SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, system, method and device use generation of two carrier oscillation-signals (or more than two carriers), modulation of carriers with information signal by changing their mutual frequency, phase or amplitude difference or a combination thereof, combination of carriers in form of their total in a radio-signal. Demodulation in receiving section includes extracting aforementioned differential signal of pulsations and first carrier from radio signal, used later on for precise adjustment of heterodyne signal.
EFFECT: creation of system and method for communication in millimeter and sub-millimeter ranges with high spectral density of information channels for signals with any - wide or narrow - band of information signals.

Система связи миллиметрового и субмиллиметрового диапазона волн, включающая по крайней мере два приемо-передатчика, расположенных в различных пространственных местах и способных принимать и передавать сигналы сообщений друг другу через атмосферу, отличающаяся тем, что передатчики указанных приемопередатчиков выполнены с возможностью передачи сигналов сообщений в атмосферу посредством по крайней мере двух несущих, модулированных через изменения их взаимных частотных, фазовых или амплитудных отличий по отдельности либо в любой комбинации, а их приемники снабжены демодуляторами несущих, выделяющими из принятых ими из атмосферы сигналов связи разностные сигналы биений указанных несущих, электрически связанные с анализаторами сигналов биений, извлекающих передаваемую информацию из указанных сигналов биения.1.
