EFFECT: producing a natural effect of the real dynamic dimple, improving the patient's appearance and attractiveness.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and relates to a method for forming dimples on the cheeks to create a natural natural effect of a dynamic dimple, improving the appearance and attractiveness of the patient.

State of the art

Surgical methods for creating dimples on the cheeks are known from the prior art - dimplectomy (Internet: http://abriell.ru/uslugi/dimplektomiya/). The main goal of the previous technique is to create a scar between the skin and the mucous membrane of the oral cavity, which creates the effect of a dimple on the cheek. This is achieved by making a linear incision of the mucous membrane, then in the underlying buccal muscle a window is formed through which the mucous membrane of the oral cavity is sutured to the skin and subcutaneous fat.

Disclosure of invention

The problem to which the present invention is directed is to form a visible dynamic dimple on the cheek, taking into account the anatomical and physiological characteristics of the patient.

The technical result achieved by the implementation of the claimed invention is to obtain the natural natural effect of this dynamic dimple, improving the appearance and attractiveness of the patient by creating dimples of the desired shape and size using a surgical tool.

The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the oral cavity a circular excision of the area of the mucous membrane of the cheek, buccal muscle with the same fascia and subcutaneous fat to the skin is performed, the diameter of the excised area is from 2 to 8 mm, then the formed edges of the buccal muscle are fixed to the skin with internal resorbable sutures , and on the mucous membrane of the cheeks impose external sutures, which are subsequently removed.

The specified technical result is also achieved by the fact that the formation of dimples on the cheeks is carried out with an ordinary scalpel during circular motion, as well as with surgical scissors or a biopsy tool. A circular scalpel uses a surgical instrument known as Punch.

It should be noted that the external seams from the mucous membrane of the cheeks are removed on the 7-10th day.

The implementation of the invention

Plastic surgery is performed under local anesthesia with surgical instruments such as a scalpel, scissors, a circular scalpel, known as Punch, a biopsy tool. In the oral cavity, a small section of the mucous membrane of the cheek 4, buccal muscle 3 with the same fascia and subcutaneous adipose tissue 2 is excised into the skin 1, the diameter of the excised area is from 2 to 8 mm, then the formed edges of the buccal muscle are fixed to the skin with internal resorbable sutures 6, and 2-3 external sutures 7 are placed on the mucous membrane of the cheeks, which are removed on the 7-10th day.

Internal seams do not require removal, as they absorb themselves. Until the internal seams dissolve, the dimple on the cheek is constantly visible, in a calm state and during sleep. The static dimple gradually disappears after 2-4 weeks and appears only during a smile and other facial movements of the face, thereby acquiring a dynamic character. It is practically impossible to distinguish artificial dimples created by our proposed method from natural dimples created by nature.

Example 1

Patient Peninsula I.G. appealed to the clinic 01/30/2012 with a request to form her dimples on her cheeks. 02/01/2012, an operation was performed to create dimples on both cheeks (one dimple on each cheek).

Example 2

Patient S.in P.V. turned to the clinic on 04/18/2013 with a request to form dimples on his cheeks. 04/25/2013 an operation was performed to create dimples on both cheeks (one dimple on each cheek).

Under local anesthesia in the oral cavity, circular excisions were made of sections of the mucous membrane of each cheek, buccal muscle with the same fascia and subcutaneous fat to the skin, the diameter of the excised portion was 6 mm, then the formed edges of the buccal muscle were fixed to the skin with internal resorbable sutures, and to the mucous membrane of the cheek external sutures were removed that were removed on the 7th day.

Example 3

Patient Sh-va A.V. appealed to the clinic on 08/07/2013 with a request to form a dimple on her right cheek (there was a natural dimple on her left); on 08/10/2013, an operation was performed to create a dimple on her right cheek.

Under local anesthesia in the oral cavity, a circular excision was made of a section of the mucous membrane of the right cheek, buccal muscle with the same fascia and subcutaneous fat to the skin, the diameter of the excised section was 6 mm, then the formed edges of the buccal muscle were fixed to the skin with internal resorbable sutures, and to the mucous membrane of the cheek external sutures were removed that were removed on the 10th day.

For preventive purposes, antibiotic therapy is prescribed. The postoperative period without complications. The last scheduled inspection was carried out 02.09.2013. The result is positive. The patient is satisfied.

The method of forming dimples on the cheeks is highly effective, does not cause side effects and is used for plastic surgery in patients of different ages. An advantage of the claimed invention is the formation of a natural dynamic dimple, an improvement in the appearance and attractiveness of the patient is achieved.
