Abstract

FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: bench contains two seats (designed as slanted from the edges towards the middle so that to form a depression), legs and a back. The seats are fixed with hinged joints at the edges of the bench and rely on springs in the middle; the bench is additionally equipped with a bar serving as bottom support of the springs with spring sockets represented by metal sleeves; hinged joints at the bench edges are attached to the bottom side of the seats with displacement from the edges so that the seats can be turned on them only so that to increase the recession thus formed between them.

EFFECT: expansion of technical and functional capabilities.

Description

The proposed technical solution relates to garden and park furniture and can be used in city parks and public gardens for seating and the original complement to their design.

It is well known to use in this capacity a bench with an original form of sitting, from the edges to the middle of which a recess is made, along which the people sitting on it slide smoothly towards each other, known as the “bench for acquaintances and reconciliations”, see, for example, note 3 page of the Altai Pravda newspaper dated July 16, 2013, No. 207.

The disadvantage of such a bench is the lack of elements of mystery and obscurity in its design. The principle of its action is immediately understandable with an external look at it, which can create certain psychological inconveniences for those who decide to use it.

The closest analogue of the claimed technical solution (prototype) is a bench depicted in a photograph on the Internet at http://news.tut.bv/kaleidoscope/295665.html. The photograph clearly shows that the bench contains two seats made with an inclination from the edges to the middle with the formation of a recess. The disadvantage of such a bench is similar to the disadvantage described above for the analogue of the claimed technical solution.

The technical result of the invention is the expansion of the technical and functional capabilities of the bench.

The essence of the claimed technical solution, providing the specified technical result, consists in the fact that the known bench is made with the following differences: the seats along its edges are fixed on hinges, and in the center - supported by springs, while the bench is equipped with an additional beam that serves to springs with a lower support, nests for springs are made with metal bushings, and hinges along the edges of the bench are fixed on the lower side of the seats with an offset from the edges so that they turn around tral problems was possible only in the direction of increasing the image at the same time deepening between them.

The essence of the claimed technical solution is illustrated by drawings, which schematically depict the claimed bench. Figure 1 shows its General view, figure 2 the bench is depicted in a position with a modified angle of inclination of the seats. Figure 3 on an enlarged scale shows the mounting node of the seats on the hinge at the edge of the bench, indicated in figure 2 by the letter B, figure 4 - the mounting node of the seats in the central part of the bench on the springs, indicated in figure 1 by the letter A.

The numbers on the drawings indicate: 1 - bench seats, 2 - bench legs, 3 - its back, 4 - hinged mounting of seats along the edges of the bench. The number 5 denotes the springs supporting the seats of the bench in its central part, 6 - the supports in which the nests for the springs are located 5. Structurally, the support 6 can be made in the form of a beam connected to the legs 2 of the bench. The number 7 indicates the sleeve for the spring 5.

Figure 3 shows that the hinged mounting of the seats is made in such a way as to exclude the possibility of tilting the seats on opposite sides of the bench. This is achieved by the fact that the edges of the seats abut against the base of the legs of the bench, which limits the possibility of their rotation on the hinges 4 up. Turning on hinges 4 is only possible downward with the formation of a recess from the edges to the middle of the bench.

Figure 4 shows the fastening of the springs 5 in the bushings 7 on the support 6 and the seats 1. The use of the bushings in this case allows for more reliable mounting of the springs.

In this case, special attention should be paid to the fact that the bench according to the proposed technical solution should be strong enough, like any other garden furniture, and exclude the possibility of injury to people using it when changing the angle of inclination of seats. The gaps between the supports of the seats should be large enough to prevent pinching of the fingers, the edges of the clothes, etc.

When these conditions are met, the claimed bench has obvious advantages over the described analogue and prototype, as it does not allow you to see in advance the principle of its action. Before her seats are occupied, she looks like an ordinary bench - the seats are parallel to each other. The qualities of the bench appear after two sit on the bench. Under load, the seats change the angle of inclination from the edges to the middle with the formation of a recess, the bench acquires the properties of “benches for acquaintances and reconciliations”.

Thus, the implementation of the claimed technical solution expands the technical capabilities of the bench and allows it to be used in city parks and squares as park furniture for seating and an original complement to their design.
