Description

The inventive utility model relates to the field of packaging products, in particular to the packaging of pasty and creamy foods. The utility model can be applied, for example, at home, trains and airliners.

For packaging pasty products and creams, packages such as sachets or containers are usually used.

Known packaging for liquid medicines - three-suture sachets, resistant to effects from children. The sachet is made of a laminated film, and has a protruding seam along the longitudinal axis and transverse protruding seams at each end. A special method for opening the packaging is provided in the sachet (RF patent No. 2281892, IPC B65D 75/62, publ. 07.02.2003).

Also known packaging for dosed liquid drugs, made in the form of a sachet having one longitudinal and two transverse seams and an incision for opening, made along the edge of the packaging (WO 95/0192, IPC B65D 75/48, B65D 75/62, from 1995.01.19 )

Known packaging for pasty products, made in the form of a flat bag of flexible material having an opening line, equipped with dense elements made in the form of strips, the length of which corresponds to the length of the hole (RF patent No. 2368558, IPC B65D 35/00).

These analogues have low consumer properties associated with the inability to uniformly apply the product to the surface and the non-preservation of the product after opening the package.

A package is known containing a container of elastic material located between rigid parallel plates, while the package has an opening for product extraction (US patent 4858831, IPC B65D 35/00, publ. 08/22/1989). This package is taken as a prototype.

Known packaging is not intended for complete extraction of the product, and its structural implementation is inconvenient for the extraction of the product.

The objective of the proposed utility model is to improve the consumer properties of packaging.

The technical result is the complete extraction of the pasty product from the package.

The problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved by a package containing a container of elastic material located between the rigid plates, while the package has an opening for extracting the product. Unlike the prototype, the container has two symmetrical sides, bottom, top and end sides, and on the sides it has the form of a triangle, which form the upper, lower and end sides of the container, connected to each other at sharp angles, while two rigid plates are hermetically sealed connected to the surface of the container along its upper and lower sides, and the area of each plate is greater than the area of the corresponding connected side of the container, the width of each plate increasing from the angle between the lower and upper side of the container to the end thoron, wherein an opening for extraction of the product is disposed between the plates in a device for extraction of the product, taken as consisting of two movably interconnected parts, each of which is associated with a respective plate, with opening devices proportional to the force pressing the at least one plate.

According to the utility model:

The technical result is achieved by the design features of the package. The shape of the package, the location of the platinum, the fulfillment of the area of each plate is larger than the area of the corresponding side of the container, the increase in the width of the plates from the angle between the lower and upper sides of the container to the end side allows the product to be completely removed when using the package (when connecting the plates during compression) through the hole for product recovery, which is located between the plates in the product extraction device, made up of two movably connected parts, each of which is associated with Resp plate, with opening devices proportional to the force pressing the at least one plate.

The inventive packaging is used as follows.

The hole 4 is located in the device for extracting the product 5, when you click on at least one of the plates 3, the device 5 opens in proportion to the pressing force (Figs. 3 and 4) and the product is squeezed out through the hole 4. This eliminates spontaneous release of the product in the static state of the package. The design of the package provides for the possibility of bringing it to its original state after pressing the plate 3, since the container is made of elastic material (for example, corrugated, a spring can also be used). A useful model can be implemented when packing pasty foods and creams of any composition and consistency.

Packaging for pasty products and creams has the following advantages:

- involves the use or serving of the product without additional devices;

- there is no need to use additional devices for serving, consumption and applying the product, in particular knives, spoons, which makes the packaging safe and easy to use by people of different ages, including elderly people and young children;

- the implementation of containers of corrugated material and / or using a spring mechanism that brings the packaging to its original state after its use, solves the problem of practicality and the possibility of reuse of packaging;

- provides easy product extraction by uniform release and applying it to the surface, in addition, spontaneous release of the product in a static state of the package is excluded;

- the design of the package provides multiple opening of the package by each consumer, prevents the packaging from breaking in an unsuitable place, which helps protect the consumer's hands from contact with the product contained in the package.

Packaging may be made of plastic, silicone, paper or other material that provides the necessary density and tightness of the package.

Thus, as a result of the above, the problem of a utility model is solved, namely, the consumer properties of the package are improved.
