According to the invention, the cap additionally includes a protective skirt consisting of the protective skirt inner and outer walls jointed in the part turned towards the tin bottom with a springing bend formation. The protective skirt inner part is designed so that to enable the butt-end resting into the canted edge of the tin filled with beverage. The diameter of the protective skirt turned towards the tin bottom is equal to the outer diameter of the cylindrical part of the tin.

EFFECT: invention ensures air-tightness of closing of the upper conic part of the tin and hygienic safety enhancement.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of storage containers, and more particularly, to lids for a metal can with a drink having a cylindrical part and an upper conical part containing a top with a rolled edge, including a top and a skirt that can be snapped onto said rolled edge, and can be used in the manufacture of metal cans with drinks.

State of the art

According to research by scientists (see the program of the First TV channel, “First Class” with Ivan Okhlobystin shown in 2011, see for example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ht1WgpdeoSw) in a metal can with a drink, then there is a regular soda can that contains harmful bacteria, namely: E. coli, bacteria that cause pyelonephritis, cystitis, and more. Moreover, the analysis of objects in public places for the presence of bacteria equated metal cans with a drink with the handles of public toilets for the content of harmful bacteria in them.

Other common infections that can be easily detected there: colibacillosis - causes intestinal disorders, skin diseases; Klebsiella pneumonia - a range of infectious diseases from intestinal to pulmonary; salmonella - causes salmonella; streptococcus - skin and internal infectious diseases; Staphylococcus aureus - a range of diseases from skin to sepsis (general infection of the blood). In a humid environment for up to several weeks, in a dry environment - for several days, viruses can also live: rotavirus - causes a disease like SARS, but with severe intestinal damage, hepatitis A and E - acute viral inflammation of the liver.

Thus, there is insufficient attention to ensuring the tightness of the closure of the upper conical part of the metal cans to increase hygiene.

The disadvantage of such a lid is that it does not tightly close either the top of the can, or even the upper conical part of the metal can with a drink, and when using such a can by a person, namely when drinking from it, the person always touches the lips of this upper conical part of the metal can . It is also known that during transportation and storage, metal cans collect on their surface, including on the upper conical part, a huge number of pathogenic microbes, which is confirmed by tests. All this leads to low hygiene of the use of such a metal can with a drink and can adversely affect human health.

This solution is the closest in technical essence and the achieved technical result and is taken as a prototype of the invention.

The disadvantage of such a lid is that it does not cover the upper conical part of the metal can with the drink, and when using such a can by a person, namely when drinking from it, the person always touches the lips of this upper conical part of the metal can. It is also known that during transportation and storage, metal cans collect on their surface, including on the upper conical part, a huge number of pathogenic microbes, which is confirmed by tests. All this leads to low hygiene of the use of such a metal can with a drink and can adversely affect human health.

Disclosure of invention

Based on this original observation, the present invention mainly aims to provide a lid for a metal can with a drink, allowing at least to smooth out one of the above disadvantages. Namely, to ensure the tightness of the closure of the upper conical part of the metal cans and increase the hygiene of using cans.

To achieve this goal, the lid further includes a protective skirt consisting of the inner and outer walls of the protective skirt connected in a part facing the bottom of the metal can, with the formation of a spring bend. The inner wall of the protective skirt is made with the possibility of abutment with its end against the sealed edge of the metal can with the drink. The diameter of the protective skirt facing the bottom of the metal can is equal to the outer diameter of the cylindrical part of the can.

Due to this advantageous characteristic, it becomes possible to manufacture a lid of such a design that, on the one hand, could snap into the sealed edge of the metal can, and on the other, would provide a tight seal on the upper conical part of the metal can. It is the presence of a protective skirt that abuts the bend of the metal can, and allows you to completely isolate the upper conical part of the metal can. And the implementation of the inner wall of the protective skirt with the possibility of abutment with its end against the sealed edge of the metal can with the drink provides reliable fixation of the lid on the metal can.

There is a variant of the invention in which the inner and outer walls of the protective skirt do not touch each other in the upper part, but form a springy bend.

Due to this advantageous characteristic, it is possible to save material for the manufacture of such a cover.

There is also an embodiment of the invention in which the inner wall of the skirt has vertical slots.

Due to this advantageous characteristic, it is possible to easily open the lid, since it becomes possible to open the lid due to pressure on the upper, convex part of the lid. As a result of pressure on the upper part of the cover, it is distributed on the protective skirt, which leads to deformation of the outer wall of the protective skirt, leading to its bending outward. Vertical slots of the inner wall of the protective skirt are involved in this process.

There is also a variant of the invention, in which the inner wall of the protective skirt in its edge facing the bottom of the metal cans has a sealing annular protrusion.

Due to this advantageous characteristic, it becomes possible to increase the sealing of the upper conical part of the metal can.

There is an alternative embodiment of the invention in which the outer wall of the protective skirt has at least one recess and / or protrusion adapted to open the lid with a user's finger.

Thanks to this advantageous characteristic, an alternative opportunity arises for easy opening of the lid, since it becomes possible to easily engage the lid with at least one finger of the user.

There is an embodiment of the invention in which the lid is made of plastic.

Thanks to this advantageous characteristic, it is possible to make the lid of a light, cheap material adapted for mass production.

There is an alternative embodiment of the invention in which the lid is made of metal.

Thanks to this advantageous characteristic, an alternative opportunity arises for making the lid of rigid material adapted to firmly seal the upper conical part of the metal can.

There is an embodiment of the invention in which the lid is made of metal of the same metal as the can itself, for example aluminum.

Thanks to this advantageous characteristic, it is possible to ensure that the requirements for disposal and recycling of the lid are met in a manner similar to the requirements for disposal and recycling of the can itself.

There is an alternative embodiment of the invention in which the cover is made of thick paper or cardboard.

Thanks to this advantageous characteristic, it is possible to make the lid of a light, cheap material adapted for mass production.

There is a variant of the invention in which the outer wall of the protective skirt has an additional tear tape sealing the joint of the lid and the metal can.

Due to this advantageous characteristic, it becomes possible to increase the tightness of the connection between the lid and the metal can.

There is a variant of the invention in which the outer wall of the protective skirt is detachable and has two parts - removable and fixed on a metal can and has means for connecting and disconnecting the removable and fixed parts.

Thanks to this advantageous characteristic, it becomes possible to repeatedly open-close the proposed lid.

There is an embodiment of the invention in which the connection-disconnecting means of the removable and fixed parts is made in the form of a threaded connection.

Due to this advantageous characteristic, it becomes possible to repeatedly open-close the proposed cover by unscrewing the removable part of the cover.

There is an embodiment of the invention in which the connection-disconnecting means of the removable and fixed parts is made in the form of an annular groove located on one of the parts of the outer wall of the protective skirt, and an annular protrusion located on the second of the parts of the outer wall of the protective skirt.

There is an embodiment of the invention in which the top of the lid may include an annular groove for receiving the annular support protrusion of the bottom of the can when the cans are stacked on top of each other.

Thanks to this advantageous characteristic, it becomes possible to repeatedly place the cans on top of each other mainly in the pallet, which generally gives stability.

The set of essential features of the invention is unknown from the prior art for devices of similar purpose, which allows us to conclude that the criterion of "novelty" for the invention.

According to figure 1, the metal can 1 with a drink has a cylindrical part 11 and an upper conical part 12 containing the top 13 with a sealed edge 14. The bottom of the can is designated 15, the axis of symmetry 16 is shown.

