SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the exhibition equipment, namely the support for shelves. The support for shelves comprises a clamp and fastening to it. In addition, the support comprises a housing with a cutout in which a semicircular recess is made for a tube, with at least two slots for fixing shelves, and at least two holes are made for fastening the shelves on the upper surface of the housing, one threaded hole for screw on the rear surface of the housing, an insert with a semicircular recess for the tube with the ability to move it in the recess for fastening the support on the tube used as a rack or a crossbar of the shelf stand or the shopwindow.

EFFECT: providing opportunity of fastening several shelves on one support.

Description

The device relates to media, advertising and exhibition equipment.

The prior art various fasteners shelves and display racks. For example, fastening shelves of windows (JOKER system. Http://www.arex.kiev.ua/index ...).

The disadvantage of these shelves for showcases is that they cannot be fixed on one bar or on one rack of the showcase.

Partially this drawback is deprived of a device for fastening shelves to the crossbar of the display case (Yandex, cosmetics display cases of shelves / cabinets 4 mm display, all pictures, photo 1). However, this device does not allow to fix the shelves on vertical racks.

This drawback is deprived of the device "Showcase-rack for piece goods such as bottles" according to the patent of the Russian Federation for invention No. 2079282 dated 05/20/1997, which is closest to the invention, containing a support rack in the form of a tripod mounted on a support platform on wheels. On a tripod at different levels above each other at a distance of not less than the height of the bottles and at an angle from 45 to 180 ° to each other, shelves are suspended on the clamps. The shelves are attached to the clamps on the axes with locking screws with the ability to change the tilt. On the shelves, on the lower side, frames with guides in the form of runners with a gap designed to hang the bottles by the neck of the neck are attached. Shelves with guides are installed with an inclination to the horizontal at an angle of 10-15 °, providing rolling bottles along the guides to the front of the shelves. The ends of the runners protruding from the front of the shelves are bent up to hold the bottles sliding along the guides. The clamps are mounted on a tripod with the ability to rotate and move along the vertical axis and are fixed with locking screws.

The main disadvantage of fixing shelves in this device is that only one shelf is fixed on one clamp support. In addition, the clamp support cannot be located under the shelf in its center.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is to create a device for attaching shelves of display cases and shelves of a prototype without a drawback, namely: allowing at least two shelves to be fixed on one support, as well as to position the support under the shelf in its center.

The technical result that can be obtained by implementing the device is to provide the ability to secure at least two shelves on one support. An additional technical result is that the device can be used to fasten one shelf, located under the shelf in its center.

To achieve the technical result, a device is proposed comprising a housing with a cutout in which a semicircular recess is made for the pipe with at least two grooves for fastening the shelves, and at least two holes for fastening the shelves on the upper surface of the housing are made, one threaded hole for the screw on the rear surface of the housing, an insert with a semicircular recess for the pipe, with the possibility of its movement in the cutout, for fixing the support on the pipe used as a stand or crossbar with ellazha or showcases.

The claimed device differs from the prototype in that it contains:

- a cutout in the housing in which a semicircular recess is made for the pipe, with at least two grooves for fastening the shelves;

- at least two holes for mounting shelves on the upper surface of the housing;

- one threaded hole for the screw on the rear surface of the housing;

- an insert with a semicircular recess under the pipe, with the possibility of its movement in the cutout of the housing for fixing the housing on the pipe used as a rack or crossbar of the rack or display case.

From the above list of features of the claimed device and the achievement of the task clearly shows that the claimed technical solution is a new set of features that provide a new technical result, not known at the filing date of the application.

A new technical result that can be obtained by implementing the device is to provide the ability to secure at least two shelves on one support. An additional technical result is that the device can be used to fasten one shelf, located under the shelf in its center.

The proposed device is industrially applicable, as it can be used in trade and industry. It can be carried out using well-known means and methods by a specialist in the field of technology with general knowledge, without much difficulty and inventive activity.

The technical solution of the claimed device meets the criterion of "novelty" as it is not unknown from the prior art on the date of application.

The technical solution of the claimed device meets the criterion of "inventive step", since no solutions have been identified that have features that match its distinctive features, and not known fame of the distinctive features on the resulting technical result.

The device is shown in figures 1-4. In Fig.1 - the support is shown on the side. Figure 2 - support with shelves, mounted to the display rack, shown above. The shelf support comprises a housing 1 made, for example, in the form of a cube, with a notch 2, in which a semicircular recess 3 is made under the pipe 4, with at least two grooves 5 under the rods 6 of the shelves 7, at least two openings 8 under rods 6 of shelves 7 on the upper surface 9 of the housing 1, two holes 8 for rods 6 of shelves 7 on the upper surface 9 of the housing 1, one hole 10 with thread 11 for a screw 12 on the rear surface of the housing 13, an insert 14 with a semicircular recess 15 with the possibility of it movement in the cutout 2 to fix the housing 1 on the pipe rack or Ladina shelving or cabinets. The housing 1 with a notch 2 and a recess 3 under the pipe 4 form a clamp, and the hole 10 with a thread 11 and a screw 12 are elements of its fastener.

An example of using the device.

Before using the device, it is disassembled. To do this, unscrew the holes 9 from the thread 10 of the screw 11, remove the insert 13.

When attaching the device to the pipe 4, used as a display rack or rack, a cutout 2 of the housing 1 is placed on it and a semicircular recess 3 is pressed to it, insert 14 is inserted into the cutout 2 and pressed it to the pipe 4 by a semicircular recess 15. Turn the screw 12 clockwise arrow, in connection with which, under its influence, the insert 14 will be pressed against the pipe 4. Insert the rods 6 of the shelves 7 into the grooves 5.

When attaching the device to the pipe 4, used as the crossbar of the display case or shelving, do as described above, with some exceptions: the rods 6 of the shelves 7 are inserted into the holes 8.

Thus, the claimed technical result is obtained: it is possible to fix at least two shelves on one support. In addition, the device can be used to fasten one shelf, located under the shelf in its middle.

Support for shelves, including a clamp, fasteners to it, characterized in that it contains a housing with a cutout in which a semicircular recess is made under the pipe, at least with two grooves for fastening the shelves, and at least two holes for fastening shelves on the upper surface of the body, one hole with a screw thread on the rear surface of the body, an insert with a semicircular recess for the pipe with the possibility of its movement in the cutout to fix the support on the pipe used as a rack or crossbar already or showcases.
