Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a technology for the production of nonwoven materials and can serve as the basis for the production of construction, decoration and other similar materials.
Non-woven materials with various operational properties, manufactured in automated production conditions, have a wide range of functional capabilities, which are provided both through the use of a variety of raw materials and methods for producing non-woven materials. However, regardless of the purpose of the nonwoven material, any material in its segment should have a combination of good physicochemical properties.
To obtain the best complex of physico-chemical and consumer properties of non-woven material in the corresponding segment, it is necessary to choose the right material structure.
For a number of nonwoven materials used as the basis for the production of linoleum, conveyor belts, building or finishing materials, needle-punched materials are used.
In this case, the structure of the fibrous layer (canvas) is usually characterized by the thickness of the weave and the canvas, the number of additions of the weave, the unevenness of the weave and the canvas, the proportion of fibers in the mixture, the fiber material, the location of the fibers (straightness and length ratio, orientation angle), fiber length, fiber diameter, fiber thickness distribution, the presence or absence of a skeleton layer, its structure, puncture density, puncture depth, adhesive and adhesive bonds.
Known layered material containing several interconnected layers made of synthetic fibers, as well as at least one frame layer located outside or inside the material [see Description of the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2231587, M. cl. D04H 1/42, publ. November 10, 2003]. The frame layer may be made of kraft paper, which may be provided with an adhesive layer, of a polymer film, which may be metallized, or of woven material. Frame layers can be one or more, and they can be located both on the outside of the non-woven canvas, and between the canvases. Layers of nonwoven fabric are joined by needle piercing. It is assumed that such a laminate may have good thermal insulation properties, predetermined depending on the material of the frame.
However, the material of the above structure does not have high strength characteristics and can be used mainly as a heater, and depending on the frame and in light industry.
Also known non-woven material, including the outer fibrous layers and the intermediate layer of the frame material, bonded with needle piercing [see description of author St. USSR No. 1346199, M. cl. B01D 39/16 publ. October 23, 87]. The outer fibrous layers of the material are made of synthetic fiber wastes, and the intermediate layer is in the form of a fabric of the
The proposed material differs from similar material in higher longitudinal and lateral strength. The longitudinal breaking load is from 99.5 to 130.5 kgf, transverse, respectively, from 83.2 to 118.2 kgf, bending resistance is from 30,000 to 100,000 cycles.
However, the use of a fabric or a mesh of fibers of the same material as a frame does not allow cardinally improving the geometric stability of the canvas when heated, which limits its functionality.
3.The closest to the claimed technical solution for novelty, technical nature and the achieved result when using is a hardened layered product based on non-woven material, characterized in that it contains the first layer of non-woven canvas, the second layer of non-woven canvas, a grid of glass fibers located between the two mentioned layers , and a binder [see Description of European Patent No. EP 1584737, M. cl. D06N 5/00, D04H 13/00, B32B 5/26, publ. October 12, 2005]. In this case, the first layer of non-woven canvas is formed by randomly spaced continuous threads made of extruded polyester polymer, the second layer of non-woven canvas is formed by randomly spaced continuous threads made of extruded polyester polymer. The yarns of the first and second layers are thermally bonded, since part of the yarns of the second polyester polymer is made with a melting point below the melting temperature of the first polyester polymer or contains a layer of thermal adhesive material that melts at a lower temperature than the first layer or second layer. The final assembly connection is carried out using a binder in an amount of 10% of the total weight. The mesh is made of glass fibers and has a weight of about 8 g / m 3 .
The hardened layered product is also characterized in that the mesh is based on 340 dtex and 1.6 strands per cm, weft 340 dtex and 0.4 strand per cm, and finally the material is bonded with polyvinyl alcohol.
The technical solution described above finds application, in particular, for the manufacture of bituminized material.
However, the disadvantage of the material described above is the high cost due to the complexity of the technological process associated with the production of continuous canvas filaments by melt extrusion. The technological complexity and, as a consequence, the production cost associated with the need to use the device to obtain two layers of continuous synthetic filaments from the melt, leads to an increase in the cost of the final product. In addition, the longitudinal and transverse mechanical characteristics of the material differ significantly, which limits its functionality.
Therefore, the purpose of the proposed technical solution is to reduce the cost of the material and expand the functionality.
The goal is achieved in that in the known non-woven needle-punched material containing the first layer of non-woven canvas, the second layer of non-woven canvas, a network of glass fibers located between the two mentioned canvases, and a binder, according to the invention, the first and second canvases of the material are made in the form of webs, fibers which are oriented along and across the material and are fastened with fibers that form the webs into a bag together with the net as a result of needle-piercing.
According to the invention, the webs are made of staple polyester fiber.
According to the invention, an acrylic styrene dispersion polymerized in conjunction with a thermosetting melamine copolymer is used as a binder.
15-17%.According to the invention, the binder content in the dry material is 15-17%.
As can be seen from the statement of the essence of the claimed technical solution, it differs from the prototype and, therefore, is new.
The solution also has an inventive step. The basis of the invention is the task of improving the non-woven needle-punched material, in which, due to the first and second webs in the form of webs, the fibers of which are oriented along and across the material and fastened by the fibers forming the webs, the technical result is provided together with the mesh as a result of needle-piercing, which consists in that the webs and mesh form a bundled package. Due to this, a relatively inexpensive material is obtained that has sufficiently high technical characteristics, allowing its use in the corresponding segment.
Known non-woven layered material containing several interconnected layers made of a fibrous mixture of natural and / or synthetic fibers, as well as at least one frame layer located outside or inside the material [see Description of the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2231587, M. cl. D04H 1/42, 1/48, publ. 06/27/2004]. Layers of nonwoven material are interconnected by needle piercing. Applicants note the good heat-insulating properties of the material. However, apparently, due to the low strength properties of the material, the invention can be used mainly as heat-insulating gaskets.
The claimed technical solution is fundamentally different from that considered above and others in that it proposes to use not just fiber, but webs, laid along and across the layers, and the bonding of the layers is done by needle-piercing with fibers forming the webs, while the mesh is located between the webs. As a result, the nonwoven needle-punched material is an inexpensive and sufficiently durable package suitable for bituminization and the manufacture of other building materials.
The proposed solution is industrially applicable. The proposed technical solution was used for the production of non-woven needle-punched material in modern industrial production.

Needle-punched material (figure 2) contains the first layer 1 of non-woven canvas, the
Tables 1 and 2 show the technical specifications of the nonwoven needle-punched material reinforced with mesh.
As can be seen from the presentation of the essence of the claimed technical solution and examples of its implementation, it can significantly reduce the cost of non-woven needle-punched material and successfully use it in the corresponding segment.
