SUBSTANCE: single-layer warp knitted filet fabric has cells whose sides are defined by stitch rows of single-layer chains connected with one another through binders. Sides and binders are composed of stitches of four systems of threads. Each of systems of threads define loops in a row and each row of stitches knitted from threads of even systems of threads includes elongated underlaps composed of threads of odd systems of threads. Each loop row knitted from threads of odd systems of threads includes elongated underlaps composed of threads of even system of threads.

EFFECT: increased form stability of knitted articles.

Description

The invention relates to the technology of knitwear production, in particular to a single-layer warp knitted sirloin knitwear, and can be used in the textile industry for household, sports and technical products, including for network products.

Known single-layered warp knitted sirloin knitwear containing cells whose sides are formed by looped columns of chains interconnected by bundles of tricot weaving, and produced from two systems of threads when using counter masonry [1].

The disadvantage of this knitwear is its low dimensional stability.

Also known is a single-layered warp knitted loin, in which additional weft yarn systems are used [2]. This knitwear has insufficient shape stability, since weft threads are loosely fixed in the structure and do not participate in relaxation processes.

The technical result - the creation of a new type of knitwear loin weave with high dimensional stability.

A single-layer warp knitted fillet knitwear containing cells, the sides of which are formed by the looped columns of single-layer chains interconnected by bundles, the sides and ligaments consisting of loops of four systems of threads, all systems of threads form loops through a row, and each row of loops connected from threads of even systems contains extended broaches from threads of odd systems, and each row of loops connected from threads of odd systems contains extended broaches from threads of even systems.

The drawing shows a structural record of a single-layer sirloin knitwear, which contains loops of four systems of threads I, II, III, IV. The sides of the cells are formed by the looped columns of chains with open loops 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the threads of different systems, the even systems of threads II and IV form loops 2 and 4 in the odd rows P ₁ , P ₃ , etc., and the odd systems I and III form loops 1 and 3 in even rows of P ₂ , P ₄ , etc. Ligaments are formed by intersecting broaches 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the threads of all four systems. Consequently, each looped series of knitwear from threads of even systems contains broaches of threads of odd systems and, conversely, each row connected from threads of odd systems contains broaches of threads of even systems.

Knitwear of such a structure can be knitted on a warp knitting machine having at least four ear combs. All combs are threaded through one ear needle.

Combs produce masonry threads in accordance with the graphic entries presented in the drawing.

Knitwear can be produced from various natural, artificial and synthetic yarns and used for household and technical products, including network products.

A single-layer warp knitted fillet knitwear containing cells whose sides are formed by looped columns of single-layer chains interconnected by bundles, characterized in that the sides and bundles consist of loops of four thread systems, all thread systems form loops through a row and each row of loops connected from threads of even systems, contains elongated broaches of threads of odd systems, and each row of loops connected from threads of odd systems, contains elongated broaches of threads of even systems.
