Device for animal fixation contains elongated frame 1 from vertical back and front posts (are not designated on dwg.). In front part of device metal gate 2 with element of animal head fixation is hung. Element of animal head fixation is made in form of two metal bars 3 and 4, one of which 3 is movable, and the second 4 is immovable. On immovable bar 4 two oval clips 5 and 6 are fixed. Oval clip 5 is made with possibility of animal head fixation from the bottom, and second oval clip 6 is made with possibility of animal head fixation - from the top. Second oval clip 6 is provided with snapping loop 7, installed on movable bar 3. Oval clips 5, 6 are installed with possibility of regulation in height depending on animal height by means of holes 8 made on immovable bar 4. On the sides and back of device frame located are longitudinal sliding bolts 9, each of which being made from metal pipe. Longitudinal sliding bolts 9 are installed with possibility of regulating height depending on animal height by means of clips 10.

EFFECT: invention ensures increase of reliability, convenience of animal head fixation, reduction of labour consumption and increase of quality of activities while working with animals.

The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to machines for fixing animals, and can be used to fix the head and torso of small cattle, for example, kids, lambs, during veterinary measures.

State of the art

Known universal mobile machine for fixing animals, containing a floor with side rails and upper stops made of tubular and telescopic, a front door with a latch on the neck of the animal, while the upper stops of the machine are pivotally connected to the side rails in the horizontal plane, and one of the side rails is connected with floor by means of a worm gear and installed with the possibility of smooth movement to a fixed fence and vice versa. In the machine, the animal’s neck lock is made with a handle, and the front door is equipped with a bar with T-shaped recesses for installing the handle at a given height (see US Pat. RU No. 2038821, IPC A61D 3/00, publ. 09.07.1995). .

The disadvantages of this machine are the design complexity, high cost.

A device for fixing animals, including a flexible element with a loop, the flexible element is a metal torso made of small stainless cores, which, in turn, consists of thin steel threads, giving it increased flexibility and strength, one end of which has the form loop, passed through the oval ring, fastened to the loop with a clamping nut and completed with a hinge, the other end of which is passed through the same oval ring, then through the loop size retainer, a hose handle and connected to the carabiner. The disadvantages of this device are the low reliability and safety.

Known machine for fixing the calf, containing a frame and a device for fixing the body of an animal having lifting straps, the machine has side walls, and the frame consists of vertical rear and front struts, on which are installed doors with elements for fixing the head of the animal, made in the form of a platform , in shape imitating the profile of the animal’s head, mounted on the end of the front door and equipped with hooks symmetrically located relative to each other on the sides, allowing the head to be fixed the calf by means of a nylon braid or cord with a diameter of 6-10 mm, and the lifting straps are mounted on two pipes parallel to each other and connecting the upper parts of the rear and front struts, while one of the pipes is rigidly connected to the racks, and the other is rigidly mounted on struts with bushings, one of the bushings is made through and provides the possibility of removal and rotation around its axis and winding of lifting belts, and the pipe and the through sleeve are interconnected through holes, located ennyh in mutually perpendicular planes for the latch (see. US Pat. RU No. 2284796, IPC A61D 3/00, publ. 10/10/2006).

The disadvantages of this machine are the design complexity, insufficiently reliable fixation of the animal.

The disadvantage of this machine is the low reliability of operation (see US Pat. RU No. 2388431, IPC A61D 3/00, publ. 05/10/2010).

The closest in technical essence and the achieved positive effect and adopted by the authors for the prototype is a device for fixing the animal, containing a frame of vertical rear and front racks, on which there is a door with elements for fixing the head of the animal and an element for fixing the croup of the animal using the plate drive mechanism, connected to rods, the free ends of which are attached to the middle part of the rear vertical struts (see AS SU No. 1058028, IPC A61D 3/00, publ. 1983).

The disadvantage of this device is that it does not sufficiently reliably fix the animal, namely, it does not completely fix the head of the animal, but only its neck, while the head remains free, which does not allow labeling of animals and other veterinary measures.

Disclosure of invention

The objective of the invention is the development of a machine for fixing animals with high reliability, ease of fixing the head of the animal, reducing labor costs and improving the quality of measures when working with animals.

The technical result that can be achieved using the present invention is reduced to high reliability, ease of fixing the head of the animal, reduce labor costs and improve the quality of measures when working with animals.

The implementation of the invention

Machine for fixing animals is operated as follows.

The invention in comparison with the prototype and other known technical solutions has the following advantages:
