Description

The invention relates to sanitary-hygienic devices intended for both washing the human body and exposure to heat. It can be used outside buildings by summer residents in summer cottages, tourists in camping conditions, as well as representatives of professions who have to live for a long time away from stationary baths and bathrooms.

Famous is the Japanese O-Furo bathhouse in the form of a large wooden barrel pulled together with hoops, filled with hot (45 degrees) water. A stove is installed under the barrel, and for convenience, a seat is placed inside (see the article "O-Furo Japanese Bath", l.2 on theuro.vipclass.ru website). The water in the barrel is heated for a long period of time, because Do not bring the stove to high heat so as not to cause smoldering of the bottom of the barrel. In essence, the O-Furo home bath is a mini-bath, which is necessary, firstly, in order to wash, because the Japanese did not use soap, the production of which went to the corpses of dead animals. Secondly, there was a need to warm up before going to bed because houses were poorly heated. The disadvantage of such a bath is that, despite its small size, it is stationary, because based on a built-in oven, and cannot be used in camping conditions. Another disadvantage is the slow heating of the water.

The closest in essential features and achieved effect to the claimed invention and therefore selected as a prototype is the Japanese home of O-Furo, which is proposed for use in our summer cottages, in the form of a small wooden barrel pulled together with hoops installed on the stove and filled with water, which heated to a temperature of 40-50 ° C. The disadvantage of this device is its stationarity, and therefore, the inability to use in camp conditions, and the slow heating of water in the barrel.

The task of the invention is the creation of a mobile mini-bath, which can be used in any camping conditions.

The technical result, which allows to solve the mobility task, is achieved due to the collapsibility of the design, the speed of heating water and ease of transportation.

This task is achieved by the fact that in a known mini-bath containing a furnace on which is mounted a wooden barrel tied with hoops, according to the invention, the wooden barrel has a bottom with openings, is placed in a metal case configured to fill with water and mounted on a portable oven.

The cylindrical part of the wooden barrel is made of boards fastened with elastic hoops.

The boards of the barrel are installed with a gap relative to each other and are made with the possibility of a connector of the cylindrical part, and the bottom with holes is made in the form of a grate.

The metal case is made in the form of a hexagon.

The metal housing is made with protrusions of faces beyond the bottom of the housing for fixing against horizontal movements relative to the portable furnace.

The portable furnace is made of a rectangular or cylindrical shape from metal tubes or rods.

The portable stove is equipped with a retractable tray for placing firewood.

The portable furnace is provided with an outer wall with openings.

Studies conducted on patent and scientific and technical sources indicate that the proposed design of the mini-bath is unknown and does not follow explicitly from the studied prior art, and therefore meets the criteria of "novelty" and "inventive step".

The inventive mini-bath can be made both in the shops of engineering plants specializing in this industry, and in small enterprises using standard domestic or imported equipment, well-known technologies and materials. It can be widely used by a large contingent of the population, temporarily divorced from the usual apartment life.

Therefore, the claimed mini-bath meets the criterion of "industrial applicability".

The proposed set of essential features informs the claimed device of new properties that allow to solve the problem.

The presence of a portable stove simplifies the transportation of mini-baths, and the holes in the bottom of the barrel and installation in a metal case accelerates the heating of water.

The execution of the cylindrical part of the wooden barrel from boards fastened with elastic hoops makes it easy to disassemble and assemble the barrel if necessary, because elastic hoops can be attached to the planks with small screws.

The execution of the cylindrical part with the possibility of a connector, for example, from two halves, and the bottom in the form of a separate part - the lattice - facilitates transportation, since each half can be rolled up in the form of a roll and take up little space. The presence of gaps between wooden planks not only facilitates folding them into a roll, but also allows the tree to expand freely in hot water when used.

The execution of the metal body in the form of a hexagon reduces the pressure on the walls of the barrel swollen from hot water, because the latter rushes into the corners of the body.

The presence of protrusions beyond the edges of the metal housing relative to its bottom allows you to reliably fix the housing from horizontal movements relative to the furnace and does not require any additional fasteners.

The implementation of the furnace from metal tubes or rods not only facilitates its manufacture, but makes it easy, which is important for continuous transportation.

The presence of a retractable tray and an external wall with openings in the portable furnace contributes to its quick kindling and, consequently, to rapid heating of water.

The inventive device comprises a portable furnace 1, on which a wooden barrel 2 is installed, placed in a metal hexagonal housing 3. The furnace is made of tubes and has a cylindrical or rectangular shape. The furnace 1 is equipped with an outer wall 4, made with holes for enhancing traction, and a retractable tray 5 for laying firewood during heating of the water being poured into the barrel 2 and the metal casing 3. The latter is fixed from horizontal movements relative to the furnace 1 by protrusions of faces beyond the bottom. Pallet 5 is located at a level of 15-20 cm from the ground to prevent damage to the soil from high temperature, as well as to avoid extinguishing fire when water overflows over the edge of a metal casing 3. The cylindrical part of the wooden barrel 2 is made of wooden planks installed with some clearance relative to each other each other and fastened below and above with elastic hoops 6 by means of small screws 7. As a elastic hoops 6, a nylon cord is used. The calculation of the number of boards involves touching the barrel 2 sides of the housing 3. Additionally, the mini-bath is equipped with a step ladder for easy access to the barrel. The plank material is oak, cedar, pine or linden. The hexagonal housing 3, provided with a tap for draining the water below, is made of stainless steel or galvanized iron.

The inventive mini-bath is used as follows. The poured water is heated and its temperature is monitored by a thermometer. Upon reaching a temperature of about 40 ° C, a person who wants to carry out a sanitary-hygienic procedure climbs the stairs into barrel 2. And stays in it for 10-15 minutes at temperatures up to 50 ° C. This time is quite enough to wash away the dirt from the body, which, moreover, heats up and is exposed to the therapeutic effect of heat. Used water is discharged through a tap located in the lower part of the housing 3.

The advantages of the claimed mini-baths in comparison with the prototype:

- fast heating of water;

simplicity of construction;

light weight;

convenience of transportation.
