SUBSTANCE: invention refers to finishing in textile industry. For polychromatic fabric colouration, staining solution is coated on fabric, fixed and wrung out. Herewith staining solution is collected in hygroscopic material pores and applied on fabric the moment fabric is wisped. Hygroscopic material is foam rubber. Offered method is not complicated.

EFFECT: chaotic fabric patterns of any colour gamma.

Известен способ полихроматической расцветки тканей, включающий нанесение красящего раствора на ткань и его отжим, при этом при нанесении красящего раствора на ткань ее свертывают в жгут [1]. При осуществлении процесса полихроматической расцветки тканей в качестве гигроскопического материала используют, преимущественно, поролон, губку резиновую. Подготавливают кусочки (обрезки) гигроскопичного материала, например поролона, в форме шариков, «подушечек» или иных фигур. Кусочки, пропитанные красящими растворами, наносят на увлажненную (например, рабочим раствором, усиливающим эффект окрашивания) расправленную ткань в момент свертывания ее в жгут. Жгут подвергают скручиванию. При этом красящие растворы выдавливают на ткань. Затем жгут раскручивают, удаляют с ткани отжатый гигроскопический материал.
