Description

The invention relates to technology for sewing production, and more particularly to technology for the production of academic clothing.

The ergonomic properties of the anthropometric and psychophysiological correspondence of the headgear to the shape and size of the head depend on the properties of the materials from which the headpiece is made, the design of its parts, which at the initial stage of design mainly determines the quality of the finished product, the compliance of this product with the requirements.

As an academic headdress, a confederate is used. Confederates were used in the 16th century by the Roman Catholic clergy. The confederate consists of a band made of the main material, a rigid quadrangular head, a cord ending with a brush, attached by a thread to the center of the head. A brush is an important element of academic vestment. The side on which the brush hangs determines the person's degree. The objective of the proposed technical solution is to increase the aesthetic and ergonomic indicators of the finished product, as well as reducing the specific consumption of the main and cushioning materials and the manufacturing time of the academic confederate, increasing the size limits of the academic headgear, i.e. use of one academic confederate for people with adjacent head sizes.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the method of manufacturing a pellet of an academic confederate involves the use of a single-layer elastic braid and eliminates the use of cushioning material, facilitates the process of manufacturing a pellet, moreover, in the manufacture of a pellet from a single-layer elastic braid, the ends of the pellet are connected by a seam with a closed cut, and to connect the pellet with the bottom edge of the head use a seam seam.
