Description

The invention relates to the field of product packaging, in particular to the packaging of pasty products, and can be used for packaging food products used, for example, in trains and airliners.

Known packaging for liquid medicines - three-suture sachets, resistant to effects from children. The sachet is made of a laminated film, and has a protruding seam along the longitudinal axis and transverse protruding seams at each end. A special method of opening the packaging is provided in the sachet (see Pat. RF No. 2281892 “Sachets Resistant to Influencing by Children”, IPC B65D 75/62 of 2003.02.07).

Closest to the essential features of the present invention and adopted as a prototype is a packaging for dosed liquid drugs made in the form of a sachet having one longitudinal, two transverse seams and an incision for opening made on the edge of the package (see international publication WO 95 / 01921. “Sachet for liquid medicines”, IPC B65D 75/48, B65D 75/62 from 1995.01.19).

Packages such as sachets are used not only for packaging liquid medicines, but everywhere for packaging products in various dosages.

The disadvantages of the prototype include low consumer properties of the package, due to the fact that the release of the products contained in it occurs unevenly. This is due to the fact that the extraction of contents from a package made of flexible material is carried out from an arbitrary shaped hole. Moreover, an incision for opening, made on a flexible material of the package, can lead, with careless and sharp impact, to rupture of the package in an unsuitable place. In addition, when opening such a package, contact with the contents of the consumer’s hands is possible. All this leads to a decrease in consumer properties of packaging.

The task of the invention is to improve the consumer properties of the package.

The problem is solved due to the fact that in the package for pasty products, made in the form of a flat package of flexible material having an opening line, according to the invention, the area adjacent to the opening line is equipped with elements of a material whose density is higher than the density of the material, from which packaging is made.

In addition, the task is solved due to the fact that the cross section of the package along the opening line is a narrow oblong hole.

Elements are made in the form of strips, the length of which corresponds to the length of the hole formed during opening.

The opening line is made in the form of perforations.

The closing element provided for in the package is a part of the package that is torn off at opening and includes a seam of a flat package.

Studies on patent information sources have shown that the proposed technical solution is unknown and does not follow explicitly from the material studied, i.e. meets the criteria of "novelty" and "inventive step".

The implementation of the elements of the material, the density of which is higher than the density of the material from which the package is made, gives the edges of the opened package a certain shape and allows you to easily release the contents in the form of a tape of the required thickness.

In addition, this package design protects the consumer’s hands from contact with the product contained in the package, as the density imparted by the elements to the edge of the opened packaging prevents the involuntary release of contents.

The implementation of the hole, which is formed at the opening, in the form of a narrow oblong slot ensures the release of the contents of a uniform tape.

The implementation of the elements in the form of strips provides easy extraction of the product contained in the package by clicking on the package in the area free of elements, which ensures uniform release and application of the contents to the surface.

The implementation of the opening line in the form of perforations provides easy opening of the package along the elements of the package sealed by the elements by each consumer and prevents tearing of the bag in an unsuitable place and unwanted contact of the packaged product and the consumer's hands.

Thus, as a result of the above, the problem of the invention is solved, namely, the consumer properties of the package for pasty products are improved.

Packaging for pasty products, made in the form of a flat package 1, from a flexible material. In this case, the package 1 has an opening line 2 made in the form of a notch and / or perforation. The package 1 is equipped with elements 3, 4 of a material whose density is higher than the density of the material from which the package is made.

Elements 3, 4 are closely adjacent to the walls of the package 1 inside or outside and can be made in the form of strips. Elements 3, 4, forming a narrow longitudinal hole 6, can be strips of various sections, tightly adjacent to the package 1 in close proximity to the opening line 2. The elements can be attached outside or inside the walls of the package and remain on the package after opening.

The package is equipped with a closing element 5, which is a part of the package that is torn off at opening, which includes a seam of a flat package.

The section of the package along the opening line 2 is a narrow longitudinal hole 6.

Access to the content is carried out by opening the package 1 along the opening line 2. The consumer through a narrow longitudinal hole 6 formed between the elements 3 and 4, by clicking on the package 1 releases the content. The content is available in the form of a tape and it is possible to carry out its uniform application to the surface. This property is convenient when using pasty products packaged in this way, such as butter, cheese, various pastas and sauces, as eliminates the need for a knife for spreading, which is especially valuable when using such packaging in vehicles.

Opening and extracting the contents of the package is carried out without contact with the product, as opening the bag according to the perforation and / or notch provided, the consumer holds the bag slightly back from the tear line, this is convenient if the contents are oily or coloring.

Package size and hole width may vary depending on the product being packaged.
