Abstract

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to transportation, packing and storing of items. A horizontal divider of items consists of a guide inside of which a sliding unit with rods and stops is installed. The stops project out of the guide through spiral slots arranged at required spacing. Items dividing stops have three positions: idle, loading and operating. Setting of the stops into various positions is performed automatically at loading or unloading of items.

EFFECT: there achieved an optimal density of loading, safe keeping at transportation, and reduction of labour input at loading and unloading of items.

Description

The invention relates to the field of transportation, packaging and storage of products or materials, including thin, flexible, flat and spatial, for example, car body parts in containers.

Known horizontal separator products containing containers in the form of a box or box and vertical partitions installed in mutually perpendicular directions (due to the grooves in these partitions) and forming cells (see leaflet 2000/2001 EDITION, Key Industrial Equipment Ltd. Blackmoor Road Ebbake Industrial Estate, Verwood Dorset BH31 6AT, England, STORAGE, DESPATCH 48 HR, p. 311).

The reasons that impede the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using the known horizontal separator of products include the fact that in the known separator, the products are stacked in formed cells close to each other, which does not guarantee safety (especially thin, flexible and spatial products) during transportation, and requires high complexity when loading and unloading products due to design imperfections.

The closest device of the same purpose to the claimed invention in terms of features is a horizontal separator of products containing containers (box, box, etc.) and vertical separation plates that are inserted into this container and rest on the upper edges of its walls, which serves for vertical product packaging (see leaflet 2000/2001 EDITION, Key Industrial Equipment Ltd. Blackmoor Road Ebbake Industrial Estate, Verwood Dorset BH31 6AT, England, STORAGE, DESPATCH 48 HR, p. 304), adopted as a prototype.

The reasons that impede the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using the well-known horizontal product separator adopted as a prototype include the fact that the known separator does not provide optimal loading, does not guarantee safety during transportation and requires high laboriousness when loading and unloading products due to imperfect designs.

The invention consists in the following.

The task is to improve the design of the horizontal separator of products so that it can be used in mechanical engineering, including in the automotive industry, as a unified element in devices for transporting, packaging and storing products, in particular front car body parts in containers.

The technical result is the provision of optimal loading density, a guarantee of safety during transportation and a reduction in the complexity of loading and unloading products.

The specified technical result during the implementation of the invention is achieved by the fact that the horizontal separator consists of a guide, inside of which there are crawlers with rods and stops extending from the guide through spiral grooves located with the necessary step. The stops separating the products can occupy three positions: non-working, loading and working. Moreover, the installation of stops in these positions is carried out automatically when loading and (or) unloading products.

The above-described design of the horizontal separator of products provides a reduction in the complexity of loading and unloading products, high loading density (while the products do not touch each other), and also guarantees the safety of the front surfaces of thin, flexible, spatial products during transportation.

The horizontal product separator (see drawing) consists of a guide 1, inside of which are placed the sprockets 2 with rods 3 and stops 4 extending from the guide 1 through spiral grooves 5 located with the necessary step t.

The horizontal separator of products operates as follows.

The stops 4 separating the products can occupy three positions: idle 6, loading 7 and working 8. The distant, from the loading side of the products, the free-standing stop protrudes a certain distance S beyond the side surface of the guide, providing the loading state. When loading the product, the latter rests on this stop, moving it along the spiral groove along the guide and up to the stop at the end of the groove, while the stop occupies the working position 8. When moving, the stop moves together with the crawler, which pulls the previous creep 3 with the rod, the stop which from idle position 6 goes into boot position 7. The horizontal separator is inserted into the container.

The horizontal separator of products is supposed to be used in mechanical engineering, including in the automotive industry, the production of household appliances, etc., as well as in other areas of human activity during the transportation, packaging and storage of products or materials, including relatively thin spatial, for example, car body parts in the container.

Distinctive features of the design of the horizontal separator of products are that it provides:

- automatic installation of the previous emphasis after loading each product;

- unification of all parts of the separator;

- unification of separators assembly for steps between products;

- the possibility of minimizing the gaps between the product and emphasis;

- the possibility of laying stamped products, assemblies and assembly units, subassemblies.

Using the invention allows:

- reduce the complexity of loading and unloading products;

- to ensure the optimal density of the load of products, which reduces the cost of manufacturing containers, reduces the need for production facilities;

- exclude the movement of products in containers during transportation, which guarantees their safety;

- reduce the production preparation cycle through the use of prefabricated standardized dividers;

- provide high maintainability;

- ensure technological design (plastic molding, casting aluminum alloys, sheet stamping), which in serial production will provide low cost.

The need for horizontal dividers is very high in various fields of human activity.
