Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the woodworking industry and can be used in the production of composite materials, in particular wood boards.
патент RU 2378591 C1 по классу 26B 3/00).A known method of preparing technological chips by separating the bark from the chips, drying in boiling petrolatum, followed by immersion of the mixture in a container of water and collecting the bark floating in the upper layer of water (see patent RU 2378591 C1, class 26B 3/00).
The known method is not effective enough, time-consuming, and also for its further implementation in the process stream requires special drying of the mixture in petrolatum.
The closest technological solution is the method of preparation of technological wood chips (see AS USSR No. 4777207, class B27L 1/00, 1973), including drying the wood chips, forming a layer of wood chips and subsequent separation of the bark from the wood chips.
The disadvantage of the closest analogue is its low efficiency, due to the difficulty of separating the bark from the wood chips in the separation of the mixture.
The objective of the proposed method is to improve the quality of technological chips due to the best separation of it from the bark.
The solution to this problem is provided by the method of preparation of technological chips, including the separation of the bark from the wood chips, drying the chips, forming a layer of wood chips and compressing it. In this case, the process of separating the bark from the wood chips takes place in two stages: first, after the compression of the chip layer, and the final separation of the bark from the wood chips is carried out on vibrating screens equipped with balls, while the pressure control of the compression of the chip layer, the amplitude and frequency of vibration of the vibrosieve is carried out depending on ash content of wood chips.
The invention is illustrated by the following example.
For the production of wood chipboards (chipboard), wood chips are produced in accordance with GOST 1585 grade PS. In this case, the use of all hardwood and conifers is allowed. In technological chips for chipboard, bark up to 15% is allowed. An increase in the bark in the chips leads to the need to increase the consumption of the binder, increases the cost of production, reduces strength and affects the appearance of the plates. At most enterprises, wood chips for chipboard are produced from non-barked raw materials in their own enterprise and (or) they use imported wood chips made from logging waste, sawmill and woodworking waste, as well as industrial waste. Mass fraction of bark in imported wood chips reaches 45-50%. According to the known method, the mixture of wood chips and bark before crushing is dried to a moisture content of 8-12%. The dried mixture is squeezed using rotating rolls with an elastic shell and a gap between the rolls equal to the thickness of the chip layer, followed by separation of the bark from the wood chips separation.
The known method based on the mechanical destruction of the bonds of the bark with wood by crimping is not suitable for debarking the fine wood fraction used in the manufacture of particleboard. In addition, the resulting mixture additionally requires its special drying and processing.
According to the proposed method, the dried mixture of bark and wood chips to a moisture content of 1-3% necessary for the production of chipboard is crimped. At the same time, the crimping force is regulated, large inclusions of the bark are separated and removed for use in other processes, in particular, heat supply for drying wood chips and pressing plates. The remainder of the mixture of bark and wood chips is fed to a vibrating screen equipped with balls with an elastic shell and with the possibility of changing their parameters by weight and size depending on the desired fraction of wood chips.
The ash content is determined after drying the mixture by drying the sample to constant weight and then burning and weighing the resulting ash. The ash content is calculated by the formula:
, ,
где Gcyx - масса пробы в абсолютно сухом состоянии;where G cyx is the mass of the sample in a completely dry state;
G ash - mass, ash.
The pressure regulation of the compression layer of chips is carried out depending on the fractional composition and ash content of the chips. So, with an ash content of 0.5%, the compression pressure was 0.5 MPA, with an ash content of 2.2%, the pressure was 1.5 MPA.
The final separation of the bark from the wood chips is carried out on vibrating screens equipped with balls with a diameter of (3.0-8.5) d o , where d o is the diameter (mm) of the sieve holes of the corresponding fraction of wood chips and the mass of the ball is 20-80 g.
When the ash content of wood chips is 0.5%, the vibration frequency of the vibrating screen is 150 min -1 , and the amplitude of the vibrating screen is 50 mm.
When ash ash 2.2%, the vibration frequency of the vibrating screen is 180 min -1 , and the amplitude of the vibrating screen is 100 mm.
Показателем качества подготовки технологической щепы является отношение количества коры и нестандартных частиц, попавших в кондиционную фракцию во время сортировки (n2) к количеству их в исходной щепе (n1) ε=n2/n1.An indicator of the quality of preparation of technological chips is the ratio of the amount of bark and non-standard particles that got into the conditioned fraction during sorting (n 2 ) to the number of them in the original chip (n 1 ) ε = n 2 / n 1 .
The dependence of the ash content on the wood species and the coefficient of the quality index of the technological chip preparation are presented in the table as a result of tests according to the above values of the controlled parameters.
Thus, the proposed solution allows to improve the quality of the technological chips, which reduces the binder consumption with further use of chips and the quality of products from this chip.
