EFFECT: reduction of empyesis and cicatrical skin changes, enhancing of skin elasticity.

Description

The invention relates to cosmetics, namely to means for skin care of the face and body, and is mainly aimed at increasing anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and absorbable effects, eliminating pustular rashes and cicatricial changes in the skin.

Skin cosmetics are known which contain the active substance and various additives. So, body skin cream according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2146515, A61K 7/48, 2000 contains an active substance from a number of derivatives of ethylidene diphosphonic acid, and as additives - mineral oil, vegetable oil, emulsion wax, monoglycerides and / or glycerol monostearate, cosmetic stearin, anhydrous lanolin, triethanolamine, weak organic acid, vitamins, preservative, perfume and water. However, it is not intended to eliminate and heal pustules and cicatricial changes in the skin, i.e. does not have a pronounced anti-inflammatory, absorbable and reparative effect.

Closest to patentable is the anti-acne cream series "Effekton", (application No. 2005104708 of 02.21.2005, patent for the invention of the Russian Federation No. 2286139, registered on 10.27.2006, prototype). The Effekton series anti-acne cream is produced by the pharmaceutical company LLC LDF MEDIC, Yekaterinburg.

Specified as a prototype cream, including malavit, tincture of calendula, oil: juniper, eucalyptus, cedar, tea tree; riboflavin (vitamin B ₂ ), a proteolytic enzyme and cosmetic base with eftederm, has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and analgesic effects; eliminates pustular elements and cicatricial changes, prevents skin aging, reduces the number of wrinkles, heals minor injuries.

However, the cream does not have a high anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and absorbable effect, as well as a low content of vitamins and nutrients.

The technical task is to improve the quality of the cream gel and increase the anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and absorbable effects due to the introduction of additional ingredients, including vitamins, macro- and micro-molecules, which are quickly delivered to tissues with the help of eftederm, and their effect is prolonged and enhanced.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that an anti-acne cream gel, including calendula extract, cedar oil, tea tree oil, riboflavin (vitamin B ₂ ) and a cosmetic base with eftederm, differs in that calendula propylene glycol extract is used as calendula extract, and as cedar oil uses cedar oil, it additionally contains propylene glycol extract of aloe vera, jojoba oil, wheat germ and hemp; bisabolol, propylene glycol extracts of aralia, Kalanchoe, horse chestnut, chamomile and eleutherococcus; Extrapon V - vitamin complex, collagen, elastin, zinc and copper ions, dalargin and peppermint oil, in the following ratio, wt.%:

PG (propylene glycol) aloe vera extract is an adaptogen that reduces itching, skin irritation, the appearance of pustules and spots, resolves scar elements, improves the appearance of the skin. It has anti-inflammatory, wound healing, antimicrobial and absorbable effects. Enhances general and local immunity. Contains enzymes, vitamins, volatile, resinous substances, essential oils. When its content is less than 0.40%, the effect is reduced, and when its content is more than 0.60%, the absorbable effect intensifies, which can worsen the condition of the skin.

Jojoba oil is an adaptogen, has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect, softens, nourishes and moisturizes the skin, normalizes hydrobalance, and eliminates wrinkles. It contains a high concentration of vitamins, microelements, unsaturated fatty acids identical to skin lipids, which makes the cream structure especially soft and suitable for any skin type. When its content is less than 0.30%, the effect is reduced, and when the content is more than 0.60%, the effect is not enhanced, but the smell of cream gel intensifies sharply.

Wheat germ oil is an adaptogen that has a softening and restorative effect. Favorably affects the metabolism. Contains a complex of amino acids and vitamins. The lipid regulator has a moisturizing effect. The biologically active component, which is based on the extract of wheat germ - a source of vitamin E. Normalizes the hydro balance, heals damage and eliminates the feeling of “tightening the skin”. It is especially effective for sensitive, problematic and dry skin. When its content is less than 0.30%, the effect is reduced, and if it is more than 0.60%, the effect practically does not increase (the difference in indicators is unreliable).

Pine nut oil is an adaptogen, it has anti-inflammatory, reparative, tonic and antiseptic effects, significantly increases the body's resistance, has a pleasant smell of needles. With its content of less than 0.30%, the effect decreases, and with the content of more than 0.60%, it practically does not increase (the difference is not significant), the smell of cream intensifies sharply.

