Description
The present invention relates to medicine, namely to physiotherapy, and can be used, for example, to teach walking and / or rehabilitation of patients with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy.
A device is known for physiotherapy of cerebral palsy by the formation of motor skills of walking in a child, which is an individual sports step without handrails, adjustable height [1] or a ladder from steps without handrails [2]. It is also known an analogue device for physiotherapy of cerebral palsy by forming motor skills of walking in a child, which is a training ladder from steps, with side handrails [3, 4]. The disadvantages of these analog devices are small physiotherapeutic functionalities, high complexity and complexity of physiotherapy, low safety and comfort. The physiotherapist needs to constantly provide physical assistance to the trained child and to insure him from falls. During physiotherapy, the child experiences feelings of uncertainty and fear of a possible loss of balance and fall.
A device prototype is known for physiotherapy of cerebral palsy by forming motor skills of walking in a child, which is a portable ring without wheels [5]. The disadvantage of this prototype device is the small physiotherapeutic functionality (the inability to learn to climb the stairs and descend from it, etc.), the high complexity and complexity of physiotherapy, low safety and comfort. The physiotherapist needs to periodically transfer the child from the arena to the relaxation area and vice versa, which is not safe and lengthens the time of the necessary physiotherapy.
The technical result of the invention is the expansion of physiotherapeutic functional capabilities of the device, increasing efficiency, safety and comfort, as well as reducing the complexity and complexity of physiotherapy for cerebral palsy.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the arena according to the invention, a step is additionally fixed, intended for teaching the child to independently climb and lower the step, sit on the step and stand on it, as well as to rest the child in between physiotherapy cycles.
Comparison of the claimed device with the prototype device made it possible to establish that it has an additional fixed step designed to teach the child how to independently climb and lower the step, sit on the step and stand on it, and also to rest the child in between physiotherapy cycles, and conclude that the invention meets the criterion of "novelty."
When studying other known solutions in the art, features identical to those distinguishing the claimed invention from the prototype were not identified, and therefore it meets the criterion of "inventive step".
The practical application of the claimed invention for the treatment of cerebral palsy provides him with the criterion of "industrial applicability".
A device is proposed for physiotherapy of cerebral palsy by the formation of motor skills of walking in a child (on a flat surface and steps) based on a portable arena without wheels, characterized in that a step is additionally fixed on the floor of the arena, designed to teach the child how to independently ascend and descend a step sitting on a step and getting up from her feet, as well as to relax the child in between physiotherapy cycles.
The drawing shows the proposed device, where: 1 - arena; 2 - restrictive handrails; 3 - step; 4 - fixing screw, 5 - locking plate (fixing the closing of the rotary wall of the arena); 6 - a suspension loop of a rotary wall of an arena. The height of the
The device is used as follows.
The physiotherapist trainer opens the pivoting wall (sash) of the arena, puts the child being trained on his feet in the arena, facing the inner step, with support with arms spread apart on the handrails of the arena; closes the rotary wall (sash) of the arena and fixes it with a lock pad, instructs the child to independently perform the “step task using the step (climb the step, turn around the step around, step off the step, etc.); if necessary, helps the child physically and insures him. When fatigue and the need for rest occur, the child, holding the arena handrails, sits on the inner rung of the arena for rest
The proposed device, in comparison with the prototype device, allows you to expand the physiotherapeutic functional capabilities of the device (teaching a child how to climb a step and lower it; sitting on a step and getting up on it, etc.), reduce the complexity and complexity of physiotherapy for cerebral palsy, increase the effectiveness, safety and comfort of physiotherapy. There is no need to constantly provide physical assistance to the child. And there is no need to take the child outside the arena and carry it to the lounge chair and then back to the arena, which increases the safety of the child and reduces the complexity of physiotherapy, as well as reduces the unproductive expenditure of training time. Therefore, the effectiveness of training and / or rehabilitation increases, i.e. they are achieved in a shorter time. The child, if he wants to relax, can sit down on the step in the arena, holding on to the restrictive handrails. In this case, the child-patient feels more secure and more comfortable.
