Цементный клинкер дробят и просеивают через сетку №5. На поверхность отформованных гранул наносят (втапливают) слой дробленого цементного клинкера. Гранулы сушат до влажности 1-6% и обжигают, например, во вращающихся печах барабанного типа при температуре 1100°C. Готовые гранулы охлаждают до температуры 20-50°С и направляют на склад готовой продукции.
