SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fabric production, foundation fabrics and can be used in production of textile fabrics for domestic and technical purposes. The knitted plated fabric contains loops from two threads, whose broaches are directed in different directions. Front wales in the fabric are alternated with back wales and joined with interweaving fabric chains. In one version according to the invention, in rapport order, two front and one back wales alternate. The fabric is obtained from a system of four threads, two of which form single-layer interweaving of tricot weave on the right side of the fabric. In another version, according to the invention, in rapport order, two front and two back wales alternate. The fabric is obtained from a system of six threads, two of which form single-layer interweaving of tricot weave on the front side of the fabric, and two - on the back side of the fabric.

EFFECT: expansion of the assortment of foundation fabric, and increase in elasticity of the fabric along its width.

The invention relates to knitwear production, for warp knitted fabrics and can be used in the manufacture of knitted fabrics for household and technical use.

Known knitwear with high elasticity over the width of the weave "eraser", which alternate the front and back loop stitches, but it belongs to the knitwear knitwear (Dalidovich AS Fundamentals of knitting theory. M .: Light industry, 1970, p.181).

Known elastic plated sirloin knitwear, consisting of the front and wrong hinge columns of single chains connected by two systems of threads forming plated loops with chain loops (A.S. No. 825723, class D04B 21/10; 04/30/1981).

Closest to the technical nature of the claimed object is a warp knitted knitwear containing loops of two threads, broaches which are directed in different directions. The knitwear is obtained from two systems of threads, with one wrong side and one front loop stitching alternating in rapport. The knitwear is formed by connecting the weaves of elastic tricot chains (RF Patent No. 2256015, class D04B 21/00; 08/08/2005).

Said knitwear structures have insufficient width elasticity.

The objective of the invention is to expand the assortment of warp knitted elasticated knitwear and increase its elasticity in width.

The task is achieved in that in one of the variants of warp knitwear containing loops of two threads, the broaches of which are directed in opposite directions, and the front loop stitches alternate with the purl stitch stitches and are interlocked by elastic crochet chains, according to the invention, two bead stitches and one wrong side of the looped posts. Knitwear is obtained from four yarn systems, two of which form a single-layer weave on the front of the knitwear.

In another embodiment, a warp knitted, stretched knitwear containing loops of two threads, the broaches of which are directed in opposite directions, and the front loop stitches alternate with the wrong loop stitches and the elastic crochet chains are intertwined; according to the invention, two face and two purl stitch stitches alternate. Knitwear is obtained from six systems of yarns, two of which form a single-layer weave on the front side of the knitwear, and two on the wrong side of the knitwear.

The invention is illustrated in the structures shown in FIGS. 1, 2 of a warp knitted, stretched, knit fabric.

Figure 1 shows the structure of warp knitted, knitwear, all loops of which consist of two threads. The front loop 1 is formed from filaments of the H ₁ and H ₂ systems. The front loop 2 is formed from threads of H ₃ and H ₄ systems. The wrong loop 3 is formed from filaments of the H ₁ and H ₄ systems. In all loops, broaches from different systems of threads are directed in opposite directions.

In knitwear, two front loop stitches I and II, IV and V alternate with one loop stitch III and VI.

Front hinged posts are made by interlacing a single-layer leotard. Thread H ₂ knits loop 4 in the front column I, then loop 5 in the front column II. Thread H ₃ knits loop 6 in face column II, loop 7 in face column I. Thread H ₁ knits loop 8 in face column IV and loop 9 in wrong loop III. Thread H ₄ knits loop 6 in the front column II and loop 9 in the wrong loop stitch III.

Thus, the knitwear is formed from the filaments of the four systems H ₁ , H ₂ , H ₃ and H ₄ , two of which H ₂ and H ₃ form a single-layer weave on the front of the knit in the loop stitches I and II.

Figure 2 shows a variation in the structure of a warp knitted, stretched, knitted jersey, all of which loops also consist of two threads. The front loop 1 is formed from threads of the H ₁ and H ₂ systems. The front loop 2 is formed from threads of H ₃ and H ₄ systems. The wrong loop 3 is formed from threads of the H ₃ and H ₅ systems. The wrong loop 4 is formed from threads of the H ₁ and H ₆ systems.

In the knitwear, two front loop stitches I and II, V and VI alternate with two wrong loop stitches III and IV.

The front and back loops are made of single-layer leotards. The thread of the H ₂ system knits loop 5 in the front loop post II, then the front loop 6 in the loop post I. The thread of system H ₄ knits loop 7 in the front loop post I and loop 8 in the front loop post II. The thread of the H ₅ system knits loop 9 in the wrong loop IV, then loop 10 in the wrong loop III. The thread of the H ₆ system knits loop 11 in the wrong loop of column III, then loop 12 in the wrong loop of column IV.

Knitwear can be produced from natural, chemical or blended yarns, the linear density of which is selected in accordance with the class of the knitting machine.

Knitwear has a high elasticity in width and can be used, in particular, for a sports assortment of knitwear.
