The invention relates to medicine, in particular to combustiology and purulent surgery, and can be used to treat non-healing wounds (trophic ulcers, pressure sores, deep dermal burns).
The advantage of the considered artificial material is the ability to maintain the necessary moist environment in the wound for a long time, which helps to clean the wound from necrotic masses and its epithelization.
The disadvantage of using the considered material is the duration of treatment, lethargy of wound healing.
The disadvantages of using living fibroblast cells are: the need to maintain the biological activity of living fibroblast cells in the wound, which leads to an increase in the number of painful dressings. Usually the patient has to be ligated 3-4 times a week, because the wound dries quickly and dressings become very traumatic.
The objective of the invention is the creation of a biologically active dressing for the treatment of non-healing wounds (trophic ulcers, pressure sores, deep dermal burns), which improves the engraftment of grafts during subsequent autodermoplasty, increases the effectiveness of treatment and reduces the number of painful dressings.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that a biologically active dressing for the treatment of non-healing wounds (trophic ulcers, pressure sores, deep dermal burns) is proposed to be performed in the form of an artificial carrier “SUPROSORB X” with fibroblasts included in its structure.
Fig. 1 shows a section of the structure of a biologically active dressing for the treatment of long-term non-healing wounds, where: pos. 1 - human body; pos.2 - the surface of the wound; pos.3 - artificial carrier "SUPROSORB X" in the context; Pos.4 - living cells of fibroblasts; pos.5 - the direction of adsorption of exudate; pos.6 - the direction of migration into the wound of living fibroblast cells.
A biologically active dressing for the treatment of non-healing wounds (trophic ulcers, pressure sores, deep dermal burns) is used as follows.
A biologically active dressing for the treatment of non-healing wounds (trophic ulcers, pressure sores, deep dermal burns) is prepared as follows: in laboratory conditions, living cells of fibroblasts 4 are uniformly applied to the surface of the carrier - artificial material “SUPROSORB X” 3, which for 2-3 weeks form a monolayer of living fibroblast cells. From this moment, the biologically active dressing is ready for use.
After the toilet, the surface of the wound 2 (for example, a trophic ulcer), performed under dressing conditions, a biologically active dressing is prepared for use according to the size of the
The positive effect of the proposed technical solution lies in the simplicity and convenience of using a biologically active dressing, as well as in increasing the effectiveness of the treatment of non-healing wounds (trophic ulcers, pressure sores, deep dermal burns) and reducing the number of painful dressings, improving the effect of surgical treatment for autodermoplastics. Through the use of the inventive biologically active dressing, a reduction in the length of stay of the patient in the hospital and restoration of the patient's ability to work is achieved. In addition, the use of a biologically active dressing in general reduces the cost of the treatment process as a whole.
