a profile angle of 90 ° in cases where a particularly high fatigue strength is required for both threaded and knurled threads” [4, p. 356, fig. 12.19].
It should be noted that rolling threads with a 90 ° profile angle is easier than standard.
For the prototype we take screw reinforcing bars proposed by K. K. Nezhdanov and developed with graduate students [12, RU No. 2467075]. It is convenient to obtain high-resource screw studs of the required length from screw fittings.
The prototype used an automated method for rolling screw reinforcement by oblique helical rolling them in a hot (950 ... 1050 ° C) plastic state using oblique transverse helical knurling on a rolling mill made of high-strength high-alloy steel 40Х, 30ХЗМФ, 35Х2АФ "Select". The rental of high-life screw reinforcing bars solid or tubular in section is automated.
The technical problem of a method of increasing the resistance of tubular and rod reinforcement to corrosion in the nodes of machine-building, construction, and also inside reinforced concrete structures in the zone of its contact with concrete, as well as increasing the endurance, technical life of screw pins and improving the manufacturability of their formation is solved as follows.
950…1050°C.External rifts in a helical spiral are rolled in a hot plastic state in a rolling mill stand by oblique transverse helical knurling [12] from a continuously cast ductile plastic billet. Continuously cast billet is cast [6, p. 799] from high-strength alloy steel, resistant to corrosion (10KHNDP, 12GN2MFAYU, 15G2AFD, 10G2S1D, 40Kh, 3OKhZMF, 35Kh2AF "Select" [SNIP, p. 64, table 51]), and it is cooled to a plastic state - temperature 950 ... 1050 ° C.
The temperature of the end of hot knurling is maintained at 950 ... 1050 ° C, the reef profile is rolled along a sinusoid with a reef height equal to half their pitch.
A method of manufacturing a rod and tubular reinforcement from high-strength corrosion-resistant steel is implemented in the following technological sequence of the formation of screw rods.
На непрерывно-литую заготовку в клети прокатного стана по спирали накатывают внешний профиль косой поперечно-винтовой накаткой с высотой рифов, равной половине их шага при температуре конца горячей накатки 950-1050°C (непрерывные рифы с профилем синусоиды трубной цилиндрической накатки [6, с. 119]).On the continuously cast billet in the rolling mill cage, the outer profile is helically rolled with an oblique transverse helical knurling with a reef height equal to half their step at a hot rolling end temperature of 950-1050 ° C (continuous reefs with a cylindrical rolling sinusoid profile [6, p . 119]).
Temper the obtained screw billet [7, p. 408] and re-run on the rolling mill in a cold state, then the surface of the screw blanks is degreased.
Then evenly galvanized [11, p. 185] with a hot electrochemical coating with a zinc flow rate of 0.01-0.013 g / m 2 and the surface of the iron-zinc coating is thermally treated at a temperature of 420-500 ° C for 10 ... 20 min. This prevents the occurrence of corrosion processes in the surface zone of contact and adhesion of reinforcement with concrete.
Heat treatment increases the resistance of the reinforcement to corrosion by 3 ... 4 times [11, p. 185] as a result of the formation of a uniform layer of constant thickness of the zinc coating.
As high-strength corrosion-resistant steel, steel 10KHNDP, 12GN2MFAYU, 15G2AFD, 10G2S1D is used.
Corrosion damage to screw reinforcement is excluded in the area of its adhesion to the concrete of the foundation and in flange assemblies with screw studs for covers, for example, turbines of hydroelectric power plants to turbine bodies.
Galvanized steel provides high corrosion resistance of screw fittings in concrete, and therefore, provides reliable anchoring and excludes pulling it out of concrete. They also provide reliable equal-strength longitudinal joining of rods of screw fittings with each other by screw couplings.
They guarantee reliable operation of flange joints and reinforced concrete structures and increase the period of safe operation, 3 ... 4 times longer in relation to reinforced concrete structures reinforced with template “black” reinforcement [13, p. 102], not protected by a uniform layer of constant thickness of the zinc-iron alloy.
The technical resource of the hollows and reefs of the spiral helical reinforcement profile rounded by a sinusoid is also increased and high-yield reinforcement with reefs along a helical spiral having high endurance is obtained.
Automatically cut it to measured lengths, get high-resource screw studs. They are supplied with elastic pliable (plate) washers, which are cast from basalt or malleable cast iron, having an elastic modulus compared to steel, about two times lower.
They supply high-life screw studs with nuts made of the same steel as the studs, and send finished products to the consumer for use in high-resource friction joints.

In FIG. 3 shows a hot-rolled continuously cast

Continuously cast
It is continuously quenched by cooling by a known technology from rolling heating [7, p. 408], and after quenching, they automatically re-run in and increase the technical life of
This increases the technical resource of the spiral helical reinforcement profile (effective stress concentration factors are minimal), and they provide high-life reinforcement with a guarantee of high endurance. Finished spiral reinforcement is cut into measured lengths and high-resource screw studs are prepared, ready for use.
Comparison with the prototype shows the following significant technical differences:
1. The manufacture of screw fittings is automated on a rolling mill of oblique transverse helical rolling from continuously cast billets.
2. The screw profile is continuously automated quenched by cooling it according to the known technology of rolling heating [9, p. 408], which ensures high productivity of the process.
3. After hardening, the endurance of helical spiral reinforcement is automatically increased by re-rolling and hardening
4. High-resource screw studs are automatically obtained from the screw profile, cutting the profile into measured lengths. They supply screw studs with elastic plate washers and high-strength nuts and send finished products with high endurance and operational technical resource to the consumer for use in high-life friction joints.
5. With a large diameter of the studs (80-100 mm) it is convenient to use tubular studs, and the cavity inside the stud will have an additional beneficial effect on the technical life of the screw stud, increasing its compliance.
