30°С, поднимая температуру постепенно до 40°С, в течение 3-х последующих часов и выдерживают при данной температуре, с использованием в конце процесса снижение температуры до первоначальной, отличающийся тем, что подготавливают питательную среду раствора мелассы и направляют ее через дозаторы в дрожжерастительные аппараты, готовят раздельно сухие составы и/или растворы питательных солей в виде 7-10% концентрации раствора сульфата аммония, 9-10% концентрации диаммонийфосфата и 5-6% концентрации хлористого калия, приготовленные растворы солей перекачивают через дозаторы в
