Description

The invention relates to combined personal protective equipment and transportation of individual combat and camping equipment, designed to protect a soldier from being hit by bullets of small arms cartridges, shell fragments, mines, fragmentation grenades, cold steel, armored shell injury, as well as the placement and transportation of weapons, ammunition and other items of equipment for military personnel, including during the conduct of hostilities.

There are various transport and handling systems of vest and waist configurations, combat bibs, as well as multifunctional vests, including elements of armor protection (RU 2118887 C1, 09/20/1998; US 6431424 B1, 08/13/2002).

The main disadvantage of the systems listed above is the narrow specialization for one or more military specialties. The pouches of these systems are fixed on an ongoing basis and are designed only for specific elements of portable equipment designed to accommodate elements of combat equipment for a strictly limited list of military specialties. The need for transportation of combat postings of other military specialties entails the replacement of the transport system as a whole with a new one, with pouches for new elements. In addition, transport vests accepted for supply (for example, RU patent No. 2118887, 09/20/1998) do not allow users to form combat and marching calculations based on the combat mission and individual needs, which generally negatively affects the combat effectiveness of units.

Closest to the claimed solution, taken as a prototype, is a combat protective vest containing a chest plate made of at least one cavity for the placement of protective equipment, while on its outer surface there are rows of transverse lines, divided into loops, for fastening removable pouches (patent No. 2234842, 08.27.2004, patent holder Mikheev V.G. and others). It has back and chest sections connected by belt-buckle means. The back section is a means for transporting the calculation in the form of a satchel, backpack, or combinations thereof. The chest section is equipped with anti-shatter and / or bulletproof shielding inserts, and on its outer surface there are several rows of horizontal slings for attaching removable pockets to them. The disadvantages of this multifunctional vest are the large screen adaptation of the surface, insufficient air exchange, as well as uneven load distribution and the lack of the possibility of its redistribution from shoulder to belt. In addition, to enable intensive breathing during high physical exertion, in order to weaken the load on the shoulder of the chest or diaphragm, it is necessary to unzip the vest, which changes the relative position of the load located on it. Bringing the vest in a loaded state to its normal position during movement is extremely inconvenient, and with one hand is impossible.

The objective of the claimed solution is to improve the design, providing increased combat effectiveness and ease of use, as well as optimizing the ratio of protective characteristics and transport capabilities, reducing the mass of wearable equipment and minimizing their impact on the mobility and physical condition of the soldier.

This goal is achieved due to the fact that in the well-known protective breastplate containing a breastplate made of at least one cavity for the placement of protective equipment, while on its outer surface there are rows of transverse slings divided into loops for fastening removable pouches, a chest plate is made up of a base - a waist part, equipped with shoulder straps with adjusting and fixing slings and a waist adjusting and fixing sling, and a folding chest part, the base is a rectangular cavity, in the upper front part of which an opening is made equal to the width of the folding part, and the cavity for accommodating the protective equipment is made in the form of a pocket extending along the entire length of the central part of the bib, the upper part of the pocket being a folding chest part of the bib, and the lower one is located in the base cavity. And also due to the fact that the protective agent is made in the form of flexible armor panels and a ceramic-composite armor panel, while a central flexible armor panel and / or ceramic-composite armor panel is installed in the cavity for accommodating the protective means, and flexible side panels are installed in the sides of the rectangular base cavity armored panels, and the cavity for accommodating the protective equipment contains two compartments - one is made along the entire length of the pocket for installing a flexible armored panel, and the other is made along the bottom of the pocket (about half its length) for the installation of a ceramic-composite armored panel, which is fixed with a sling with a textile fastener, while the lower side of the hinged chest is fixed on the base, and the upper is detachably connected to the shoulder straps using turnstile buttons and half rings, i.e. the folding chest is made with the possibility of detachment from the shoulder straps and placement in the cavity of the base. This goal is also achieved due to the fact that the protective bib is equipped with a removable back section containing a cavity for placement of protective equipment, and on the outer surface of the section there are rows of transverse slings divided into loops for fastening removable pouches, while the removable back section is fixed by means of shoulder a strap with adjusting and fixing slings and a waist adjusting and fixing slings and can be installed on the back of the base and folding chest. On the back side of the base and the hinged chest part of the bib, a removable climate-depreciation support (KAL) can be fixed, and the shoulder straps with adjusting and fixing slings are equipped with quick-release buckles, the mating parts of which are fixed at the upper corners of the base of the combat bib at an angle of 45 °, on the shoulder the straps have a system of horizontal slings for modular fastening of removable pouches and elastic loops.

