Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to psychiatry and narcology, and can be used to treat patients with various addictions.
Currently, drugs from the following pharmacological groups are used to treat patients with various addictions: vegetotropic drugs, antipsychotics, tranquilizers, hypnotics, analgesics, vitamins. The list of recommended pharmacological agents is given, in particular, in the following publication: N.M. Zharikov, Yu.G. Tyulpin "PSYCHIATRY" Moscow, "Medicine" 2002, pp. 293-333, 346-348, 453- 457) [1]. The disadvantages of the methods of application described in [1] are the low effectiveness of the treatment, the absence of a complex effect to stimulate the adaptive-recovery resources of the nervous system, the possibility of developing adverse reactions.
The patent of the Russian Federation 2150938 "Method for the treatment of opium addiction" is also known from the prior art [2]. This method describes the procedure for the use of a number of pharmacological agents for the treatment of such a serious addiction as drug addiction. The disadvantages of this method include its low efficiency and limited scope.
Other approaches to the treatment of patients with various addictions are also known from the prior art, in particular, patents of the Russian Federation No. 2308297 [3], No. 2255770 [4], No. 2112559 [5], as well as US patents No. 7632843 [6], No. 7863254 [7], No. 7915285 [8], No. 7947661 [9], No. 7968604 [10], No. 8044096 [11]. Despite the numerous attempts of physicians to radically solve the problem of addiction, none of the above methods of treatment showed stable results. The main disadvantages of these methods include the following: low efficiency, the absence of a complex effect aimed at stimulating the adaptation and recovery resources of the nervous system structures responsible for the formation of patient behavior, the absence of a targeted corrective effect on the physiological basis of the functioning of the nervous system cells.
The problem to which the claimed invention is directed is to develop a method for the correction of addictive behavior, which would ensure a decrease in the patient's propensity for addictions of various kinds and at the same time be distinguished by increased efficiency and safety of patient therapy. Such a correction can be used both as an independent course and as an initial stage of treatment of severe addictions.
The technical result of the proposed correction method is the effective stimulation of adaptation and recovery processes in the nervous system, the reduction of the clinical manifestations of addictive behavior with the subsequent restoration of volitional control and stabilization of the psychoemotional background.
The essential features of the invention include:
- коррекция осуществляется с использованием лекарственных препаратов;- correction is carried out using drugs;
- лекарственными препаратами являются органопрепараты животного происхождения;- drugs are animal products of animal origin;
- лекарственные препараты подобраны во взаимодополняющую композицию;- drugs are selected in a complementary composition;

Addictive or addictive behavior (smoking, alcoholism, drug addiction, Internet addiction, gambling addiction, etc.) is one of the most common types of deviant behavior and is expressed in the desire to escape from reality by changing your mental state through the use of certain substances or constant fixation of attention on certain objects or activities (activities), accompanied by the development of intense emotions. The essence of addictive behavior is that, trying to get away from reality, people try to artificially change their mental state, which gives them the illusion of security, restore balance. This process captures the personality so much that it begins to control its existence. A person becomes helpless in front of his addiction.
п.).The destructive nature of addiction is manifested in the fact that in this process emotional relationships are established, relations are not with other people, but with inanimate objects or phenomena (especially with chemical addictions, gambling, vagrancy, etc.).
К нехимическим аддикциям - компьютерные аддикции, азартные игры (гэмблинг), любовные, сексуальные аддикции, аддикция отношений, ургентные аддикции, работоголизм, аддикции к еде (переедание, голодание).Avoiding reality by changing the mental state can occur when using different methods. There are chemical and non-chemical forms of addiction. Chemicals include, in particular, alcoholism, drug addiction, substance abuse, and smoking. To non-chemical addictions - computer addictions, gambling (gambling), love affairs, sexual addictions, addiction relationships, urgent addictions, workaholism, food addiction (overeating, starvation).
The process of the emergence and development of addictive behavior can contribute to biological, psychological and social influences.