Cannabis oil is an adaptogen; it is nutritious, protective, regenerating; anti-tumor, anti-rachitic, analgesic and emollient effect, strengthens the walls of capillaries, does not give the skin a greasy shine, restores softness and elasticity, regulates metabolism and hydrobalance.It contains vitamins A, B _1, B ₂ , B ₃ , B ₆ , C, D, E, K; various micro and macro elements: zinc, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur; resins; choline; Sahara; edestin; saponins and amino acids, carotene; chlorophyll and tannins. It is indispensable for caring for problematic, dehydrated, dull, tired, wrinkled skin. With its content of less than 0.30%, the effect is reduced, and with the content of more than 0.60% only sedative effect is moderately increased.

Bisabolol is an adaptogen, antiseptic, has antimicrobial, antifungal and reparative effects. When its content is less than 0.20%, the effect is noticeably reduced, and when its content is more than 0.40%, it practically does not increase (the difference between the indicators is unreliable).

PG (propylene glycol) aralia extract is an adaptogen, has antioxidant, tonic, anti-inflammatory, general strengthening, anti-diabetic and wound healing effects, normalizes lipid, energy and other types of metabolism, blood supply and the functioning of cellular structures, increases immunity. Slows down the aging of the skin, increases its elasticity, significantly reduces the formation of wrinkles. Helps increase potency in men. Contains proteins, starch, carbohydrates, essential oils, vitamins, mineral compounds, alkaloids. Collagen helps restore the normal structure of connective tissue, slows down the formation of wrinkles, reduces their size and depth, increases the elasticity and firmness of the skin. With its content of less than 0.03%, the effect is markedly reduced, and with the content of more than 0.08%, a violation of the skin relief may occur.

Tea tree essential oil is an adaptogen, has a strong bactericidal, anti-inflammatory, reparative and antioxidant effect, antiviral activity, an excellent antiseptic. It has a wound healing and deodorizing effect, helps to normalize metabolism, increases skin elasticity and immunity, softens and moisturizes the mucous membranes and skin, normalizes their hydrobalance, and slows down the aging process. Tea tree essential oil contains a large number of terpenes, a unique bactericidal substance - viridofloren. The antiseptic effect of tea tree oil is 8 times stronger than carbolic acid, and 12 times stronger than phenol. It is used for daily care of porous skin, prone to rashes, problem skin, as well as for acne, itching. With its content of less than 0.015%, the effect is negligible, and with the content of more than 0.05%, the effect practically does not increase, but the smell of cream intensifies sharply.

Elastin restores the normal structure of connective tissue, slows down the formation of wrinkles, reduces their size and depth, improves skin elasticity and firmness. With its content of less than 0.01%, the effect is markedly reduced, and with the content of more than 0.04%, a violation of the skin relief may occur.

Zinc ions ZnSO ₂ (zinc sulfate) - have antiseptic, disinfectant, anti-inflammatory and astringent effects. When their content is less than 0.01%, the effect is noticeably reduced, and when the content is more than 0.02%, it practically does not increase (the difference in indicators is unreliable).

Copper ions CuSO ₂ (copper sulfate) - have antiseptic, disinfectant, anti-inflammatory and astringent effects. When their content is less than 0.006%, the anti-inflammatory effect is reduced, and when the content is more than 0.01%, the cream gel is stained blue.

Peppermint essential oil (essential) is an adaptogen. It has a general strengthening, calming, analgesic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, wound healing, antispasmodic, deodorizing and hemostatic effect. Helps to normalize metabolism, improves immunity, softens the skin, eliminates dryness, odors and sweating. It contains a large amount of essential oils, flavonoids, vitamins, carotene, organic acids, trace elements, tannins and other substances. With its content of less than 0.001%, the effect is insignificant, and with the content of more than 0.002%, the smell of cream gel intensifies sharply.

Riboflavin, vitamin B ₂ - riboflavin is involved in tissue respiration, normalizes the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, porphyrins, amino acids, trace elements, enhances hematopoiesis, increases reparative processes, including skin, dramatically increases the antimicrobial effect, especially with coccal infection, antiseptics. With its content of less than 0.00025%, the effect is negligible, and with the content of more than 0.008%, undesirable coloring of the product in bright yellow occurs.

Dalargin is an immunomodulator that increases the body's resistance, reduces the possibility of allergic reactions, and has an analgesic effect.

