Из уровня техники известен способ имитации мозаики (патент Украины №94507, B44C 1/28, B44C 5/06, E04F 13/00, опубл. 12.04.2010 р. бюл. №9), который включает нанесение рисунка на начальный материал путем осуществления прорезов согласно рисунку на глубину меньшую толщины начального материала с получением выемок. Как начальный материал используют загрунтованное полотно, другой плотный материал или твердую поверхность, при этом сначала на него наносят необходимый цвет, потом на цветной пласт наносят шпаклевку толщиной 0,5-2 мм до образования целостной поверхности, заранее приготовленным составом, а потом производят прорезание сырой шпаклеванной поверхности с образованием фактуры мозаики, не задевая начальный материал, полученную поверхность сушат, обрабатывают, наносят рисунок цветным цветистым пластом и покрывают лаком, при этом шпаклевка состоит из масляной краски, цинквайса, мела, льняного масла и растворителя для масляных красок, включает вертикальную стрелу, подставку, надгробие и основу, отформованные из бетонных растворов с декоративно-облицовочной обработкой этих элементов и шлифованием поверхности. Ближайшим аналогом выбран процесс изготовления мозаики (патент Украины №22076, B44C 1/00, опубл. 10.04.2007 р., бюл. №4), по которому в качестве материала для выполнения мозаики выбирают цветное художественное стекло для витражей или узорчатое стекло, а после нанесения на поверхность основания контуров рисунка или композиции ее (основание) разделяют на небольшие, удобные для изготовления мозаики, части-основания, к тому же, в качестве материала для закрепления деталей на поверхности основания выбирают клейкое вещество, которое наносят на последнюю тонким пластом, а набор рисунка или композиции осуществляют путем наклеивания на поверхность основания предварительно смазанных также клейким веществом деталей, при этом детали размещают одну от одной на расстоянии от 0,5 мм до 1 мм с образованием промежутков, которые после выдерживания до высыхания клейкого вещества и перед затиркой заполняют мастикой соответствующего цвета, а прикрепление частей-оснований к поверхности в отведенном для мозаики месте осуществляют постепенно одну за одной с образованием единого панно. Стекло может быть нарезано на детали разного цвета в виде геометрических фигур, таких как квадраты, треугольники, прямоугольники, круги, овалы и т.п., размером от 1 мм до 10 мм. В качестве материала основания может быть взят OSB - влагостойкие плиты. Подготовка поверхности основания из OSB - влагостойких плит может состоять в том, что их с обеих сторон грунтуют пропиткой типа "Грунт №7" в несколько пластов, кроме чего, обратную сторону и торец красят нитро- или масляной краской. В качестве клейкого вещества может быть использована суспензия клея типа ПВА. Суспензия клея может быть получена путем выделения воды из ПВА. В качестве мастики для затирки промежутков между деталями, наклеенными на поверхности основания, может быть использован материал типа церезит с возможностью добавления соответствующих красок. После затирки промежутков, на поверхности мозаики может быть выполнена роспись. Осуществляют способ следующим образом.The method is carried out as follows.
Создают проект в виде эскиза инкрустации мозаичной композиции, который в дальнейшем инкрустируют в несущей детали в виде основы. После создания эскиза композиции начинают подбор материалов для фрагментов мозаичной композиции по цветовой гамме согласно проекту. Вырезают необходимые фрагменты или используют пригодные фрагменты, имеющиеся в наличии. В качестве фрагментов используют разные породы природного камня и/или стекло разных цветов и оттенков (фиг.5, 5а), и/или крошку разных пород природного камня и/или стекла разных цветов и оттенков (фиг.6, 6а) согласно заданной мозаичной композиции. При этом не обязательно, чтобы фрагменты мозаичной композиции были одной толщины, важно, чтобы они были как минимум вровень с лицевой поверхностью основы или панели для закрепления на основе. Потом фрагменты композиции выкладывают на листе бумаги в общую композицию, на которой карандашом или шариковой ручкой или другим наносят внешние контуры (границы) мозаичной композиции. Таким образом выходит лекало, которое с помощью алмазного или победитового чертежного приспособления переносят на основу. По полученным контурам вырезают нишу - по меньшей мере одно углубление (фиг.3, 3б) необходимой глубины на основе или вырезают по меньшей мере одно сквозное отверстие на панели для закрепления на основе (фиг.4, 4а) и закрепляют на основе для образования углубления на основе, после чего в по меньшей мере одном углублении размещают не ниже уровня лицевой поверхности основы или панели для закрепления на основе заготовленную мозаичную композицию (фиг.5, 5а) согласно проекту и заливают специальным клеевым составом, например Тенаксом или другим, имеющим необходимые свойства, для получения монолитной конструкции. К клеевому составу добавляют при необходимости специальные красители в зависимости от художественных требований и особенностей мозаичной композиции. После полного затвердения клеевого состава, согласно правилам пользования и его физических характеристик, образованную заполненную поверхность - поверхность инкрустации подвергают механической обработке: выравниванию при необходимости, шлифованию и полированию на одном уровне с лицевой поверхностью основы (фиг.5, 5б, фиг.6, 6б) и/или лицевой поверхностью панели для упрочения на основе с рельефным сквозным отверстием (фиг.7, 7б), или выше ее уровня.Create a project in the form of a sketch of the inlay of a mosaic composition, which is then inlaid in the supporting part in the form of a base. A niche is cut out from the obtained contours - at least one recess (Fig. 3, 3b) of the required depth on the base or at least one through hole is cut out on the panel for fixing on the base (Fig. 4, 4a) and fixed on the base to form a recess on the basis of, after which, in at least one recess is placed no lower than the level of the front surface of the base or panel for fixing on the basis the prepared mosaic composition (Figs. 5, 5a) according to the design and is poured with a special adhesive composition, for example, Tenax or another, having m the necessary properties for obtaining a monolithic structure. If necessary, special dyes are added to the adhesive composition, depending on the artistic requirements and features of the mosaic composition.
