Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine and can be used to determine the dynamics of the condition of patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.
The prior art method for assessing the severity of patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (RF patent No. 2104533) by the light sum of the glow of a urine sample. The disadvantage of the invention is that this method does not reflect the dynamics of the severity of the condition of the patients, as it is intended only for simultaneous determination of the severity of the patient's condition.
The prior art express method for assessing the severity of the condition of patients (RF patent No. 2168165) by passing through the studied biological material unpolarized and polarized light. Blood serum is used as the material, and the fluorescence intensity is measured. The disadvantage of the invention is that this method does not reflect the dynamics of the severity of the condition of the patients, as it is intended only for simultaneous determination of the severity of the patient's condition.
The prior art method for assessing the adequacy of blood microcirculation (patent UA 57683 A), evaluating the violation of oxygen utilization by peripheral tissue by the oxygen content in the urine. Violation of oxygen utilization by peripheral tissue can lead to an increase in the oxygen content in venous blood and, as a result, in urine. The method extends to a particular case of tissue respiration disorder, which is rare in infectious diseases, while an increase in the oxygen content in the urine obtained by catheterization of the bladder is regarded as an unfavorable prognostic sign. The disadvantage of the invention is that this method does not reflect the dynamics of the severity of the condition of patients, as it is intended only for simultaneous assessment of blood microcirculation.
The prior art method for assessing the functional state of patients with joint pathology during rehabilitation (patent RU No. 2233619), selected as a prototype, the technical solution of which is that the conclusion on improving the functional condition of the patient is formed on the basis of the calculated indicators before and after treatment . The disadvantage of the invention is that this method can be used only for patients with pathology of the joints of the lower extremities.
An object of the invention is to determine the dynamics of the condition of patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome by the oxygen content in the urine.
The technical result is achieved in a method for determining the dynamics of the condition of patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome by the oxygen content in the urine, characterized in that the positive or negative dynamics of the patient's condition is determined by the increase or decrease in the oxygen content in the urine obtained by catheterization of the bladder, respectively.
1).Normally, the oxygen content in the urine varies in the range of 65-85 mm Hg. (experiment No. 1).
ст (эксперимент №2).In pathology, the oxygen content in the urine decreases and varies in the range of 40-65 mm Hg (experiment No. 2).
Положительная динамика состояния больного геморрагической лихорадкой с почечным синдромом характеризуется увеличением содержания кислорода в моче (эксперимент №3), отрицательная динамика состояния больного геморрагической лихорадкой с почечным синдромом характеризуется уменьшением содержания кислорода в моче (эксперимент №3).The positive dynamics of the condition of the patient with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome is characterized by an increase in the oxygen content in the urine (experiment No. 3), the negative dynamics of the condition of the patient with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome is characterized by a decrease in the oxygen content in the urine (experiment No. 3).
