Description

The invention relates to techniques for advertising, in particular for advertising in retail trade, and can be used, for example, for advertising food products placed in refrigerators - open access display cases installed in the trading floors of supermarkets.

Known removable flat billboard made with the possibility of fixing it in a cassette mounted on the object, for example on the roof of the vehicle (RF patent for utility model No. 14312, M. class. G09F 21/04, publ. 10.07.2000).

The disadvantage of this technical solution is the low information content due to the lack of coverage of advertising information placed on it.

A flat billboard with a light source and light filters is also known, an advertising image is applied on the billboard with paints, and lighting devices are used as the light source located on the brackets around the perimeter of the billboard, the minimum length of each bracket is selected from the condition of full illumination of the entire advertising image, and the maximum the length is determined by the power of the lighting devices, allowing full illumination by each lighting device of the entire advertising image, in Most filters use either separate filters in lighting devices, or a specially selected color of the bulb of each lighting device, the color of the colors of the advertising image and their brightness being selected in accordance with the radiation wavelength of the lighting devices, which provides the maximum decorative and visual effect, and a switching control device has also been introduced lighting devices (RF patent for utility model No. 6935, M. cl. Closest to the proposed technical solution is a flat advertising banner with a light source and filters, consisting of volumetric cells, the outer side of the billboard is made transparent, and on the inside there is an advertising image, light sources are installed on the back side of the billboard, separated from the front side of the billboard by opaque partitions with holes located against light sources (French patent FR 2297541, M. CL A47B 97/00, publ. 01/09/1976, analogue of Belgian application BE 837186 (A1) - 1976-04-16).

The disadvantages of this technical solution are the structural complexity due to the presence of opaque partitions with holes located against the light sources of the external lighting devices, the complexity of the installation and change of advertising information.

The technical problem solved by the proposal is to simplify the design of the advertising banner, its fastening, facilitate the change of advertising information, especially advertising of goods placed in trading floors.

To solve this technical problem, an advertising banner is proposed that contains a flat multilayer case with successively placed front and rear flat plates, the front plate is transparent, and the backlight elements with point light sources, a dividing frame made in the form of an aluminum strip with thermoplastic applied on one side layer, the backlight elements with point light sources are combined into backlight units, which are placed at the ends of the front flat plate, on the inside On the bottom surface of which an advertising image is applied by sandblasting, the back flat plate is twice as wide as the front flat plate by twice the height of the backlight unit, the front and rear flat plates are separated by a dividing frame.

An advertising banner may contain an additional separating frame and an intermediate flat transparent plate, on the surface of which an advertising image can be applied by sandblasting, the intermediate flat transparent plate is installed behind the front flat plate and separated from it by an additional separating frame. An aluminum strip with a thermoplasticizing layer deposited on one side of it can be corrugated.

The set of essential features of the claimed advertising banner when searching for patent and technical literature is not found and does not follow explicitly from the studied prior art, has significant differences from the considered analogues. Advertising banner can be made using well-known materials and technological operations. Therefore, the applicant believes that the claimed advertising banner meets the eligibility criteria of the invention of “novelty”, “inventive step” and “industrial applicability”.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, which show an example implementation of an advertising banner in accordance with the invention.

The figures indicate: front 1, intermediate 2 and rear 3 flat plates, front plate 1 and intermediate plate 2 are made transparent, backlight unit 4 with point light sources 5, dividing frame 6, made in the form of a corrugated aluminum strip applied to one side thereof thermoplastic layer 7, the backlight unit 4 with point light sources 5 are placed at the ends of the front 1 flat plate, on the inner surface of which an advertising image is applied by sandblasting screen printing 8 , the back 3 flat plate is wider than the front flat plate 1 by twice the height 9 of the backlight unit 4, an additional dividing frame 10, patch decorative strips 11. The backlight blocks 4 have current leads 12.

An advertising banner with front 1, intermediate 2 and rear 3 flat plates is assembled (Fig. 4) as follows: on the rear flat plate 3, the dimensions of which correspond to the installation dimensions of the window of the door of the commercial refrigerator with an advertising window (not shown), lay a dividing frame 6 in series made in the form of a corrugated aluminum strip with a thermoplasticizing layer 7 deposited on one side, an intermediate 2 transparent flat plate, an additional dividing frame 10, and a front transparent plane plate 1. On the inner side of the front 1 and intermediate 2 flat plates, an advertising image is preliminarily applied by sandblasting (in the case of using two plates (Fig. 1), an intermediate transparent flat plate 2 and an additional dividing frame 10 are not installed, the advertising image may be also applied to the rear flat plate 3, which can also be made transparent). The assembled package is placed in a frame (for example, the door of a commercial refrigerator with an advertising window, not shown), on the sides of the assembled package in the gaps formed by the difference in the width of the back flat plate 3 and the front flat plate 1 by twice the height 9 of the backlight unit, placed from two sides of the backlight blocks 4 (Fig. 5) so that their point sources of light 5 face the ends of the front 1 (for an advertising banner with two plates (Fig. 1, 3)) or the front 1 and intermediate 2 plates (Fig. 2). Then, on the door frame of the commercial refrigerator with an advertising window, the design is fixed with overhead decorative strips 11. Power to the backlight units 4 is carried out through current leads 12.

Advertising banner works as follows.

The assembled structure is a double-glazed window having two (Fig. 1) or three (Fig. 2) air gaps, which provides the necessary thermal insulation of the refrigerator - open access showcases. Placed on the inner surfaces of the front 1 and intermediate 2 (if available) flat plates by sandblasting, the advertising images 8 are highlighted by the point light sources 5 combined in the backlight units 4. The random arrangement of microholes forming advertising images 8 provides uniform illumination by reflected light towards the observer (to the outside of the front plate 1). To increase the attractiveness of the advertising banner, point light sources 5 together with a power source (not shown) can provide the effect of “running fire”, color and brightness changes, etc. Advertising banner can work in conjunction with sound advertising.

The applicant has developed and successfully used prototypes of the proposed advertising banner.