The technical result obtained by the implementation of the proposed solution is expressed in the fact that the execution of the chest tablet in the form of an inverted letter "T", the base of which is a rectangular cavity, and the hinged chest part of the bib is part of the pocket extending into the cavity of the base of the bib, provides optimal placement of protective elements of both the chest and lateral parts, i.e. protection of all vital organs. The technical result obtained by the implementation of the proposed solution is also expressed in the fact that the execution of the chest tablet in the form of an inverted letter "T", equipped with a waist adjusting sling, provides the possibility of a more even redistribution of load from the elements of the combat unit, fixed on the entire surface of the bib, and reduce center of gravity of the equipped user. If necessary, intensive movement of the chest folding part (with the protective elements removed) can be unfastened and removed (bent) into the cavity of the base through the opening in the upper front part of it. The claimed combination of features ensures the achievement of the optimal ratio of protective characteristics and transport capabilities of the combat bib, redistribution of the load from the elements of the combat unit fixed on the entire area of the combat protective bib, and lowering the center of gravity of the equipped user.

The declared combat bib is universal for use by military personnel of any specialties of mobile units, the specifics of the combat operations of which are associated with intensive movement on foot in rugged, mountainous-wooded and mountainous-desert terrain, where the optimization of the ratio of protective characteristics, transport capabilities, masses is especially acute wearable equipment and minimizing their impact on the mobility and physical condition of a soldier. In such conditions, the use of body armor is not advisable because of the shackling effect and large mass, but it is necessary to protect vital organs from the means of destruction used by the enemy. The protective breastplate can be quickly adapted to the individual requirements of users and the specifics of the combat mission by purposefully selecting and conveniently placing the necessary set of removable pouches (modules) and changing the configuration of the bib itself. It is easily transformed depending on the task and has a high level of ergonomics due to the fact that it allows you to optimally distribute the load on the user's body.

A complete set of BNZ includes:

- combat bib, detachable back section and assault satchel, equipped with a unified system of modular fastening of removable pouches, compatible with the UMTBS, ZhTU 6Sh112, ZhTM system;

- armor panels (fabric - 4 pcs.; ceramic-composite - 2 pcs.);

- removable CAP;

- A set of removable pouches.

The combat bib consists of a base 1, a folding chest 2, shoulder straps 3 with adjusting and fixing slings 4 and a waist adjusting and fixing slings 5.

On the outside of the base 1 and the hinged chest 2 of the bib and on the shoulder straps 3 there is a system of modular fastening of removable pouches, which is a series of horizontal slings 6 separated by a stitching on loops of equal length.

The base 1 of the bib is a rectangular cavity, along the lower slice of which are the grommets 7 for water drainage.

On the back side of the base 1 there is a pocket 8 for documents, cards, etc., which closes with a textile fastener 9. On the rear sides of the base and the hinged part of the combat bib, with the help of textile fasteners 10, a removable climatic-depreciation support (KAP) of two can be attached elements 11.

Flexible armor protection of protection class 2 (GOST R 50744) consists of three elements (central 12 and two side armor panels 13), which are installed inside the bib cover as follows:

- the central flexible armored panel 12 is inserted into the pocket 17 through the upper opening in the folding chest part 3 of the bib, which is closed by a valve with a textile fastener 14;

- two lateral flexible armored panels 13 are installed inside the base 1, inserted through an opening on the front of the base, closed with a textile fastener 15.

The ceramic-composite armored panel 16 is also placed in a pocket 17 in a combat position, inserted through the upper opening in the hinged chest part 2 of the bib, which is closed by a valve with a textile fastener 14, and is fixed with a sling with a textile fastener 18. There are 2 compartments in the pocket 17. One goes along the entire length of the pocket and a central flexible armor panel 12 is inserted into it, and the other is located at the bottom of the pocket (about half its length) and a ceramic-composite armor panel 16 is inserted into it (Fig. 4). In the stowed position, the ceramic-composite armor panel 16 can be removed in an assault pack. When using a ceramic-composite armored panel 16 in conjunction with a central flexible armored panel 12, protection is provided in accordance with class 5A. Folding chest 2 is part of the pocket 17, which is sewn around the perimeter at half its length inside the rectangular cavity of the base 1 in the center.

