It is known that the applicant tried to create an individual coupon package for four sticky tapes “MUKHOLOV, packaged in one row“ side by side in battle. The purpose of the claimed utility model is the creation of inexpensive and technologically advanced packaging for a small amount of adhesive tapes “MUKHOLOV. As the closest analogue, the applicant selects the described cardboard packaging for four flycatchers.

The goal set by the applicant is achieved in that, in contrast to the cardboard material, the claimed utility model uses the packaging of one or a group of products in a shell of a film of polymeric material capable of heat shrinkage, and the shell is provided with a label with graphic and service information on the outside or inside.

The applicant is currently not aware of devices similar to the claimed utility model.

The inventive packaging (Figure 1) consists of a transparent or opaque shell 1 of a film of polymeric material, capable of heat shrinkage, tightly fixing the packed sleeves 2, since with little heating the sleeves are covered by this material from all sides. Moreover, before the heating stage, the future packaging consists of two layers of heat-shrinkable film, between which the required number of packaged sleeves is laid in a certain order.

The laying of sleeves on a heat-shrinkable film can be carried out in any way: either vertically side-by-side, which, according to the applicant, is preferable, either “end-to-end, or by any other combined method.

Inside the film sheath for a group of products, for example, for four pieces in a row vertically “side-to-side (Figure 2), a label 3 can be inserted with the corresponding graphic and service information, or it can directly be attached to the sheath using an adhesive label or printing method this information should be applied, and due to the location of one label on the entire surface of the shell, this information

will be more readable than if placed directly on the sleeve of each product.

The packaging for flytraps can also be made from a roll blank using the sleets-label technology (from English, sleeve - sleeve), which consists in using an unusual cylindrical label made of a polymer film capable of heat shrinkage, and the sleeve is made of tape polymer material cuts in proportion to the number of packaged products.

The claimed utility model using modern heat-shrinkable materials allows to obtain various packaging options: from a solid monolithic bag (with the number of sleeves equal to 4, 9, 25, 36, etc.), in which the products are combined into an almost square bag in terms of tape packaging of the type “patronage with any step and placing labels between products, moreover, perforated openings can be made along the length of such packaging to separate the desired number of flycatchers in an individual box from the entire tape.

The advantage of the claimed packaging is the simplicity of design, ease of manufacture and the possibility of packaging options for any number of products. Moreover, since the shell is held on the sleeve exclusively by internal tension, it can be used in combination with any materials of the sleeve: kgfton, plastic, polyethylene, while the possibility of gluing or welding the shell to the sleeve of the flytrap is excluded.

Typically, labels are glued to a flat or cylindrical surface of products. It is problematic to stick a label on the corrugated surface of a complex relief, and the applicant was faced with the task of technologically packing 3-5 or more flycatchers in one small package. Modern shrink materials provide a whole range of capabilities that are almost impossible or extremely difficult to implement in any other way. This is the minimum weight, tightness and protection of the packaged

products from drying out, as well as wear resistance, since the label can be shed not only from the outside, but also into the film membrane.

Heat-shrinkable film materials tightly fit and fix any number of embedded sleeves, in addition, colored film materials can hide the nondescript appearance of the sleeve itself (especially cardboard), at the same time it has a number of specific tasks - they provide protection against temperature extremes and ultraviolet rays.

The claimed packaging reliably protects the product from mechanical damage and from pollution during transportation and storage, allows for large-capacity transportation. The described technology is inexpensive, allows you to automate all operations as much as possible, applicable in serial and small-scale production.

Using the claimed packaging from heat-shrinkable film materials allows you to fully meet the requirements of the burial box and not only to characterize the packaged products, but also to ensure brand recognition and use the packaging at points of sale as an advertising tool on the counter.

The possibility of efficient implementation of the claimed packaging is provided by the preparation technology worked out at the industrial duplication stage, and can be realized at printing enterprises using the appropriate equipment, we can minimize the waste during the forging process.

The required number of flytraps or with the help of an automatic device is laid on a tape made of heat-shrinkable film material, the bottom tape is covered on top with a layer of the same material, after which this preform is subjected to short-term heating in a heat-shrinkable furnace, where tight tightening of the formed bulk of products takes place.

The described technology allows you to increase the area of the label being inserted or pasted for a group of products, you can apply useful information about the product or make it larger, while you can use the entire surface of the shell, while the area of the cylindrical sleeve is limited by its size.

The manufacture of the claimed packaging is currently being mastered by the applicant’s preprograms, and the possibility of implementation does not raise doubts, is controlled by the current regulatory documents for this type of product, confirmed by the technological processes developed in the present, and it can be implemented using standard equipment.

Thus, the solution of the task is provided in the claimed field model with the following distinctive signs:

- the presence of a shell of a polymer heat-shrinkable material;

- the presence on the shell of the internal or external eishetka;

- the presence of perforations;

- the presence of the background color of the film shell.

Based on the foregoing,: the device in question is new and industrially applicable, which corresponds to the patentability conditions of the utility model.

Packaging for flycatchers, containing a shell, inside of which are placed flywheel trays made in the form of cylindrical sleeves, characterized in that the shell is sealed and made of a film of polymeric material capable of heat shrinkage.  2. Packaging for flytraps according to claim 1, characterized in that the cylindrical liners of the flytraps are placed inside the shell side-by-side without a gap.  3. Packaging for flycatchers according to any one of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that a label with an information block with the corresponding graphic and service information is embedded inside the film shell.  4. Packaging for flycatchers according to any one of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the film shell is provided with an adhesive label on the outside.  5. Packaging for flytraps according to claim 1, characterized in that the cylindrical liners of the flytraps are placed inside the shell side-by-side with a gap between them.  6.
