Decorative elements can be provided with strengthening module arranged in its cavity.

The invention relates to the field of modeling and artistic creation and can be effectively used to create and design souvenir flat and volumetric compositions of various thematic orientations, the manufacture of decorative surfaces and fabrics. Foil thread is a beautiful and easy-to-use material that can be used by professional decorators, designers and decorators, as well as children, including preschoolers. Modeling flat and volumetric compositions using a decorative thread made of foil contributes to the development of children's imaginative thinking, modeling and design skills, as well as fine motor skills of the fingers. A set of segments of a patentable decorative thread or a set of sheets or foil rolls necessary for its manufacture with a description of a patented method for creating a decorative thread can be used in the process of raising and educating children of preschool and primary school age both as a set for creativity and as a developing designer. The fabric from patentable decorative thread has the ability of the foil to change and retain its shape, but unlike ordinary foil, it has greater strength and wear resistance, a beautiful noble gloss and texture of the textile product, which also opens up new possibilities for decorative and applied art.

It is known that various decorative and natural materials are used for modeling and artistic creation.

For example, in the manufacture of a wide range of souvenir and play dolls, wire segments are used (RF patent No. 2297265, IPC: A63H 3/50). This invention solves the problem of creating a skeleton for a doll with mechanical strength, flexibility, maximum replicating the functions of the musculoskeletal system of a person, fully simulating the movement of the human body, with sufficient resistance to movement to fix parts of the doll’s body in predetermined positions, using inexpensive material, tools and technology that does not require sophisticated equipment.

A significant drawback of the wire used as a decorative material for creativity and modeling is the increased complexity of manufacturing parts and elements of various compositions, which also requires significant physical effort, which greatly limits the number of people who can successfully use such material. In addition, the wire as a decorative material does not have high artistic and decorative properties and can be used to make fairly simple souvenir and decorative compositions.

A well-known designer for modeling, containing flexible sticks and couplings for connecting flexible sticks to each other (certificate for utility model No. 70809, IPC: A63H 33/10). The designer contains stamped or molded mounting plates used to install flexible sticks and figures from flexible sticks on them, and nozzles on flexible sticks. Flexible sticks, easily accepting and preserving a given shape, are a wire fixed in the sheath so that an air gap is left between the wire and the sheath. Flexible sticks are made of different lengths. Copper, aluminum wires are used.

The shell is made of plastic, rag or other materials, including the use of reflective, photoconductive and phosphorescent materials. Known utility model "Decorative surface and products with its use", protected by certificate No. 13636 (IPC: B44C 5/00), the closest in technical essence to the patented invention and selected as a prototype.

The essence of the technical solution described in the certificate for utility model No. 13636 is that the decorative surface contains a frame and decorative elements attached to the frame, made in the form of garlands, made in the form of spiral woven into a flexible longitudinal rope, wire or other similar basis one or more tapes of paper, foil, polymer or other similar material with edges cut in the form of a fringe.

Garlands are fixed on the frame in one or several layers with the formation of a relief surface. The material of the garlands is painted in homogeneous or dissimilar colors with the possibility of the formation of a monotonous or multi-colored embossed surface with patterns, inscriptions, images, figures or other means of visual information and / or imitation of the shape and color of the surface of flat or three-dimensional figures or objects.

The frame is made in the form of a rigid, elastic or movable wire or rope lattice, mesh or other similar means of fixing a given shape of flat or three-dimensional figures or objects. The frame is made of metal, wood, polymeric or other similar material that imitates the shape and volume of flat and three-dimensional figures or objects formed by the decorative surface.

A significant disadvantage of the utility model, protected by certificate No. 13636, is the high complexity and complexity of the manufacture of decorative compositions, since obtaining the final decorative element involves:

- the presence of a frame for placement on it of a decorative surface;

- as well as a complex, long and laborious combination of weaving into a flexible longitudinal rope, or wire, or similar basis for one or more tapes of paper, foil, polymeric material with edges cut in the form of a fringe;

- in addition, the presence in the decorative surface of such a material as paper significantly reduces the durability and safety of the decorative composition.

