Abstract
Description
The invention relates to sports simulators and is intended for training specialized acrobatic training in the subsequent management of a motorcycle.
Traditional methods of teaching acrobatic elements are known [1], which are necessary for performing various stunts on a motorcycle, for example, in freestyle. These methods provide at first an initial study of basic acrobatic exercises, then, in the future, go on to master applied acrobatics.
However, the process of teaching these tricks in the gym takes quite a long time, while their subsequent development in natural conditions, with the participation of real equipment, it is necessary to master the skills of self-insurance again, but on simulators that simulate a motorcycle.
Closest to the claimed invention is a method [2, 3], which allows the use of technical means, mainly in pair-group acrobatics, which uses longs, jumps, foam pits.
However, these technical means do not solve the task of mastering and developing the skills and techniques of self-insurance for motorcyclists.
The objective of the invention is to develop professional applied qualities of motorcyclists, artificially simulate critical (emergency) situations that arise when driving a motorcycle.
The task is ensured by the fact that the frame 2, which simulates the size of the motorcycle (
Наиболее сложный вариант его размещения - на двух фитболах или фитболе и гимнастической стенке под различными углами (фиг.4, 5).Movable supports 7 allow you to change the mounting of the frame, the simulator becomes even more mobile, which creates additional difficulties for the driver. Training for beginners begin by first setting it on two rigid supports (figure 2). Then the task is complicated, one end of the simulator is rigidly fixed either on a support or on the Swedish wall, and the other end is on a freely swinging, elastic surface, such as a fitball (Fig. 3). The most difficult variant of its placement is on two fitballs or fitball and gymnastic wall at different angles (Figs. 4, 5).
Examples of specific performance. This simulator allows you to first learn the initial skills of landing options on a motorcycle and getting off a motorcycle, such as, for example, using the steering wheel, the footboard, jump, using rigid horizontal supports in the form of squares, cubes and any supports. In the future, rigid supports are replaced with elastic bases, for example, fitballs that mimic the wheels of a motorcycle, balancing skills, landing and getting off the motorcycle under difficult conditions are developed. After mastering all these skills, they move on to other options for using supports, such as a gymnastic wall and fitball, gymnastic wall and floor.
After mastering to perfection all of the above techniques, the simulator can be rotated 180 degrees, simulating the position of the driver in any various spatial situations. Training can be complicated by the selection of various groups of acrobatic exercises so that he can get out of the situation without injuries.
The group that taught motorcycle driving with the help of this simulator was able to better and in a short time prepare for the way out of various critical situations that arise on the road, and mastering a variety of acrobatic exercises made it possible to envisage numerous traumatic situations.
The previous groups first mastered the skills of self-insurance in the gym, using only basic and applied acrobatics, which took much longer in time, with the subsequent training in these skills already on the training ground or on the road, they had to be trained on real motorcycles.
This simulator is universal, easy to disassemble, it can be installed anywhere, for this it is not necessary to carry out the entire training cycle in the gym, the drivers who trained on it did not end up in critical situations, since they were already imitated on this simulator.
