Besides the urinal also includes the ring to the upper surface of which there attached with their edges are side fan-shaped walls. The ring has the same configuration as the seat does and is equipped with a bent edge overlapping the slot between the lavatory bowl, the seat and the ring. Side fan-shaped walls are made so that their other edges can be attached to internal side of the cover. Flexible curtain is made with the possibility of being attached to the lower part of the cover and covers the slots between the seat, the ring, the cover and side walls.

Description

The solution relates to sanitary equipment and concerns the design of a removable, convertible toilet urinal with an integrated seat.

Known closet urinal with a seat, a pot with a stigma and hinged flaps on the sides (USSR patent No. 4946, Cl. 85 h, 12/01, publ. 03/31/1928. As stated in the patent, hinged flaps are designed to separate one urinal from another during use.They do not protect the surrounding area from splashes when using the urinal.

Known protective shield against spray for the toilet according to US patent No. 6874171, E03D, 9/00, publ. 04/05/2005. It contains a toilet seat, two separate side frames from a sheet of material, having at least one elastic fastener with the possibility of fastening to the toilet and toilet seat at various points so that a protective barrier against splashes is formed. The side frames are made either of biodegradable material, or of plastic, metal, paper. The disadvantages of this solution are as follows:

- the protected area is limited (only from the sides), the toilet itself and the hole (gap) between the cover, the seat and the toilet itself, as well as the inside of the seat cover remain unprotected. If urine splashes into the slot, they spread over and around the toilet, with a high degree of probability they wet the working surface of the seat, which makes it unsuitable for use without preliminary hygienic cleaning or without a protective coating;

- the installation and further use of special fasteners on the toilet and the raised seat on the back side is necessary, which is quite laborious and inconvenient, and also complicates the use of the seat for its intended purpose;

- when lowering the seat from the upper position to the lower position, the protective side frames are crumpled in a chaotic manner, which leads to accidentally spraying drops of liquid or urine remaining on the side frames in different directions, as well as to an untidy appearance, elements of the side frames sticking out from under the seat with the seat down.

As a prototype adopted a protective shield against spray for the toilet according to US patent No. 06550075 B1, CL. E03D 9/00, publ. 04/22/2003. It contains: an upper sheet of material, which is attached at the top with a support element to the lower part of the seat on its inner side, and in its lower part to the hinge element. The bottom sheet of material, which in its upper part is attached to the hinge element, and its lower part is lowered into the toilet. Side walls that attach edges to the top and bottom sheets.

The disadvantages of this solution are as follows.

- The protective screen can be considered only as a minor protective addition to the seat previously installed on the toilet, since a full-fledged urinal has not been formed, its rear wall is completely absent. There is only a narrow sheet of material under the seat that cannot serve as a wall; as a result, only the narrow area on the back of the seat between the toilet and the seat is partially protected. The huge hole in the seat remains unprotected, through which in the raised position, a large amount of urine can easily fall into the space between the lid and the seat and then spill on the surface of the toilet bowl and onto the floor.

- The folding walls, like the entire screen, are installed on the back, bottom side of the seat, because of this the working surface of the seat is not protected from a large number of accidental splashes when a random stream of urine enters the hole in the seat from the back side in the raised position, which makes it practically pointless to use screen. A stream of urine, striking hard against a raised seat cover, forms a huge amount of spray that, scattering randomly in all directions, pollutes not only the working surface of the seat, but also with high probability will fly out through all the cracks between the raised cover and the raised seat.

- It is impossible to use a protective screen as an independent product, since, following the description, it must be attached to the back, lower side of the seat with the help of a special fastener in the lower part of the seat and must be opened only with the previously installed seat.

- There is no own integrated, full-sized seat, which makes it impossible to use the screen in a sitting position by women.

- Due to the fact that the side protective walls are attached with edges to the upper and lower sheets, which, as follows from the description, are significantly limited in size (the upper sheet is attached to the seat hole without blocking it, and the bottom sheet should not overlap the toilet hole), this in turn, significantly limits the size of the side walls, which significantly reduces the protected area and makes the protective screen ineffective for protection against urine spray not only in the front part, where there is no full wall, but also from the sides.

- There is no full-fledged supporting base both in the upper part and in the lower one for fastening full-sized side walls, without which it is impossible to create a full-sized folding urinal.

- No protection is provided to protect the seat from splashing.

- There is a gap between the upper and lower sheets of the screen, which, as it becomes clear from the description, is not blocked by anything, which will inevitably lead to the passage of urine through it.

- There is no system for cleaning the screen of urine spray after use, which leads to an untidy appearance and a foul smell.

- There is no own screen cover for closing the toilet bowl after use.

Problem to be solved: creating a full-fledged folding urinal, improving the hygienic qualities of the toilet bowl and toilet seat. Increased environmental protection against pollution. Giving an ordinary, previously installed standard toilet bowl additional properties of a full-fledged urinal without remaking the toilet and / or a standard seat previously installed on it with or without a lid. Ease of use while maintaining an aesthetic appearance.