The objective of the present invention is:

- development of a fundamentally new decorative element in the form of a thread obtained from foil, which has high aesthetic properties, flexibility, lightness, the ability to maintain a given shape for a long time, as well as resistance to adverse external factors (high and low temperatures, high humidity, direct exposure to sunlight , insects, molds and other pests), which does not require significant physical effort to create decorative compositions;

- development of a simple and technologically advanced method for manufacturing decorative foil threads in ordinary, for example, at home, in a school, boarding school, kindergarten, art circle, etc. without the use of complex, expensive equipment, tools and devices;

- expanding the circle of potential users of decorative thread for the design and modeling of various compositions, including by attracting children of preschool and primary school age, as well as professional designers, decorators and interior decorators, enterprises producing souvenir products, applications in the textile and fashion industries ;

- the implementation of a new direction in decorative art through the use of decorative foil threads for weaving flat and volumetric compositions, interior items, jewelry and lace, the manufacture of decorative surfaces and analogues of woven and textile products.

The implementation of the technical task is achieved by an effective combination of constructive and technological solutions, which are carried out as follows.

According to the patented invention, a decorative element for modeling, designing and artistic creation is made in the form of a long thread or pieces of thread made of foil. It is envisaged that from pieces of such a decorative thread a set of decorative elements is formed, which is used as a constructor for modeling and artistic creation. The number of pieces of decorative thread in the kit may be different, depending on the purpose of the application.

The invention provides that:

- the thickness of the foil, which is used to make a decorative thread, is from 0.001 to 0.05 mm;

- the diameter of the finished decorative thread is from 0.1 to 20 mm,

- the length of the finished decorative thread is from a few centimeters to several tens and hundreds of meters.

The invention also solves the problem of increasing the tensile strength of the decorative thread and increase the long-term preservation of the shape of the decorative product.

For this, the decorative element is equipped with a reinforcing module located in its cavity, which can be made in the form of a cord, or knitted or synthetic thread, or fishing line, or metal wire, or tape made of paper, fabric, polymeric material or other material capable of performing similar functions .

To ensure the technological implementation of the technical task, the authors have developed a simple and convenient in practical use, technologically adequate to the material (foil) used, a method of manufacturing a decorative element in the form of a foil thread.

For the manufacture of threads using foil in the form of individual sheets or rolls.

The method developed by the authors makes it possible to obtain a decorative thread from foil in various technological modifications, which allows the user to choose the best option for him to obtain a decorative thread from foil.

So, for example, the patented method allows you to create pieces of thread of a given length. In this case, the foil is cut into strips of the desired length and then their directional deformation is carried out. For this, the foil material is deformed (wrinkled) along the length by efforts directed across the longitudinal axis of the foil strip, forming the so-called "Sausage". After that, the deformed sections of the foil are subjected to repeated deformation by successive twisting-crushing and compaction of the material, rolling the “sausage” by pressing it clockwise or counterclockwise gradually over the entire length of the workpiece (“sausage”).

With another technological modification, the patented method allows you to create a lengthy decorative foil thread. In this case, instead of the individual strips, the foil roll necessary for creating the thread width is taken. The deformation of the foil and its transformation into a decorative thread is carried out by creasing, twisting and compaction (deformation) gradually in small sections. All stages of the deformation of the foil are carried out in the direction from the beginning to the end of the roll. In this case, the finished thread is wound onto a bobbin or into another roll.

Patented decorative yarn manufacturing technology provides the opportunity to increase the strength characteristics of the finished yarn and its functionally decorative parameters. This is achieved by supplying a decorative thread with a reinforcing module, which is located in the cavity of the foil strip.

The authors have experimentally found that the reinforcing module is preferably performed in the form of a cord, or knitted or synthetic thread, or fishing line, or metal wire, or tape made of paper, fabric or polymer material.