Studies of the causes and mechanisms of the formation of addictive behavior are carried out in medicine and psychology in connection with the presence of a biological predisposition, psychological risk factors, as well as certain provocative social influences. In medicine, in particular, there is an idea that a certain predisposition to the use of psychoactive substances is genetically determined. It is associated with a deficiency of dopamine neuromediation in the brain support system, features of various parts of the circuit and its neurotransmitter functions - weak dopamine synthesis, hyperactivity of the dopamine reuptake process, accelerated destruction of dopamine, low sensitivity of dopamine receptors. In the supporting properties of psychoactive compounds and drug dependence, dopamine and the mesocorticolimbic dopaminergic system are most significant. Reduced blood monoamine oxidase activity may be a factor predisposing to alcohol abuse. The role of a reduced level of male sex hormones in disrupting the processes of somato-sexual maturation and in the accelerated development of addictive motivation is described. There is evidence of morphofunctional and neurochemical organization of brain reinforcement systems in individuals prone to addictive behavior. The fact of the participation of “substance P” in the mechanisms of action of opiates, and, in particular, in the mechanisms of the formation of a pathological addiction to drugs in drug addicts, is considered proven. An unfavorable prognostic sign in relation to the early development of addictive behavior is the presence of pronounced interhemispheric asymmetry.
All this is the result of maladaptation in the activity of the structures of the nervous system responsible for the emotional-volitional aspect of the individual's behavior. Violations at the level of interaction of neurotransmitter regulatory modules, discoordination in the activities of individual neural centers are the basis of the anatomical and physiological disorders of the formation of addictive behavior.
Based on all this, it can be concluded that exposure aimed at correcting addictive behavior requires an integrated approach to stimulate compensatory-adaptive processes in the nervous tissue and restore the adequate functioning of the nerve centers responsible for the emotional-volitional sphere. Important from the point of view of the effectiveness of therapy is a rational combination of an individual approach and correction, which is planned based on the general principles of therapy of addictive behavior.
Organizational preparations most fully meet the above requirements. Their use allows you to purposefully and balancedly affect all pathogenetic links relevant in the formation of addictions.
The method for the correction of addictive behavior includes oral administration of organ drugs in the following combination: Hirnstamm D5, Placenta D5, Hypophysis D5, Thymus D5. Medicines are taken at the same time 3 granules 2 times a day, 30-40 minutes before meals, for a month.
Organologic drugs are drugs in which a pharmacologically active substance is a balanced complex of cellular biomolecules (mainly bioregulatory peptides or cytoinductors) that provide the effect of homology, replenishment of impaired cell metabolism and conductive properties for other drugs, and, as a result of the above effects, restore the organics function of homologous organs, optimize adaptive-recovery processes, and also have a pronounced antid regenerative action.
The basis of the physiological action of organologics is their regulatory effect on human organs. On the one hand, they stimulate the immature developing cells of homologous tissue to normal development into mature forms, i.e. stimulate the mitotic activity of normal tissues, and on the other hand, optimize cellular metabolism in normal cells of homologous tissue. Thus, organopreparations act as adaptogens, i.e. stimulate compensatory-adaptive processes in the cells of target organs, thereby contributing to the remodeling of cell metabolism of the optimal type.
The consequence of the therapy is the fixation and preservation of the functioning mode of the organ and cell. This explains the phenomenon of inertial aftereffect of organ preparations, stimulating and supporting regeneration and repair at the end of the course of active therapy.
Thus, using organ preparations, the doctor, relying on a balanced combination of individual, pathogenetic and symptomatic approaches to the correction process, makes the fullest possible use of the adaptive-protective properties of all interested body systems to stabilize the work of the brain structures responsible for the psycho-emotional sphere. Targeted effects and the development of therapeutic effects due to remodeling of the metabolism of pathologically altered cells according to the physiological type allows the body to minimize resource and time costs for restoration and fixation of optimal functioning parameters. This is a basic component of the effectiveness of the proposed course of correction. The rich theoretical base, accumulated experience of more than half a century of the use of organizational products, full compliance with international rules and the most modern technologies used in the production process guarantee the safety of the use of drugs. If necessary, it is possible to combine the proposed method with other approaches to the treatment of patients with a pathology of a similar profile. In particular, it is advisable to supplement the course of correction based on the proposed method with a course of psychotherapy, which significantly increases the effectiveness of the fight against addictions.
A healthy and mentally mature person differs from an unhealthy and immature person in his ability to harmoniously adapt to reality, adapt, interact with it with maximum benefit for himself and for the world around him.
The possibility of practical application of the proposed method for the correction of addictive behavior is confirmed by the following examples.