According to figures 2 and 3, the cover 2 for the metal can 1 includes an upper part 21 adapted to close the top 13 of the metal can 1, and a fastening skirt made with the ability to click on the specified seam edge 14, consisting of an inner 22 and an outer 23 walls protective skirts connected in part 24, facing the bottom of the metal can 15, with the formation of a springy bend. The inner wall 22 of the protective skirt is made with the possibility of abutment with its end 25 in the sealed edge 14 of the metal can 1 with a drink. The diameter of the protective skirt facing the bottom of the metal can 15 is equal to the outer diameter of the cylindrical part of the can 1.

According to figure 3, the inner wall of the protective skirt in its edge facing the bottom of the metal cans may have a sealing annular protrusion 26. The outer wall of the protective skirt may have at least one recess 27, adapted to open the lid with the finger of the user.

The lid 2 can be made of plastic, metal, and, as an option, from the same metal as the can 1 itself, as well as from thick paper or cardboard. The outer wall of the protective skirt 23 may additionally have a tear tape sealing the joint of the lid and the metal can. The figures are not shown.

According to figure 4, the outer wall of the protective skirt 23 can be made detachable and have two parts - removable 231 and fixed 232 on the metal can 1 and have means for connecting and disconnecting the removable and fixed parts. Moreover, the means of connection-separation of the removable and fixed parts can be made in the form of a threaded connection. Alternatively, the connection-disconnecting means of the removable and fixed parts can be made in the form of an annular groove located on one of the parts of the outer wall of the protective skirt, and an annular protrusion located on the second of the parts of the outer wall of the protective skirt. This option is shown in figure 4. Also, the removable and fixed parts of the outer wall of the protective skirt can have an additional flexible connecting element 29.

The upper part of the cover 21 may include a convex section. The size and location of the convex section should be selected taking into account the thickness and flexibility of the material from which the cover is molded. The stiffer this material, the greater should be the area and height of the convex section. In the case of a thin and very flexible cover, the convex portion may not be used, and the top of the cover within the gutter will be substantially flat. The bulge of the top of the lid may correspond to the concavity of the bottom of the aluminum can.

You can also use for marketing purposes the usable volume under the lid having a convex upper section 21.

The implementation of the invention.

The lid for a metal can with a drink operates as follows.

- Stage A1 - in the manufacture of metal cans with a drink, the lid is put on the can in the factory, under which the required level of hygiene is ensured, that is, the absence of pathogenic microorganisms on the can body and lid.

- Stage A2 - during transportation, sales, and before the user opens the lid, the closure of the upper conical part of the metal can is sealed.

- Step A3 — the lid is opened in any way possible, for example by pressing the upper convex part of the lid, engaging the lower part of the protective skirt with fingers or objects, opening through recesses or protrusions adapted to open the lid with the user's finger, and similar methods. The surface of the upper conical part of the metal can remains hygienically clean and it is safe to touch it with the user's lips when used.

- Stage A4 - in the case where the outer wall of the protective skirt is detachable and has two parts - removable and fixed on a metal can and has a means of connecting-disconnecting the removable and fixed parts, it is possible to repeatedly open-close the lid.

Industrial applicability

The proposed lid for a metal can with a drink, can be carried out by a specialist in practice and upon implementation ensures the implementation of the declared purpose. The possibility of being implemented by a specialist in practice follows from the fact that for each feature included in the claims on the basis of the description, the material equivalent is known, which allows us to conclude that the criterion of "industrial applicability" for the invention is met.

Thus, due to the fact that the lid additionally includes a protective skirt consisting of an inner and outer wall of the protective skirt connected in a part facing the bottom of the metal can to form a spring bend, and that the inner wall of the protective skirt is configured to stop with its end in the sealed edge of the metal can with the drink, and that the diameter of the protective skirt facing the bottom of the metal can is equal to the outer diameter of the cylindrical part of the can achieved technical the result, namely, ensuring the tightness of the closure of the upper conical part of the metal cans and improving hygiene.

An additional useful technical result of the claimed invention is that this lid for a metal can with a drink provides:

Thus, the proposed lid for a metal can with a drink is recommended for widespread adoption in the food industry.
