Abstract

FIELD: medicine; sexual pathology.

SUBSTANCE: phosphodiesterase inhibitor type 5 that is Sildenafil citrate in unit-dose 12.5 mg is introduced. It is combined with antidepressant Maprolitine (Ludiomil) in unit-dose 5.0 mg daily, once a day. Course of treatment is 30 days.

EFFECT: effective treatment with preparations in smaller doses without by-effects.

Больной А., 1983 г. рождения, история болезни №66/06, страдает расстройством полового влечения в виде его снижения на протяжении 2-х лет. Проблемы в сексуальной сфере возникли практически через 2 месяца после переезда его из г.Сочи в Москву на фоне повышенной загруженности на работе, стрессов и перемены климата. Неоднократно обращался за сексологической помощью. Прием средств, традиционно применяемых в сексологической практике, - адаптогены с витаминами и микроэлементами (тентекс форте, спеман, геримакс), антидепрессанты (тразадон, миансерин), ноотропы (пирацетам, гопатеновая кислота, пиритинол) и терапия по поводу хронического простатита (антибактериальными и противовоспалительными средствами, физиотерапевтическими методами) - положительного результата не дали. Указанные мероприятия способствовали улучшению настроения, повышению общего тонуса и работоспособности, однако жалобы на стойкое снижение полового влечения и недостаточность адекватной эрекции оставались. Частота сексуальных контактов в среднем не превышала 1-2 раз в месяц. Неоднократный прием силденафила цитрата в дозе 25-100 мг перед половым актом также не сопровождался усилением полового влечения и удовлетворительной эрекцией.Patient A., born in 1983, medical history No. 66/06, suffers from a sex drive disorder in the form of its decline over 2 years. These measures contributed to improving mood, increasing overall tone and working capacity, however, complaints remained about a persistent decrease in sexual desire and insufficient adequate erection. The frequency of sexual contacts on average did not exceed 1-2 times a month. Repeated intake of sildenafil citrate in a dose of 25-100 mg before sexual intercourse was also not accompanied by increased sexual desire and a satisfactory erection.

Больному был назначен ингибитор фосфодиэстеразы 5-го типа силденафила цитрат в дозе 12,5 мг на один прием одновременно с антидепрессантом мапротилином в дозе 5,0 мг на один прием однократно ежедневно в течение 30 дней. Через неделю после начала приема пациент стал отмечать практически ежедневные спонтанные эрекции и небольшое повышение полового влечения. Пациентом был проведен один половой акт. Половое влечение на фоне дальнейшей терапии постепенно нарастало и к концу месячного курса лечения сексуальное желание возникало примерно 2 раза в неделю, что, в свою очередь, сопровождалось удачными половыми актами. Катамнестическое наблюдение 6 месяцев. Достигнутое в ходе лечения восстановление сексуального влечения и стабилизация половой жизни сохранялось у пациента и после окончания курса лечения указанными средствами.Follow-up observation of 6 months. Данный способ применен нами 14 больным с положительным эффектом в 71,4% случаев.This method was applied by us to 14 patients with a positive effect in 71.4% of cases.