The technical result of the patented invention is to achieve a number of new decorative, artistic, technological, educational and educational indicators and characteristics.

So, a fundamentally new decorative element was developed, and essentially a new decorative material, for artistic creation and modeling in the form of a strand of deformed foil, which differs:

- sufficient mechanical strength, flexibility and good deformability,

- high heat and moisture resistance, high decorative properties,

- the ability to maintain a given shape, and which greatly simplifies the technology of manufacturing and weaving decorative compositions and allows you to successfully engage in artistic and decorative creativity for both children and adults, and can also be successfully used as a new original material for creating textile products with the above properties.

The technical result is also the fact that a new artistic and decorative quality of compositions made of twisted (deformed) foil is achieved, in particular, the durability of preserving the form of the compositions and the color and texture solution (the characteristic luster and color inherent in the foil), the shelf life of manufactured compositions.

The technical result of the patented invention is also that the authors have developed a simple and technologically advanced method of manufacturing a foil thread, which is characterized by optimal laboriousness, is accessible even to young children, does not require special equipment and special devices, is easily implemented at home, in kindergarten , a circle of artistic creativity and can form the basis of the industrial production of this material.

The technical result of the patented invention also lies in the fact that the use of a developed decorative element in the form of a thread made of foil when working with children can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching a child the basics of artistic creativity and the general intellectual development of a child, since a complex combination of developing factors. A child makes, for example, a decorative toy with his own hands, which contributes to the development of spatial and constructive thinking in children, attentiveness, perseverance and fine motor skills of the fingers, while the child visually sees his own decorative product, verbally perceives new information and explanations for the teacher, can touch given products and compare the individual features of this product, which ultimately:

- determines the accelerated intellectual development of children of preschool and school age;

- Develops and improves aesthetic ideas and inclinations in children.

As noted, the high attractiveness and originality of the patented invention lies in the fact that the authors have developed a fundamentally new decorative element in the form of a thread made of foil, and a technological method for its manufacture, which can be effectively used for artistic and decorative creativity and the creation of a variety of souvenir and decorative compositions, home decoration, jewelry and lace, manufacturing analogues of woven and textile products.

A decorative thread or pieces of filament from twisted foil are made with a diameter of 0.1 to 20 mm, of foil, the thickness of which is from 0.001 to 0.05 mm (GOST 618-73 aluminum foil).

It has been experimentally established that it is possible to create a thread of any desired length. Long threads are stored wound in a ball (skein) or wound on a spool (bobbin).

The invention provides for the possibility of forming from pieces of thread (figure 2) or sheets of foil a set of decorative elements for modeling and artistic creation.

The studies conducted by the authors confirmed that decorative foil threads differ:

- sufficient mechanical strength with low weight, durability;

- flexibility, good deformability;

- high heat, light and moisture resistance;

- resistance to biological factors (insects, mold, rodents)

- high decorative and reflective properties;

- the ability to preserve the characteristic luster and color during prolonged storage in woven compositions and woven products;

- physiological safety and when using aluminum foil as a starting material, the possibility of prolonged contact with food.

For the manufacture of patentable decorative threads using foil in the form of a roll or individual sheets.

The foil, for example, in the form of a sheet is cut into strips of the width required for the manufacture of the thread. The thus obtained blanks of the foil strips are gradually deformed (Fig. 1 a, b, c, d, e, e).

The material of the foil strip (Fig. 1b), for example, by means of fingers directed across the longitudinal axis of the foil strip, is deformed (wrinkled) along its length (Fig. 1c), forming the so-called "Sausage" (Fig.1d). Then, the entire strip of foil is subjected to repeated deformation by successive twisting - crushing and compaction of the material — rolling the “sausage” between the fingers by pressing it clockwise or counterclockwise gradually over the entire length of the workpiece (“sausage”) (Fig. 1d). The result is a piece of finished decorative thread twisted from foil and suitable for the manufacture of flat and volumetric compositions and other products (Fig. 1e).

