Description

The invention relates to light industry, namely, sewing products of the upper male and female assortment used at any time of the year.

As a result of a patent search, analogues of this product were not found.

The objective of the invention: to expand the functionality of the garment by converting it to other types of clothing through the use of the principles of transformation.

The transformable garment consists of the main part in the form of the letter T, obtained from a 190 × 80 cm rectangle, and the lining part, similar in shape to the main part and permanently sewn with it, and the length of the lining is 90 cm longer than the length of the main product. The protruding part of the lining detachably connected to the lining part. The size of the main part 190 × 80 corresponds to the anthropometric size of the female figure, which corresponds to the sizes 44-46. The part is symmetrical about the vertical axis. The axis of symmetry forms the midline of the back and divides the part into two equal parts.

The transformable garment has the following sections:

- the upper line of the T-shaped part corresponds to the width of the product (190 cm);

- side lines 47 cm in size from the top line of the T-shaped part — lines of half-drifts corresponding to the length of the product shelves;

- bottom line of the main figure;

- bottom line of the lining.

The product is made of the main and lining fabric.

Due to the fact that both parts of the transformable garment are symmetrical, consider the right side.

A detail of the right shelf is formed as follows: from the top line of the rectangle along the line of half-down we postpone 47 cm to form the length of the shelf. From the received point, perpendicular to the left, lay 28 cm and from the end of the segment perpendicular down - 33 cm, we get a curly line of shelves. Connecting the ends of the segments of the curly line of the shelves, we get the bottom line. The total length of the main part is 80 cm.

To form a stand-up collar along the half-drift line down from the top line of the T-shaped part, we postpone 10 cm, getting the point 1 g. On the upper line of the T-shaped part, from the half-drift line to the left, put 21 cm and put the control point 1, from which we will draw a line of the side of the rack with a radius of 10 cm to the right. The point of intersection of the radius with the upper line of the T-shaped part is denoted by point 1a. The width of the neck of the stand-up collar located between point 1a and the intersection point of the upper line with the half-line is 11 cm. According to the received lateral line of the stand-up collar from the top line of the T-shaped part, put down 7 cm along the circumference - point 1b, and then on the extension of the line, postpone another 3 cm - point 1c. The resulting cut-out between points 10, 11b, 11a is a combined figure from sector 11, 11a, 11b and the adjacent sides of triangle 10, 11b. From point 11c upwards along the lateral line of the stand-up collar, we postpone 3 cm, we get point 11b. Point 11b is connected by a smooth concave line to point 12a. This line corresponds to the natural position of the neckline of the back, along which the detail of the stand-up collar is detachably connected to the scan. Connect the points 11c and 10 with a straight line. The area bounded by lines passing through points 9, 3, 10, 11c forms a take-off part B along the shoulder on the back. Shoulder seams having functional openings are formed by grinding the circumference of 1a-1c with a circumference of 11a-11b and segment 4-5 with segment 8-9. After grinding the lengths of circles and segments between the shelf and the back, a functional hole is formed. As a result of grinding and fastening of the corresponding parts of the buttons located in the upper corners of the shelves, we obtain the basic shape of the transformable garment (see fig.2d, e).

Perpendicularly and symmetrically to the midline of the back at a distance of 45 cm from the top line of the T-shaped part, an incision was made with a total length of 40 cm. The main and lining parts are cut and framed by frame. The width of the cut in the finished form is 1 cm. One button is sewn under each edge of the frame, one more button is sewn from the outside, and one loop is sewn from the inside.

The resulting part of the right shelf is completely symmetrical to the part of the left shelf.

In the lower corners of the shelves at a distance of 2.5 cm from the sections, we sew the parts of the buttons corresponding to each other.

The transformation process is as follows.

1. The raincoat is transformed from the basic shape of the product as follows: the flyaway parts of the shoulder seams (A, B) are wrapped around the shoulder on the back and fixed with decorative pins at the desired level. The armholes of the product are shifted slightly below chest level. The section on the back is fastened with loops and buttons with the formation of a fold, which allows you to change the silhouette of the product from straight to A-shaped. The shelves are connected using parts of the buttons located in the corners of the shelves. Parts of the buttons in the upper corners of the shelves are unfastened and the lower ends of the half-drifts are tied into a knot (see fig. 3e, g).

2. The men's vest is transformed from the basic form of the product as follows: the flyaway parts of the shoulder seams (A, B) are thrown onto the shelf one on top of the other, the half-carried shelves are laid on the shelves and fixed, forming a fold. Carefully laid parts are secured with decorative pins or buttons. The protruding part of the lining comes unfastened. In this case, the right and left parts of the product are symmetrical. With this transformation, the product forms two holes on the sides, this gives several options for use, changing the proportional solution of the finished product (see figs. 3z, and).

3. The women's jacket is transformed from the basic form of the product as follows: the detachable collar on the shelf and back is unfastened from the base of the product, the half-skids are laid and fixed by two large vertical folds on the shelves; take-off parts of the shoulder seams (A) are inserted into the functional openings formed between the necks and shoulder seams. On the side of the shelves, forming a small triangle extending from under the lines of the half-racks of shelves, the flyaway parts (B) are inserted into the functional holes toward the shelves, with a small part of the flyaway parts (B) go under the shelves, the remaining parts of the flyaway parts (B) form holes resembling sleeves. The protruding part of the lining comes unfastened along the bottom of the product (see fig.3k, l).

The advantage for this product is that the product can be made of various materials. The materials can be both knitted fabrics and multilayer fabrics, fur and leather. Therefore, the product can be used at any time of the year.

The proposed examples of the use of transformation are not limited to the three proposed options. The flap parts of the shoulder seams and simulated shelves can be used not only to change the design and silhouette of the product, but also to use them as decorative elements.

The technical result of using the invention is manifested in:

- expanding the functionality of the item of clothing due to the presence of fly-off parts and simulated shelves;

- expanding the range of shoulder products for purposes and models through the use of various fabrics and non-woven materials;

- ease of use, as transformation is easy and simple;

- saving consumables;

- expanding the range of male and female products.

The product can be manufactured on standard equipment in small and large-scale production.
