As a rule, they are produced by the method of thermal or adhesive bonding of individual fibers into a single structure or by the method of forming granular mineral wool with a starch binder.
Known heat-insulating materials with a closed cellular structure based on foamed polymers: polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyurethane, rubber. They are obtained by the method of expanding or foaming the polymer with gases (isobutane, freon, carbon dioxide, etc.), introduced independently or generated during the chemical reaction by mixing various components.
И.И. 165, 172.Known soundproofing and heat insulating sandwich panel containing two plates and a layer of porous material between them. The porous material can be thin glass, basalt or nylon fibers, foamed polyurethane. I.I. Bogolyubov. Industrial soundproofing. L .: Shipbuilding, 1986, p. 165, 172.
The disadvantages of this design are low manufacturability, low environmental friendliness, relatively low thermal insulation.
Currently, to ensure satisfactory acoustic conditions in the premises, various sound-absorbing structures are widely used.
A known method of producing a foamed polymer, according to which the reaction components of the mixture are mixed and a blowing agent with a low boiling point, create a pressure sufficient to maintain the blowing agent in a liquid state, and the mixture is passed through a permeable outlet through which the mixture exits.
The pressure in the mixture decreases and a foamed polymer tape forms. Eurasian patent No. 000313, IPC: B01F 5/06, 1999
A known method of connecting two webs using a fusible layer, comprising two webs, a fusible layer, means for jointly connecting the first and second webs with a fusible layer, heating means, means for pressing the webs. International application WO 01/71090 (09/27/2001). Prototype.
The method due to the stationary mounting of the heating means and the lack of heated shafts does not make it possible to obtain heat-insulating materials of different thicknesses and different compositions, to set the properties of the resulting material.
Closed cellular structures have better heat-insulating properties due to the low thermal conductivity of the foaming gases enclosed in the cells. However, the sound absorption capacity of closed cell structures is lower than the sound absorption capacity of open cell structures.
The objective of the invention is to increase the sound insulating ability of closed cellular heat-insulating materials based on foamed polymers.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of manufacturing heat-insulating materials by connecting two tapes using a fusible layer, which is a crushed foamed foil and / or pure polymer, by means of a device containing means intended for joint connection of tapes and a fusible layer - falling shafts, guides rollers, a fusible layer supply unit, a leveling unit containing bead guides located along the lower belt, and a transverse scraper located above it, m guide bead and the scraper are mounted for vertical reciprocating movement to form a predetermined thickness pour layer, heating means - dryer with adjustable inclination, means for pressing webs - heated nip rolls.
The material obtained by thermal fusion of granules of the crushed fraction of foamed polymers with foamed polymer tapes is a sandwich of tapes with a closed cellular structure, between which there is a layer in the form of glued pieces of clean and / or foil foam, which are a homogeneous mixture of closed cellular and open cellular structures.

На фиг.3 представлены значения звукоизоляции в области низких частот данного изделия в виде двух слоев вспененного полиэтилена толщиной 2,5 мм, между которыми расположен слой дробленая фракция после термического склеивания толщиной 5 мм (сплошная ломаная линия) в сравнении с прототипом из двух слоев пенофола толщиной 3,5 мм, между которыми расположен лист из жженой меди (пунктирная ломаная линия).Figure 3 presents the values of sound insulation in the low frequency region of this product in the form of two layers of 2.5 mm thick foamed polyethylene, between which is a layer of crushed fraction after thermal bonding with a thickness of 5 mm (solid broken line) in comparison with the prototype of two layers of penofol 3.5 mm thick, between which is a sheet of burnt copper (dashed broken line).
2.The granules of the crushed fraction 1 have sizes from 2 to 10 mm, the thickness of the foamed polymer tape is in the range from 1 to 5 mm, for polyethylene foam the air flow from the hairdryer 7 with an adjustable angle of inclination α has a temperature of 80-90 ° C. The crushed fraction is a crushed foamed foamed and / or pure polymer, for example, crushed defective penofol or other foamed polymer. Thus, there is a complete environmentally friendly disposal of the production of foamed polymers. The crushed fraction 1 is poured with an even layer on the
