Известен узел крепления мушки на стволе в охотничьем оружии по свидетельству РФ на полезную модель №26340 «Съемная мушка охотничьего оружия для стрельбы в условиях ограниченной освещенности», опубл. 27.11.2007, выбранный в качестве прототипа. Известный узел крепления мушки на стволе оружия состоит из основания. Основание закрепляется на стволе с помощью узла ориентации на стволе и узла крепления к стволу.