Effect: extended, complete protection of the structural elements of the toilet, toilet seat and surrounding area from splashes when using the described urinal. The ability to quickly transform the structure for using your own built-in toilet seat or, standing, for use as a urinal, without loss of hygiene and aesthetic qualities.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the urinal for the toilet contains a seat and a cover connected together by any well-known method. A ring of the same configuration and dimensions as the seat is installed between the cover and the seat, side walls are installed, which are made with folds, folding out with a fan of easily folding material, and attached with their edges to the upper part of the ring and to the cover, and in the lower part of the cover and The adjacent contact zone of the ring has a flexible shutter that overlaps the joints between them. At least one spray nozzle connected by a flexible hose (tube) to the toilet flush system is integrated into the lid and / or ring. The urinal with a seat is made in the form of a set of rigid reusable material pivotally attached to the toilet shelf, it can also be made in the form of a disposable set of biodegradable material, while the lower part of the seat and the rear wall of the cover are equipped with elements for their fastening. To achieve a technical result in the manufacture of a urinal, metal, wood, paper, cardboard, plastic, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, rubber, any other rigid or plastic materials, biodegradable materials suitable for the manufacture of a urinal with a seat can be used.

A general view of the proposed urinal with the lid up and with the walls unfolded is shown in the drawing of FIG. 1, and FIG. 2 shows a fragment of a protective ring with a folded side wall. The urinal is made in the form of a transformable kit containing an integrated seat 1 and a cover 2 of conventional well-known standard sizes, a protective ring 3, protective side walls 4, and can be pivotally attached to the shelf 5 of the toilet bowl 6 when manufacturing the kit from hard material. The side walls 4 are made integral with parallel or non-parallel folds 7, folding in the places of folds with long accordion tiles (Figure 2) and a folding fan (Figure 1) in a strictly defined way. The walls 4 are attached (glued) with their edges parallel to the lines of the folds 7 to the upper surface of the ring 3 and to the inner side of the cover 2, and the edges perpendicular to the lines of the folds 7 are glued folded into the joint 8 between them, on the right and left sides of the ring 3 and cover 2 relative to the drain hole of the toilet 6. The protective ring 3 has the same configuration and dimensions as the seat 1, completely overlapping it, which eliminates contamination of the seat 1 by splashes when using the kit as a urinal. A flexible curtain 9 is attached (glued) to the lower part of the lid 2 and the contact zone of the ring 3 adjacent to it, hermetically closing the joint 8 between the ring 3 and the lid 2 and connecting them along the entire length of the joint into a single whole. At least one washer (cleaning) nozzle 10 or several nozzles, connected by a flexible hose (tube) 11 with a toilet flush system, for hygienic cleaning (washing) of the internal surfaces after using the unfolded urinal is integrated in the cover 2 and / or ring 3. If necessary, fastening with sticky or magnetic fasteners 12, which are located on the back of the seat 1 and cover 2, is possible only to prevent slipping when installed on a toilet or standard seat without a hinge. The cover 2 is in the raised position, the side walls 4 are fan-shaped, the ring 3 and the shutter 9 create a single structure that is maximally closed on its sides, which without cracks forms a complete urinal, preventing splashes outside or on the seat 1. With the cover 2 raised and the ring 3 raised , the side walls 4 in the folded position opens the seat 1 in the lower position for use while sitting.

The device is used as follows.

When closed, the lid 2 is lowered, it is a flat, compact set of seat 1, lid 2, ring 3 and folded walls 4. It can be mounted permanently on the toilet 6 or installed as necessary. When lifting the cover 2, the seat 1 and the ring 3, which protect the seat from splashes and dirt, remain on the toilet 6 in the lower position. The walls 4 are fan-shaped, the inside of the raised cover 2 serves as the rear protective wall, and a full-fledged urinal is formed. After using it, when you press the toilet water flush button, nozzles 10 are turned on to clean the inner sides of the walls 4 and the urinal cover 2, provided that they are connected via a flexible hose (tube) 11 to the outlet of the shut-off water valve of the storage tank filling and flushing system water. This ensures that water is drawn in and out of nozzles 10 for a certain, limited time at the same time as filling the storage water tank used in conjunction with toilet bowl 6. When the cover 2 and ring 3 are lifted, the seat of the kit 1 remains on the toilet 6 without dirt, and the kit can be used while sitting. The disposable kit may be disposed of with household waste after use.

The proposed solution allows you to:

- achieve excellent hygiene results in any home or public toilet facilities;

- save significant space in the toilet rooms;

- achieve a high aesthetic level;

- to avoid significant labor costs for the installation of the urinal as additional equipment;

- to achieve significant financial savings compared with the installation of the urinal as additional equipment;

- the ability to install on any standard, previously installed toilet without removing it, as well as without dismantling the previously installed ordinary seat with or without a lid;

- can be installed in rooms where there is no technical ability to install a urinal;

- use of the kit as a transformable personal hygiene product when using public toilets;

- achieve an excellent training result for young boys who, due to age and natural physiological characteristics, cannot accurately calculate the strength and direction of urination;

- ease and low cost of manufacture, comparable in price to conventional toilet seats and disposable paper or polyethylene seats.
