Description
The invention relates to various objects of electronics, namely to the manufacture of printed circuit boards, for example, for LEDs and power supplies, in general power elements.
23864-79.It is well known single- and double-sided printed circuit boards (PCB) of foil-coated fiberglass or getinaks, and the method of their manufacture, see GOST 23864-79.
The disadvantage of these and similar printed circuit boards is the low thermal conductivity of the printed conductors, as These boards are designed for ERE and ICs with low current consumption, therefore, for placement on them, for example, LEDs, they are not suitable, because LEDs, due to their high efficiency, emit a large amount of heat.
The well-known "Method of manufacturing printed circuit boards", see RF patent No. 2282319, which consists of sequentially applying to a metal plate with vias a two-layer dielectric coating consisting of aluminum oxide (copper oxide) and chromium oxide, and a two-layer electrically conductive metal coating consisting of copper and nickel. Moreover, axidoaluminum and oxide-copper coatings are obtained galvanically, and the oxide-chromium and electrically conductive metal coatings are obtained from the gas phase by thermal decomposition of organometallic compounds (MOS). EFFECT: method allows to obtain well soldered printed circuit boards with stable technical characteristics, having a dielectric coating with a breakdown voltage value of 560 <U <600 V and specific electrical resistance p> 1 · 10 12 Ohm · cm.
Disadvantage: low heat dissipation.
The known "Method of manufacturing printed circuit boards", see RF patent No. 2396738, in this method of manufacturing printed circuit boards from foil-coated fiberglass on both sides, a high-temperature organic film is applied to the metal foil, "deaf" and through vias with a diameter of less than 100 microns are drilled and applied to their inner surface is electrically conductive nickel, or cobalt, or copper coating by thermal decomposition of the carbonyls of these metals, after which the organic protective film is removed with a laser beam or mechanical ezerovaniem or photolithography on both sides of a copper foil obtained conductive circuit, which together with an inner coating of vias protect metallorezistom based Wood, or Rose, or tin-lead. To obtain multilayer printed circuit boards, two or more single-sided printed circuit boards are glued together in series with a polymer layer from the side of electrically conductive circuits.
The disadvantage of this method is also the low heat transfer, due to which it can not be used to place LEDs on the PCB.
The well-known "Method of manufacturing printed circuit boards", see RF patent No. 2323555 - prototype.
6».In this method of manufacturing a printed circuit board, a conductive pattern of an electrical circuit is formed on a dielectric base sequentially by photolithography to obtain a metal resist layer, a dielectric base is perforated to obtain through holes in predetermined areas, and a metal-containing coating is applied by a galvanic method. After that, the conductive coating layer is protected and the coating is removed from unauthorized areas corresponding to the photolithographic scheme by chemical etching. Finally fuse the contact pads. In this case, solutions of chloric copper are used as an etching agent for chemical etching, and a tin-bismuth alloy obtained from an electrolyte based on tin and bismuth salts with a bright-forming additive by the galvanic method at a current density of 1-6 A / dm 2 is used as an unremovable metal resist layer. As a brightening additive, ECOMET-L6 is used.
The disadvantage of this method is also the low heat transfer and also the low manufacturability of the manufacture of PP.
An object of the invention is to increase the heat transfer of the PP for the possibility of using power ERE and ICs, LEDs on them, as well as to increase the manufacturability of the pattern (topology) of the PP.
To solve this problem, a method for manufacturing printed circuit boards is proposed, based on the photochemical method, characterized in that the first drilling of the technological base holes is carried out, then a conductive electrical circuit is formed on the base blank in series by photolithography using a photoresist layer, then the printed circuit board is developed, protected the ends and open areas of the aluminum with a liquid photoresist and etch, and then remove the alkaline-showing photoresist and apply liquid a solder mask, then solder is applied, for example, POS-63; conduct a second drilling of structural holes; as blanks - the base material - printed circuit boards, the copper-dielectric-aluminum structure is used, and the copper coating is designed to accommodate power elements, for example, LEDs; etching is carried out in the composition: two-water copper chloride, ammonium chloride, hydrochloric acid in an amount of 50-135 g / l, 30-80 g / l, 50-60 g / l, respectively, and the solution is adjusted according to the analysis results.
The method is characterized by the following sequences of operations (with reference to one procurement of PP). On the PP blank we will conduct the first drilling of technological holes with their cleaning and deburring.
е. химической подготовки раствором смеси серной и муравьиной кислот и моющего средства, например, "Fairu" в определенной консистенции (соотношении).Prepare the surface of the workpieces before applying the photoresist for which: they activate and degrease the surface, i.e. chemical preparation with a solution of a mixture of sulfuric and formic acids and a detergent, for example, "Fairu" in a certain consistency (ratio).
Проявляют рисунок ПП в растворе из кальцинированной соды и пеногасителя, после чего промывают, сушат, проверяют качество проводящего рисунка ПП и ретушируют дефекты (при необходимости).An organic photoresist is applied to the PP blank, the blank is kept under inactive lighting, photo masks are mounted with PP blanks, photo masks are exposed, dismantled and the blank is exposed to the blank inactive until the photoresist is fully polymerized. The PP pattern is shown in a solution of soda ash and antifoam, after which it is washed, dried, the quality of the conductive PP pattern is checked, and defects are retouched (if necessary).
Then etching is carried out in a solution of copper dichloride, ammonium chloride and hydrochloric acid (percentage ratio of 50-135, 20-80, 50-60 all g / l, respectively). Then the PP is washed in running cold water. Then, the photoresist in a solution of aqueous 25% ammonia is removed and washed with PP, dried and the printed conductors, contact pads and terminal pads are checked for scratches, etchings, etc.
Prepare the PP surface before applying the liquid solder mask, for which it is treated with a solution consisting of sulfuric acid, formic acid and Fairu detergent in a ratio of 26-30 g / l, 10-15 g / l, 0.5-1.0 ml / l, respectively, after which PP is washed with cold running water and dried.
Then, a protective two-component solder mask is applied to the copper side of the PP preform, the mask consists of a resist, hardener and universal solvent (700 g, 300 g and 30 ml, respectively) and incubated at room temperature for 5-10 minutes, dried in an oven for 30-35 minutes at t = 75-80 ° C, allow to cool. After that, the PP is exposed, before that, working photo masks with the PP blank are mounted in the exposure unit. After exposure, the photo masks and the preform are dismantled, a protective solder mask is developed in the complex of development modules in the solution of soda ash and extinguisher (in the ratio of 9-12 and 0.8-1.0 g / l, respectively), washed, dried and thermally tanned in within 90 minutes
Then POS-63 solder is applied to the PP. Before this, chemical preparation of the PP is carried out, for which it is etched in a solution of ammonium persulfate and sulfuric acid (in the ratio of 10-20 g / l and 3-5 ml / l, respectively), for 0.3-2 minutes, washed in cold water, dried at t = 50-70 ° C for 0.5-2 minutes. POS-63 solder is used for tinning the conductive pattern for which purpose: the flux active for tinning is successively applied, solder is applied to the surface of the PP in a hot tinning installation.
After this, the second structural drilling is carried out on the CNC machine according to the program and milling according to the milling program at the request of the customer, also embedded in the CNC machine.
After the above operations are completed, the software is checked for compliance with GOST 23752-79 and customer requirements.
Thus, the use of copper-dielectric-aluminum PPs can increase the thermal conductivity (PP heat transfer) by several dozen times compared to standard PPs, for example, with foil-coated textolite. Another important point is the application of the second drilling after all chemical operations have been completed, which allows us to simplify the process with improving the quality of the final product.
