Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to resuscitation.
Known methods of relieving status in asthma with glucocorticosteroids, combined with the use of inhaled bronchodilators, such as salbutamol.
[1].However, in some cases, these therapeutic measures are ineffective and the time of assistance in the intensive care unit lasts from 3 to 4 days. After which, treatment for at least two weeks continues in the therapeutic department using a course of small doses of intravenously administered glucocorticosteroids combined with inhaled bronchodilators. This method of stopping and treating the status of bronchial asthma has several disadvantages: the therapeutic effect is poorly effective, withdrawal from the status lasts for a long time in the intensive care unit and further in the therapeutic department, which requires a large number of expensive pharmacological drugs and treatment time in the hospital [1] .
The objective of the invention is the rapid and effective removal of patients from the status of the status of bronchial asthma with less cost of drugs and treatment time.
The task in the method of stopping the status of bronchial asthma is achieved by intradermal injection of antisera (Ac) against human urotensin II (hU-II), the hormone of the caudal neurosecretory system of the CNSS [2] and magnesium sulfate 25%, intravenously into the palm surface of the forearm. With continued respiratory failure, injections of Ac hU-II and magnesium sulfate continue to be administered 25% on the following days of treatment, combined with inhalation bronchodilators: salbutamol berotek or berodual, as well as intravenous administration of glucocarticosteroids to a permanent improvement in breathing. Further, the patient is transferred to the therapeutic department, where the treatment of bronchial asthma is carried out according to the standard.
To maintain the quality of life during outpatient treatment, inhaled pulmonary glucocorticoids, for example, budesonide, are applied to the lungs.
The method is as follows.
0.1-0.2 ml of Ac hU-II, a hormone of the caudal neurosecretory system (CPSS) of a person [2], is injected into a sick person with bronchial asthma status [2] in 2-3 skin areas of the palmar surface of the forearm at a distance of 3-5 cm one from the other and 5.0-10.0 ml of magnesium sulfate 25% intravenously 1-2 times daily. Subsequent treatment is carried out according to the standard. After persistent improvement in breathing, the patient is transferred to the therapeutic department.
A method of treating Ac hU-II and magnesium sulfate 25% is simple and available to any medical institution. It is performed using known means.
Example 1. A sixty-year-old man who was admitted to the intensive care unit with a severe form of bronchial asthma status is immediately injected intracutaneously with 0.2 ml of human antitum (Ac) urotensin 2 (hU-II) in 2-3 parts of the palmar surface of the forearm once a day and magnesium sulfate 25% intravenously 2 times a day in 10 ml, combining this therapeutic measure daily with the use of inhaled bronchodilators and intravenous administration of glucocorticosteroids to a permanent improvement in breathing. Then transferred to the therapeutic department for treatment according to the standard.
Example 2. A thirty-five-year-old woman who was admitted to the intensive care unit with moderate severity of bronchial asthma status was injected with 0.1 ml of Ac hU-II once a day and 5 ml of magnesium sulfate 25% intravenously at a 2-3 point point on the palmar surface of the forearm, repeating it introduction after 12 hours. These activities continue in the following days, combining with the use of inhaled bronchodilators and intravenous administration of glucocorticosteroids to a permanent improvement in breathing. Then the patient is transferred to the therapeutic department for treatment according to the standard.
Example 3. A 40-year-old man who was admitted to the intensive care unit with moderate severity of bronchial asthma status was immediately injected with intravenous 10 ml of magnesium sulfate 25% and human ant urotensin II antiserum (hU-II) 0.1 ml at 3 points on the palmar surface of the forearm . This treatment is combined with the daily use of inhalation bronchodilators and intravenous administration of glucocorticosteroids until a steady improvement in breathing, and then transferred to the therapeutic department for further treatment according to the standard.
Способ прост в исполнении, более эффективен, чем ранее применяемые и ускоряет процесс лечения, что делает его более дешевым и сокращает время пребывания в реанимационном и терапевтическом отделениях (табл.1).The proposed method for stopping the status of bronchial asthma is characterized by the use of human urotensin II antiserum (hU-II) and magnesium sulfate 25%. The method is simple to execute, more effective than previously used and accelerates the treatment process, which makes it cheaper and reduces the time spent in the intensive care and therapeutic departments (table 1).
