Description

The invention relates to the field of jewelry and haberdashery products, in particular to the design of jewelry made with the possibility of replacing a removable decorative element.

The production of jewelry and bijouterie is one of those areas where developers each time try to bring something new into the appearance of jewelry, while not departing from classical designs. Decorative jewelry with removable (interchangeable) elements appeared relatively recently, but are very popular among both women and men. This is because the presence of such a product eliminates the need to purchase any additional products suitable for a particular wardrobe item. It is enough to simply replace the decorative element so that the product fits into the overall appearance. Thus, the presence of such a product reduces both time and material costs.

Known decoration described in German patent No. 202004005551 (publ. 08.07.2004) containing a base with holes for the locking rod, a removable decorative element and the locking rod. The disadvantages of the described utility model include the inconvenience of mounting and dismounting a removable decorative element. In accordance with the description, for attaching a decorative element to the base of the decoration, the locking rod must be placed in the holes made in the base and secured with an Allen key, which is then removed and stored separately. It should be noted that storing the key separately and its small size significantly increase the likelihood of its loss. Obviously, the dismantling of the decorative element with its further replacement without such a key is very problematic.

The closest analogue of the claimed invention is the decoration described in US patent No. 5165257 (publ. 24.11.1992), containing the base in the form of a ring with coaxial through holes for the locking rod in the form of a pin needle and a removable decorative element on the pin. The disadvantage of this decoration is the weak reliability of the fixation of the removable decorative element. In addition, the design of the decoration provides for interaction with the needle pins when attaching and removing the removable decorative element, which may contribute to injury to the user.

The basis of the invention is the task to develop such a decoration with a decorative element that would expand the existing range of jewelry and costume jewelry, would have high performance and consumer characteristics, the design of which would ensure reliable fastening of the decorative element to the base.

The problem is solved in that the decoration contains a base with holes for the locking rod, a removable decorative element and a locking rod, while the decorative element contains a decorative insert and a substrate provided with a cylindrical protrusion with a radial slot, the outer edge of the cylindrical protrusion is provided with radial outward-facing petals, the base contains a cylindrical recess capable of receiving a cylindrical protrusion of the substrate, an annular narrowing with a borehole is made along the outer edge of the recess ozny radial grooves that can pass the radial petals of the substrate, and the locking rod is equipped with a tooth protruding through a groove in the bottom of the substrate and made with the possibility of introducing into the radial slot in the cylindrical protrusion of the substrate after the substrate and the base are aligned with each other and rotated relative to each other to friend. The described implementation of the decoration due to the presence of the bayonet connection of the base and the decorative element, organized by the presence of radial outward-looking petals on the outer edge of the cylindrical protrusion and through radial grooves along the outer edge of the recess, as well as the closing rod, provides a reliable and quick-fastening of the decorative element to the base of the decoration.

An embodiment of the invention is preferred in which the decorative insert is made of precious and / or semi-precious stone. A decorative insert of the greatest aesthetic value for the overall appearance of the decoration can be a stone of any known type of cut, shape, size and color. It should be noted that the decorative insert and the substrate can be joined by adhesive bonding, solder, magnet, pin, threaded or spline connection or the like.

Thus, the absence of obvious signs of the presence of a locking rod when the decoration is assembled, as well as the possibility of replacing both the decorative element as a whole and the decorative insert without disconnecting the substrate from the base, provide high operational and consumer characteristics of such decoration.

Such an implementation of the invention is advisable in which the jewelry is a ring, bracelet, chain, earring, clip, brooch, cufflink, tie clip.

The replacement of the decorative element is as follows. A key is inserted into the hole in the base 1 so that the key abuts against the locking rod 3, act on it by moving the tooth 4 in the specified channel with its subsequent removal from it. Then rotate the base 1 and the decorative element 14 relative to each other and remove the latter.

Thus, the invention was developed, which is such a decoration with a decorative element that extends the existing assortment of jewelry and jewelry, has high operational and consumer characteristics, and its design provides reliable fastening of the decorative element to the base.