The upper edge of the folding chest 2 is fastened with turnstile buttons 19 to the half rings 20 on the shoulder straps 3 of the bib. If necessary, the folding chest 2 with the armor protection removed can be removed into the opening on the front of the base, which closes with a textile fastener 15.

The shoulder straps 3 with adjusting and securing slings 4 are equipped with Fastex quick-release buckles (fork) 21, the counterparts of which (box) 22 are fixed at the upper corners of the base of the combat bib at an angle of 45. The waist adjusting and securing sling 5 is also equipped with Fastex quick-detachable buckle "(Fork) 21, the box of which 22 is fixed at the bottom of the base 1 of the combat breastplate.

On the shoulder straps 3 with soft shock-absorbing inserts there is a system of horizontal slings 23 for modular fastening of removable pouches and elastic loops 24 for fixing the free ends of the adjusting slings of the removable back section, the cable for the radio headset, the hose of the watering system, and also the half ring 25 for fastening individual items of equipment (mittens, compass, etc.).

Adjusting and fixing slings 4 are designed to provide convenient adjustment and fitting of the combat bib according to the user's figure. The free ends of the slings are fixed with double-slit buckles and textile fasteners.

To protect the back can be installed removable back section 26 with a tissue dorsal armor plate 27, 2nd class of protection (6, 7). It is attached to the shoulder straps of the bib 3 using slings 28, adjustable with a three-slot buckle 29, and passed through half rings 25 and elastic loops 24. The slings 28 are fixed with a turnstile button (not shown). At the same time, the free ends of the shoulder straps are threaded through the loops 30 located in the upper part of the dorsal section. The waist line 5 is passed through the loops 31 in the lower part of the dorsal section 26.

The protection level of the back section can be increased to class 5A by installing an additional ceramic-composite armor plate 32 in a special pocket 33 inside the back section, which is fixed with a sling with a textile fastener 34 or in the back of the assault satchel included in the product set.

Inside the removable dorsal section, a watering system can be placed.

The assault satchel (Figure 10) is a multifunctional element and is designed to transport combat and marching elements, and, additionally, to provide protective functions.

It can be used both as part of the BNZ, and independently, as part of various sets of combat individual equipment. The satchel has two compartments. Inside the main compartment on the back of the satchel there is a voluminous pocket for accommodating a removable back section with a flexible armor panel of the 2nd protection class and an additional ceramic-composite armor panel 5A of the protection class, or a watering system.

An insert for rigidity and dampers are sewn into the back of the knapsack, forming ventilation ducts and providing convenience during transportation.

The suspension system of the knapsack includes shoulder straps of an ergonomic S-shaped with three-slot buckles and adjusting slings for fitting the product according to the figure. The shoulder straps have a removable chest strap equipped with a Fastex quick-release buckle. When fitting the knapsack according to the figure, the position of the jumper on the strap can be changed.

To regulate the volume and fix on the outer surface of long objects, the satchel is equipped with four side ties with “Fastex” quick-release buckles.

All compartments of the knapsack are closed with zippers, closed with splash guards. On the outer surfaces of the satchel is a system of modular fastening of removable pouches.

In the upper part of the main volume of the satchel, there is a transport loop designed for carrying, securing on auto and armored vehicles, as well as for lifting and transmitting using climbing equipment. Under the loop is the outlet for the hose of the drinking system or headset, which is closed by a valve.

In the bottom of the main compartment there are openings for water drainage.

A protective breastplate containing a chest plate made of at least one cavity for placing a protective tool, with rows of transverse lines divided into loops on the outer surface for fastening removable pouches, characterized in that the chest tablet made of a base - a waist part, equipped with shoulder straps with adjusting and fixing slings and a waist adjusting and fixing slings, and a folding chest, while the base is a straight an olny cavity, in the upper front part of which an opening is made equal to the width of the hinged part, and the cavity for accommodating the protective equipment is made in the form of a pocket extending along the entire length of the central part of the bib, the upper part of the pocket being a folding chest part of the bib, and the lower cavity of the base. 2.