When the content of dalargin is less than 0.0003%, its effect is noticeably reduced, and when the content is more than 0.001%, it practically does not increase (the difference is not significant).

Cosmetic base with eftederm - contains eftederm, oil phase components, viscosity modifiers, coemulsifiers, aminophylline, diclofenac, preservatives, emulsifiers and water.

- Eftiderm is a transdermal conductor of biologically active substances that easily passes them into tissues and blood. In addition, it is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), has a pronounced antioxidant and anti-edematous effect, increases cell viability, affects the enzymatic systems of biological membranes, which leads to an increase and prolongation of the cosmetic and therapeutic effect of all components of the composition. As a result of the combined action of the complex of ingredients on all tissues, there is a decrease in the production of prostaglandins, histamine, bradykinin, an increase in resistance, the possibility of allergic and toxic complications is reduced, metabolic processes are normalized.

When the content of the eftederm in the cream gel is less than 5.00%, its effect is moderately expressed, and when the content is more than 25.00%, the effect practically does not increase. The fast carrying out by the eftederm of all components of the proposed composition in the tissue significantly enhances and prolongs the action of the cream gel for up to 20 hours, helps to normalize metabolic processes and improves blood supply to all skin structures, helps to increase local immunity.

Getting cream gel for problem skin

To obtain a cream-gel, 75% of the required amount of cosmetic base with eftederm is loaded into a cauldron with a stirrer. Each liquid ingredient that is part of the cream-gel is weighed on an analytical balance in the right amount, separately added to the boiler, followed by stirring for 5-7 minutes. Dry powder, previously weighed in the right amount, is added to the resulting mass alternately with constant stirring: dalargin and vitamin B ₂ , the remainder of the base is added and mixed thoroughly for 25-40 minutes until a homogeneous mass of white or white with a yellowish or greenish tint is formed and with a smell appropriate to the ingredients used. After receiving the OCC analysis that meets the requirements of the NTD, the resulting reactive mass is transferred to the packaging.

The composition of the cream gel compositions for comparative clinical trials are shown in table 1.

Clinical researches

Comparative clinical studies were conducted on 40 volunteers (women and men equally) aged 18 - 40 years, blindly randomized into 4 groups. The research results are presented in table 2.

In men and women, the difference in indicators was unreliable, therefore, the table presents the combined data for each group.

All patients complained of a significant number of painful pustular (acne) rashes on the face and back, moderate swelling of the face and hyperemia, periodic itching in the area of rashes. On the face and back, a moderate amount of small scars of bluish-pink color remaining after the healing of pustules. Single comedones were identified mainly in men. In 87.5% of patients, the disease occurred at the age of 12-16 years. All patients were periodically treated with different agents with a temporary effect. At the initial examination, the pH of the skin was 6.3-7.4.

A cream gel corresponding to the group was applied to the rash area 2 times a day for 30 days.

Registration of indicators was carried out before using the cream, on the 3rd, 7th, 14th, 21st and 30th day of observation. In the process of research, the pH of the skin, its elasticity, quantity, size and type of rashes were evaluated, an anamnesis, complaints were clarified.

All studies were carried out by conventional methods. Research results

The following results were obtained (see table 2): in patients of the 1st group, remission occurred on days 12-20, by 30 days small scars up to 2-3 mm in size completely resolved, larger ones became pale pink, reduced in size; complexion improved; skin elasticity markedly increased, pH decreased to 5.6-6.2.

In group 2, the effect was significantly higher: on day 8-12, all pustular elements disappeared. In men, by the age of 8-12 days, the size of single comedones was reduced by 70-85%, by the 30th day they healed with a “delicate” pale pink scar, in all patients of this group their complexion improved significantly and skin elasticity increased, pH was normalized (5, 5-5.9).

In group 3, the results almost coincided with the results of group 2, only the resorption of scars was 2-4 days behind.

In group 4 (prototype), the results were close to those obtained in group 1 with a lag of 3-10 days. In addition, the increase in skin elasticity was significantly lower than in patients of group 1.

From the above data it is obvious that the best results were obtained in patients of groups 2 and 3. However, the content of hemp oil, bisabolol and Kalanchoe extract in the composition of cream gel 3 was higher than in the 2nd by 40, 68.8 and 68.8%, respectively. Based on the foregoing, patenting is presented to composition 2.
