Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to medicine, namely to physiotherapy, and can be used, for example, to teach walking and / or rehabilitation of patients with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy.
A device is known for physiotherapy of cerebral palsy by the formation of motor skills of walking in a child, which is an individual sports board-swing [1]. A patient who is trained in walking passes, with the support of a physiotherapist trainer, along a swing board from one end to the other, with vestibular exercises in the middle of the swing board. The disadvantages of this analog device are small physiotherapeutic functionality, high complexity and complexity of physiotherapy, low safety and comfort. The physiotherapist needs to constantly provide physical assistance to the trained child and to insure him from falls. During physiotherapy, the child experiences feelings of uncertainty and fear of a possible loss of balance and fall.
A device prototype for physiotherapy of cerebral palsy by the formation of motor skills of walking in a child, which is a portable ring without wheels [2]. The disadvantage of this prototype device is the limited physiotherapeutic functionality, high complexity and complexity of physiotherapy, low safety and comfort. The physiotherapist needs to periodically transfer the child from the arena to the relaxation area and vice versa, which is unsafe and lengthens the time of the necessary physiotherapy.
The technical result of the invention is the expansion of physiotherapeutic functional capabilities of the device, increasing efficiency, safety and comfort, as well as reducing the complexity and complexity of physiotherapy for cerebral palsy.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that on the floor of the arena additionally installed on the hemispherical hinge board-swing, designed to form and develop vestibular skills of the child when he is standing on his feet and when walking.
The technical result is also achieved by the fact that the inventive device has bars-lining under the swing-board for fixing it in a horizontal position, turning it into a bench for the patient to rest, and the lower edges of the swing-board are sawn around the entire perimeter of the swing-board to avoid jamming with the board patient's feet.
A comparison of the inventive device with the prototype device made it possible to establish that it differs in that a swing board is additionally installed on the floor of the arena on a hemispherical hinge, designed to form and develop the vestibular skills of the child when he is standing on his feet and when walking.
When studying other known solutions in the art, features identical to those distinguishing the claimed invention from the prototype were not identified, and therefore it meets the criterion of "inventive step".
The practical application of the claimed invention for physiotherapy of cerebral palsy provides him with the criterion of "industrial applicability".
The drawing shows the proposed device, where: 1 - arena; 2 - restrictive handrails (adjustable lifting height); 3 - a hemispherical hinge; 4 - a swing board; 5 - locking pad (for fixing the closing of the rotary wall); 6 - a loop of a suspension bracket of a rotary wall.
The device is used as follows. The physiotherapist puts the trainee's child on his feet in the arena, facing the swing-board, with his arms spread apart on the side of the arena handrails; instructs the child to complete the step task using the swing board (climb the swing board; take a step forward and backward, right and back, left and back; turn around on the swing board, get off the swing board onto the arena floor, and other); if necessary, helps the child physically and insures him. When fatigue and the need for rest occur, the child leaves the swing-board on the floor of the arena, holding on to the handrails of the arena, and after the trainer-physiotherapist fixes the swing-boards in a horizontal position (with the placed bars, which are not shown in the figure), sits on it for rest.
The proposed device based on a portable arena without wheels extends physiotherapeutic functional capabilities and allows you to form motor skills for walking in a child (teaching a child to independently climb and lower a swing board, perform steps and turns on a swing swing board, and sit on a fixed swing board and lifting from her to her feet, etc.), reduce the complexity and complexity of physiotherapy for cerebral palsy, increase the efficiency, safety and comfort of physiotherapy. There is no need to constantly provide the child with physical assistance from a physiotherapist. And there is no need to take the child outside the arena and carry it to the lounge chair and then back to the arena, which increases the safety of the child and reduces the complexity of physiotherapy, as well as reduces the unproductive expenditure of training time. Therefore, the effectiveness of training and / or rehabilitation increases, i.e. they are achieved in a shorter time. At the same time, the child-patient feels safe and comfortable.
