BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The idea of the invention arose in connection with the author’s personal experience in enterprises related to pearl mining and construction in Japan. The author had to spend too much of his free time manually twisting rubber gloves to clean and dry them, and he stopped doing this because it took too much free time and caused constant irritation; as a result, the author began to have serious problems with the condition of the skin of his hands, including redness, itching, diaper rash, etc., not to mention the stress associated with these problems. In many shops and outlets serving enterprises that use rubber gloves with a lining for working in difficult conditions, the author tried to find some device for turning rubber gloves, but all was unsuccessful.

Application area

The present invention relates to the inversion of the fingers of gloves, in particular (but not exclusively) rubber gloves with lining when working in harsh conditions in industrial enterprises. But also this invention can be used for any gloves made of thick material. Moreover, this invention, facilitating the rapid inversion of the gloves, provides their subsequent cleaning and quick drying of the lining in the glove.

Wrapping hands with sweat-soaked rubber gloves with a lining for cleaning and drying is extremely difficult, irritating and too long. In addition, bacteria and fungi that find a convenient breeding ground in humid unsanitary conditions of rubber gloves cause a number of complications in the skin condition, from simple discomfort associated with itching, diaper rash and painful sensitivity of the hands, to more serious problems associated with violation sanitary conditions and desiccation, not to mention stress, deterioration of concentration, decrease in efficiency and decrease in labor productivity associated with it.

State of the art

The invention, which is closest to the proposed invention, is described in US patent No. 6568572, issued in the name of Smith (Smith). Although this invention has the same purpose as the present invention, it describes a device consisting of three components and requiring twice as many operations and at least twice as much time for turning the fingers of the gloves. Moreover, it requires high costs in connection with the manufacture of an additional component. Accordingly, the invention proposed here requires lower manufacturing costs, is more efficient and requires less time to turn the fingers of the gloves. In addition, the proposed device is lighter in weight and more compact.

OBJECT AND ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION

The purpose of the present invention is to create healthy conditions for the skin of the hands at work and at home, to reduce the incidence of workers with regard to the skin surface of their hands, which is achieved by the use of a quick and simple way of turning the fingers of the gloves, which facilitates the subsequent quick cleaning and drying of the inner surface of the gloves .

In accordance with this, one of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a simple-to-use device for turning fingers of gloves.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a device for inverting the fingers of the gloves, which completely eliminates irritation and nervousness due to the difficulty of inverting the fingers of the gloves manually.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a device that saves time when turning the fingers of the gloves.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a device for turning fingers of the gloves, which facilitates their effective cleaning and drying.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In accordance with the present invention, the device for turning gloves contains a base and a pusher rod. This device is designed to quickly unscrew the fingers of gloves, in particular (but not exclusively) rubber gloves with a lining for working in harsh conditions in industrial plants, thereby facilitating their effective cleaning and quick drying. This invention facilitates the creation of healthy conditions at work and at home, reducing the incidence of workers with regard to the skin of the hands.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Further characteristics and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description of one of its preferred, but not the only embodiments.

The glove finger-turning device of the present invention is intended mainly (but not exclusively) for lined rubber gloves used for harsh industrial environments and for any gloves made of thick material, such as gloves for skiing, leather gloves, rubber gloves, etc.

This invention allows you to quickly and easily turn the fingers of the gloves, ensuring their subsequent cleaning and quick drying of the lining in the glove.

In accordance with the present invention, the device comprises a small portable base 1 with a recess 2, the depth of which is sufficient to accommodate and secure the pusher rod 3, and the pusher rod 3 itself with a recess 4 at the end opposite to its other end, which it is inserted into recess 2 in the base 1.

The base 1 has a shape that allows you to conveniently hold it in the palm of your hand. The pusher rod 3 has a size that allows you to insert the rod into the recess 2 in the base 1, and also insert it into the finger of the glove, while the length of the rod is sufficient for easy and unhindered inversion of the finger of the glove. The recess at the end 4 of the rod-pusher 3 provides a means for constant interaction with the fingertip of the glove. The push rod is easily detached from the base, making the device portable. For the manufacture of the device, any material can be used, rigid or flexible, which is able to withstand the pressure necessary to fulfill the function of this device, without leading to its breakdown or malfunction, and which allows casting, changing the shape, cutting, liquid molding, industrial processing and etc. with the configuration corresponding to this invention.

PRINCIPLE OF WORK OF THE SUGGESTED DEVICE

This device works as follows: you need to insert the pusher rod 3 into the recess 2 in the base 1. When removing the glove from your hand, you must try to unscrew it as much as possible. Then you need to connect the fingertip of the glove with the recess on the tip 4 of the pusher rod 3. With the finger located inside the glove’s finger, you need to keep constant contact with the recess on the end 4 of the pusher 3 when pulling the glove down onto the pusher 3 until the finger of the glove will be fully twisted. It is necessary to repeat the same actions for the remaining fingers of the glove in order to turn the entire glove to the desired side.

CONCLUSIONS, CONSEQUENCES AND SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In accordance with the foregoing, it can be seen that the present invention completely eliminates the difficulties and nervous tension associated with manually twisting the fingers of the glove, and also drastically reduces the time needed to twist the fingers of the glove. In addition, the present invention can be applied with greater ease, significantly more quickly and efficiently than when turning the gloves by hand. In addition to this, a complete inversion of the fingers of the glove can be carried out immediately after work, which contributes to effective cleaning and quick drying of the lining. In addition, the present invention provides a highly reliable, lightweight, autonomous, portable and at the same time economical device that can be used by consumers of almost any age and almost anywhere. Moreover, the use of this invention improves the condition of the skin surface of the hands, ensuring the creation of healthy working conditions, reducing the incidence of workers and thereby eliminating stress, which reduces concentration, efficiency and productivity.

Although the above detailed description contains detailed information, this should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention; rather, it is an example of one preferred embodiment. Claims (1)

A method of twisting gloves to facilitate the creation of healthy conditions and reduce the incidence of hands using a device containing a base having a recess, the depth of which is sufficient to accommodate and secure the pusher rod, and a pusher rod having an opposite end at which it is inserted into the recess at the base, a tip with a recess intended for contact with a finger located inside the finger of the glove, the glove being turned out by connecting the fingertip of the glove with the indicated recess on the tip of the pusher rod, pulling the glove down onto the pusher rod while maintaining constant contact with the finger located inside the finger of the glove with this pusher rod until the glove finger is fully twisted, and repeating these steps for the remaining fingers of the glove, to turn the entire glove to the desired side.
