Abstract

FIELD: textile, paper.

SUBSTANCE: one jacquard composite bar is used with piezocontrolled lugs arranged at different lines of shifts. Threads are pulled through one lug, forming a complete draft of threads. Size of cells and their location on fabric surface are varied by simultaneous oppositely directed additional shifts of jacquard composite bar lugs by a single needle pitch behind needle backs, by means of connection of adjacent wales according to specified sequence into a chain of mutually crossing broaches of tricot.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to develop a net fabric with cells of various transparency and extent of radio waves reflection.

Description

The invention relates to warp knitting.

A known method of obtaining warp knit combined fillet weave, used as a "knotless" set of sheets formed by two combs in which the threads are tucked through one ear. The sides of the mesh of such a net-cloth knit a chain with open loops by weaving, and the “knots” - by mutually intersecting broaches of the knit weave [1].

The disadvantage of this method of obtaining warp knit is that the size of the mesh can only be changed in the direction of knitting of the fabric and it is impossible to change the location and size of the mesh across the width of the fabric, since the mesh size of the net is dependent on the number of rows of knitting chains forming the sides of the mesh.

The disadvantage of this method of obtaining a warp knit is also that to obtain it is necessary to use two combs with threads made through one ear.

The aim of the invention is to expand the assortment of fabrics based on knitwear of combined fillet weaving due to the formation in them of a cell with a given different size and location on the canvas, which will allow to obtain a net cloth with cells of different transparency and the degree of reflection of radio waves.

This object is achieved by using a method for producing a warp knit of combined fillet weaving, forming a net-cloth, that uses one jacquard composite comb with piezo-controlled ears located on different shear lines, while the threads are penetrated through one ear, forming a complete thread thread ; moreover, the size of the cells and their location on the surface of the fabric are changed due to the additional shifts of the ears of the jacquard composite comb that are simultaneously directed towards each other by one needle step behind the needle backs by connecting in a predetermined sequence of adjacent loop stitching columns of the weave the chain with mutually crossed leotards.

The invention is illustrated in figure 1, which presents a graphical record of this knitwear, which consists of diamond-shaped cells I ₁ I ₂ , I _{3 of} different sizes, located across the width of the fabric. The jacquard compound comb G1 with a full parting of the threads of the ears forms an interlacing chain with closed loops.

Figure 3 shows the structure of this knitwear, for example, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX rows and 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 stitch columns, which corresponds to the graphic notation shown in Fig. .one.

Figure 4 shows an analytical record of the operation of the jacquard composite comb G1 with piezo-controlled ears.

To form net knots in two adjacent loop stitching columns of the chain, it is necessary to make additional shifts of the jacquard composite comb G1 in the same row by one needle step behind the needle backs so that they are directed towards each other, thereby forming knots in the form of mutually intersecting broaches of weaving leotards. Changing the size and location of the cells is achieved depending on which row and loop column to form nodes, respectively.

Figure 4 for the jacquard composite comb G1 illustrates the analytical record only for the II and III loop post. An analytical record of the remaining looped columns is formed similarly, depending on in which adjacent looped columns the nodes are formed.
