The invention is intended for use in the jewelry industry, namely for products that make up the kit, which can be worn separately or combined into a single jewelry product.

Many jewelry enterprises produce different types of products (earrings, rings, bracelets, pendants, etc.), united by one artistic concept, which can be realized by the consumer either individually or in a set, but the set itself often represents the same disparate products and all with the same ways of wearing, in addition, a set of jewelry requires special storage devices (holders of earring rings, etc.) during operation. Proposed in the invention, the product and method allows you to combine the elements of the kit in such a way that it will be a completely different piece of jewelry and have a different general appearance, different from its constituent elements.

Known patent US 20110120187 A1 "Jewelry Kit, Articles of Jewelry, and Associated Devices and Methods Thereof", which is a piece of jewelry - pendant, which can be divided into parts in the form of brooches and earrings.

The disadvantage of this method is that to obtain a single product, the kit must include a brooch, earrings and a chain, or a necklace, or a bracelet, the presence of special fasteners for connecting individual products into one, for example, a fastener for attaching a chain to it, such additional elements can spoil the appearance of the products that make up the kit, in the process of wearing in a disassembled state in the form, for example, brooches and earrings. In addition, when assembled in the form of a new product, looking at the back, you can guess that this product can be divided into parts. (US 20110120187 A1, uspto.gov).

The closest analogue of the claimed solution can be considered a patent for the invention WO 2010/010182 A1, since it connects the ring and two earrings into a single composite product, as well as the solution we claimed.

The disadvantage of this analogue is the inability to use a narrow set of rings in a known set.

So, in the known solution, the fastening function is performed by a special intermediate cylindrical section located on the back of the base in the center of each earring. In special cases, this intermediate cylindrical section (22) can be supplemented with elements (24) and a modification of the inner surface of the ring splint (Figs. 3, 4A, 4B, 5A, 5B (4B), 8).

So, in the images explaining the essence of the claimed decision (clause 2 of Article 1354 of the Code), it is clearly seen that for the already known solution WO 2010/010182 A1, the lock (earring clasp) (23) is located on the intermediate cylindrical section (22), which depends from the size of the ring, together with it is located in the ring shredder (see Fig. 1, 3, 4B, 5B, 7, 8).

In addition, the intermediate cylindrical section (22) (WO 2010/010182 A1), having a considerable size, does not allow the use of a ring with a narrow splint (the surface of the ring (14), (11), since, in accordance with Fig. 4B, Fig. 8, one intermediate cylindrical section (22) occupies 1 / 4-1 / 5 of the inner surface of the ring (11) or (14), and in the case when the earrings are mounted with the ring, only 2 / 4-2 / 5 of the width of the splint remains for fastening (the surface of the ring (14), (11). Given that the lock for the earring is approximately 10-17 mm (earpiece, cloves, etc.), then the size of one intermediate of the cylindrical section (22) will be 5-8.5 mm, and the width of the ring splint (14), (11) will then be 20-34 mm, provided that the distance between the intermediate cylindrical sections (22) installed in the ring (10 ) earrings (20) (30) is equal to one width of the lock (23), and if it is equal to the width of two locks (23) folded together, as shown in Fig. 4B, Fig. 8, then the width of the ring ring (14) , (11) is 30-51 mm, which makes the ring impossible to wear.

Another disadvantage is the dependence of the intermediate cylindrical section (22) (Fig. 1, 3, 4B, 4B (5B), 7, 8) on the diameter of the ring, additionally increases the weight of the earring, so in accordance with OST 117-3-002-95 the inner diameter of the ring is from 15-19 mm, based on this, the intermediate cylindrical section (22) has a significant size and, accordingly, weight.

Another disadvantage is that the conversion of a composite jewelry into a pendant in an already known solution is due to the presence of a hole (141) (see FIG. WO 2010/010182 A1) on the ring shank according to claim 1 of the formula WO 2010/010182 A1, at the same time, through this hole (141), an element is immersed inside, for example a chain (see the description of page 9, para. 1), or according to claim 12, the hole (141) of the formula is intended for passing through it a locking device (60), which is separate independent part.

Thus, the already known solution is heavy, inconvenient in operation and costly to manufacture, has additional fasteners, and the main fasteners are clearly visible.

Disclosure of invention

The technical task of this invention is aimed at increasing the versatility of jewelry.

Another technical task is the development of a set of jewelry that can be interconnected into a completely different piece of jewelry, which could be applicable both to decorate a person and to decorate the interior.

