Disclosure of invention

The technical result consists in the ability to simplify the process of preparing rolls due to the dosed and uniform application of rice on nori, as well as more simple and uniform addition of ingredients and folding into a roll.

The device has a base on which a container for rice is located on top. The rice bowl has a cutter on the bottom, and the rice bowl squeezer is located on top. The base also has a recess; a pressure is placed above the recess. The squeezer is connected to the stand, inside which it can move. The stand itself is connected to the base and can move relative to the recess.

The distance between the base and the rice bowl should be equal to the height of the mat along with the rice layer needed to make the rolls.

The implementation of the invention

On the basis of (1) there is a container for rice (2). This bottom bowl for rice has a cutter (3). On top of the rice bowl has a rice bowl squeezer (4). Also, the base has a recess (5), over which a squeeze (6) is placed with the help of a stand (7).

A mat is placed on the base, on which a nori sheet is located. The mat is placed under the rice bowl. When pressing on the pressure of the rice container, a layer of rice is squeezed out onto the nori, which is separated from the main mass inside the rice container with a cutter.

After that, a mat with nori and rice is placed above the recess and with the help of a squeezer is immersed in this recess, while part of the mat with nori and rice remains outside the recess. The pressure is returned to its original position and free space remains in its place. The stand moves. The necessary ingredients are added to the free space formed by the squeezer, after which the parts of the nori with rice remaining outside the recess are wrapped, forming a roll for cutting it into rolls.
