Description
The invention relates to the field of biology and experimental medicine and can be used in biomedical research, in particular toxicological, pharmacological, biophysical, etc.
Known methods for assessing the effects of physical, toxic and pharmacological agents on the physiological state of laboratory animals (rats, mice) by fixing the studied animal in a special device (camera, cage, table, etc.) with subsequent measurement of the physiological parameters of the animal (blood pressure, tidal volume and etc.) during the study of the effect (see, for example, WO 8101790, 1981; JP 59122949, 1984; US 2002122770, 2002, etc.).
These known methods make it possible to determine the response to the impact of one or another individual functional system of the body (blood circulation, respiration, etc.), but they do not allow, within the framework of a unified methodology, to give a holistic systemic assessment of the state of the animal's body.
- 28 с.).Known methods for systematic monitoring of the state of a living organism by measuring the electrical conductivity of the body by the methods of electro-puncture resonance diagnostics (see, for example, Electropuncture vegetative resonance test: Methodical recommendations No. 99/96 / Vasilenko AM et al. - M .: Scientific-practical center tradition. medical and homeopathy of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, 2000. - 28 p.).
These methods allow, within the framework of a single methodological approach, to give a comprehensive assessment of the state of organs and systems, to identify the type and degree of the pathological process, and it is possible to use only one point on the body for monitoring, however, they are designed for humans.
Laboratory animals are an uncomfortable object for these studies because of their mobility and the presence of wool. Conducting studies on anesthetized animals is impractical due to changes in physiological reactions, which can lead to incorrect interpretation of the results.
Наиболее близким аналогом к заявляемому способу является техническое решение, включающее помещение животного в измерительную камеру, снабженную электродами, соединенными с измерителем электропроводности (SU 1659022 А1, 1991.06.30).The closest analogue to the claimed method is a technical solution, comprising placing the animal in a measuring chamber equipped with electrodes connected to a conductivity meter (SU 1659022 A1, 1991.06.30).
The main disadvantage of the analogue of the prototype is that when conducting research, the animal is killed or anesthetized, i.e. the functional state is violated or completely absent in the case of clogging of the animal, and therefore the assessment of the physiological state of the animal by the parameters of the electrical conductivity of its body is extremely unreliable.
The objective of the present invention is to increase the reliability of assessing the functional state of a laboratory animal under experimental exposure to physical, toxic and pharmacological agents by eliminating artifacts associated with anesthesia and stress, including pain.
According to the invention, the problem is solved in that in the known method, which includes placing the animal in a measuring chamber equipped with electrodes connected to a conductivity meter, and recording changes in the electrical conductivity of the animal’s body as a result of the effect, the animal is fixed in a natural position, providing electrical contact between the pads the stop of all four paws with an electrode in the form of an electrically conductive pad having an electrical connection to the antenna and will measure electrical conductivity field, the second measuring electrode of which, for example, in the form of a probe, is brought into contact with the body of the animal in the area of the proximal region of the tail and according to the readings of the conductivity meter, an electropunctural assessment of the physiological state of the animal is performed before and after the test exposure, and the action depending on its type is produced either directly to the animal, or to the antenna.
2.The invention is illustrated by drawings of figure 1 and figure 2.

The method is as follows.
Laboratory animal 1 (white rat or mouse) is placed in the measuring chamber 2, in which it is in a natural position without anesthesia. The position of the animal is fixed by the walls of the chamber 2, the dimensions of which are selected according to the size of the animal. For rats and mice, correspondingly different measuring chambers are manufactured. The back of the animal is pressed into the chamber by a

Laboratory white mice with developed breast carcinoma were taken as an object for electropuncture assessment. The study was conducted in accordance with the claimed method. As a meter of electrical conductivity, the apparatus for electropuncture diagnostics "IMEDIS-TEST" was used according to the instructions for its use. The measurement results are presented in the graph of figure 3. The graph (figure 3) shows the conductivity in arbitrary units (conventional units) of two mice (1 and 2) when testing the stage of development of carcinoma (1-2-3), the state of the immune system and the presence of cholecystitis as a control. In accordance with the methodology of using the IMEDIS-TEST apparatus, the norm of the level of measured electrical conductivity should be 80 conventional. units The graph clearly shows that the largest deviations from the norm (80 conventional units) were obtained during the test for carcinoma of the 3rd degree, i.e. with the most pronounced tumor process, which corresponded to the real state of the animals, moreover, it was visually more pronounced in mouse-2 (its indices also had a larger deviation on the graph). Assessment of the state for a test of the immune system showed a decrease in its activity in both animals. At the same time, a control test for the presence of cholecystitis, the presence of which was hardly expected in this case, also confirmed its absence by measurements. Thus, the above example clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method and the reliability of the evaluation results with its help the development of a simulated pathological process.
Example 2 implementation of the proposed method.
A laboratory animal (white rat) was placed in a measuring chamber in accordance with the claimed method. We measured the initial value of electrical conductivity in the zone at the base of the tail using the apparatus of electro-puncture diagnostics "Stella-2 (01)". The test substances were alternately placed on the antenna: tablets of nitroglycerin and a senade in tablet form, 10% ammonia solution in a bottle. In addition, they tested one of the variants of the investigated electromagnetic radiation "X" MHz band when exposed directly to the animal. After each exposure, the electropunctural assessment of the physiological state of the animal was repeated. In accordance with the methodology for using the Stella-2 (01) apparatus, the norm of the level of measured electrical conductivity should be 55-65 conventional. units The measurement results are shown in the table.
The obtained results show that the effect of the evaluated pharmacological preparations increased the electropunctural indicator within the normal range (55-65 conventional units), while the effect of the evaluated radiation “X” gave a significant increase in the indicators relative to the normal range, which indicates its biological inadequacy for the animal.
The positive effect of the claimed invention consists in providing with it the possibility of using an informative method of electro-puncture diagnostics for research on laboratory animals in experimental medicine, toxicology, pharmacology and other areas of the biomedical field. The advantages of the proposed method are its painlessness, the possibility of repeated repetition, the speed of measurement and the absence of the need for anesthesia, stressful conditions, i.e. in eliminating methodological artifacts in the study of the functional state, type and degree of pathology in a laboratory animal.