Another technical task is the development of such a method of fastening jewelry, forming a set between themselves, which would not require special mechanisms, would be simple and the fastening elements would be located only on the earrings and would look like an artistic part of the product, but not as a fastener, except Moreover, the fasteners would have a simple design, a small size in relation to the ring and earrings and would not depend on the size of the ring, in addition, would not make the product heavier and would allow it to be used in a composite and narrow ring shred. In addition, when looking at a new product, it would be impossible to determine without a detailed examination that this composite jewelry is made up of various other jewelry.

And also another task is the development of such a solution that would allow to convert a composite jewelry into a pendant or convert rings to a pendant without additional mechanisms and fastenings both on the products themselves and on the suspension element, for example, on a chain.

These technical problems are solved by a set of jewelry, including a ring, earrings, in some cases supplemented with a chain or cord, or ribbon, or strap.

In contrast to the already known solution, the present invention provides simple fasteners, due to which a jewelry set consisting of rings, earrings can be combined into one piece of jewelry, so that at first glance it is impossible to determine without a detailed examination that it is a jewelry item consists of various jewelry items, namely, on the inner sides of the earrings, there are elements on the edges consisting of a base made on the basis of a cylinder and a tip made on the basis of a ball. Moreover, these fasteners are small, included in the composition of the earrings and do not look like fasteners. Due to their small size, they do not make the product heavier, do not depend on the size of the inner diameter of the ring and, accordingly, do not make the product heavier.

In the particular case of execution, the ring may have a top, hollow inside, into which, when connected to the composite product, the lock (earring clasp) (2.1) is hidden inside the top of the ring (1.3) (Fig. 3-6), which additionally allows the use of a ring in the composite product with a narrow shred and does not depend on the type of lock (earring clasps) (2.1).

The shape of the earring fastener can be various: pin (Fig. 5), an English lock (Fig. 6) or a lock with a chain (Fig. 7). As can be seen from the images in FIG. 5, 6, 7, various types of fasteners do not interfere with the formation of composite jewelry.

The ring on the shank has holes through which, if desired, you can thread a chain, or a cord, or a ribbon, or a strap. Moreover, these holes are made in such a way that they do not look like fasteners, but look like part of the design. Such a solution allows to obtain a technical result, namely, the conversion of a composite jewelry into a pendant or the conversion of a ring into a pendant without additional mechanisms and mounts on the products themselves or on the chain.

Unlike the already known solution, the present invention in the form of a set of jewelry (ring and earrings) using the claimed method and special fasteners can be combined into one completely new piece of jewelry, which can be used in the form of a jewelry decorative figure, for example, for decoration interior, while if you insert a chain, or a cord, or a ribbon, or a strap into the holes specially made in the ring shred, which is part of the composed new jewelry, this product can It can be used as a pendant and used for wearing, for example, on the neck.

In addition, in the disassembled state, the claimed jewelry set can be used for wearing in the form of a ring and earrings or in the form of a pendant and earrings, since a chain, or a lace, or a ribbon, or a strap can be passed through the holes on the ring’s chipper.

Such a variety of applications of the same set of jewelry consisting of rings and earrings, namely in the form of a jewelry decorative figurine (assembled), or in the form of a pendant (assembled), or in the form of a set of rings and earrings, or in the form of a set of pendants and earrings, increases the multifunctionality of jewelry in the form of rings and earrings.

In addition, the consumer can combine jewelry from different sets, creating new composite jewelry with a new design.

The claimed product can be made of both precious metals and simple ones, can be made of plastic and epoxy resins, with precious and semiprecious stones and also without them and with imitation stones.

The shape of the top of the ring can be varied, as well as the front side of the earrings, in which the composite jewelry has the shape of a nesting doll, an Easter egg, a three-dimensional geometric figure, for example, close to the ball, etc.

The proposed jewelry set (Figs. 3, 4) consists of a ring (1) and earrings (2) and can be supplemented with a chain (3), or a cord, or ribbon, or a strap (Fig. 4), and the ring on the shank holes (1.1), at least two (Figs. 1, 4), into which, if desired, you can pass the chain (3), or a cord, or a ribbon, or a strap, and earrings along the edges of the back of the base (2.4) (Fig. 5) have fasteners (2.2), consisting of a base made on the basis of a cylinder and a tip made on the basis of a ball. As a result, the jewelry set of rings and earrings (Fig. 3) is transformed into another set consisting of earrings (2) and pendants (1), (3) (Fig. 4).

The proposed jewelry set, consisting of a ring (1) and earrings (2), can be transformed into a new composite jewelry in the form of a decorative jewelry figurine (Fig. 2) or pendant (Fig. 1).
