Технический результат достигается тем, что в мозаичном полотне из текстильного материала в качестве текстильного материала использованы треугольные сегменты, выполненные симметричными относительно оси, проходящей через вершину, по меньшей мере, одного угла, и соединенные краями между собой посредством нити. Мозаичное полотно сформировано из треугольных сегментов 1, изготовленных из отходов швейного производства. Для изготовления треугольных сегментов могут быть использованы тканые, нетканые и другие текстильные материалы, хлопчатобумажные (а), льняные (б), шерстяные (в), синтетические (г) ткани, нетканые (д) материалы, трикотаж (е), кожа (ж), мех (з), пластик (и). Треугольные сегменты выполнены симметричными относительно оси (на фит.1-4 обозначена пунктирной линией), проходящей через вершину, по меньшей мере, одного угла сегмента. По меньшей мере, один край треугольного сегмента выполнен выпуклым (фиг.1, 4, 6), или прямым (фиг.2, 5, 6), или вогнутым (фиг.3, 4, 6). Между собой треугольные сегменты соединены краями 2 посредством нити 3.