The invention provides for the possibility of sequential deformation of a long strip of foil twisted into a roll (Fig. 3a) and obtaining the final finished product (long decorative thread of any length) not in whole, but in stages, by sections arranged sequentially one after another (Fig. 3 b, c, d , e). The finished thread is stored wound in a ball (skein) or on a spool (figure 4).

For the manufacture of foil, sheets of aluminum, copper, other metals and alloys with suitable properties are used. Moreover, for the use of foil in the production of decorative thread, the final thickness of the sheet, for example, aluminum foil, is from 0.001 to 0.05 mm.

To increase the decorative effectiveness of wicker compositions, foils of different colors are used, for example, white, red, violet, blue, green, “gold” (yellow). It is possible to use a combination of foil yarns of different colors and multi-colored yarns twisted from two or more multi-colored strips of foil when weaving compositions.

In addition, the authors developed and implemented in patented technology a constructive solution that allows to increase the strength characteristics of the finished thread and to strengthen its functional and decorative parameter, such as the ability to withstand tearing during the creation and operation of the finished product, as well as to reduce the cost of the finished product without losing it quality. This is achieved by supplying a decorative thread with a reinforcing module, which is placed in the cavity of the foil strip and which is structurally made in the form of a cord, or knitted or synthetic thread, or fishing line, or metal wire, or tape made of paper, fabric or polymer material. The specific dimensions and material selection of the reinforcing module is determined based on the purpose of the artistic and decorative product.

Foil weaving is a simple and exciting activity both for adults and for children of primary and school age, in particular girls, as well as their mothers, which allows you to create original compositions, gifts and interior decorations with your own hands.

Foil, for example aluminum, is a soft, natural and completely safe material. Working with him is easy and enjoyable. Twisted foil threads are a unique decorative material that allows you to implement new design directions in decorative weaving. Weaving techniques are simple, but allow you to simulate any form and give unlimited scope for creativity and expression. No special skills or special tools are required for weaving. Decorative weaving from a thread twisted from foil is extremely economical and affordable for everyone.

Figure 5 shows samples of decorative weaving of volumetric compositions. Owing to their uneven rough surface, flexibility and deformation ability, patented threads are easily and reliably connected to each other by twisting together, twisting one thread around another, bending and crossing. Using these techniques, it is easy to create compositions of various thematic and stylistic orientations - from children's crafts to highly artistic products.

Figure 6 shows samples of weaving flat compositions and decorative surfaces. The foil thread allows you to create individual elements of various shapes that are easy to connect to each other using pieces of thread in an openwork lace fabric or to weave it entirely from a long thread. The flexibility of the patented thread allows the fabric woven from it to give any three-dimensional shape, creating, for example, a decorative braid for an Easter egg. Also, a foil thread allows you to weave surfaces using decorative knots, for example, using macrame techniques. Such decorative surfaces are also able to bend and take the desired shape in volume and hold it for a long time.

Figure 7 shows a sample of fabric from patentable decorative thread. Such a fabric has sufficient strength, flexibility, lightness and the ability to change and hold its shape in volume, which opens up great expanses for its use in the fashion industry and decorative art.

Patented decorative thread from twisted foil and the technology of its manufacture is a new and promising direction in the field of artistic creation and modeling. The novelty and originality of the decorative material (twisted foil yarn) significantly expands the possibilities of achieving a new original decorative effect of woven compositions, which are distinguished by a special color-textured solution that informs the products of a complete unique originality and a memorable personality.

The totality of the experimentally confirmed technological and economic efficiency of the developed decorative material, the availability of the material, the technological simplicity of manufacturing the decorative thread and the ease of weaving of decorative compositions allows us to state the undoubted advantages of the patented invention in comparison with traditional decorative materials, which leads to good prospects for the widespread use of this decorative thread for artistic decorative creativity.
